Density functional theory and fragment‐energy analysis have been used to probe the mechanism of the halogen–zinc exchange reaction. In their Full Paper on page 5686 ff. , M. Uchiyama, S. Nakamura et al. discuss three important factors in this reaction: The effect of the halogen species, the effect of the alkyl ligand on zinc, and the effect of the substrate nature.

N2 adsorption isotherms of molecular sieve carbon were measured at 77 K and 303 K. The Ar adsorption isotherms of molecular sieve carbon samples were also measured at 303 K. The grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulation technique was applied to calculate the N2 and Ar adsorption isotherms at 303 K using the ultramicropore volume determined by H2O adsorption. The comparative method of experimental and simulated isotherms of supercritical N2 and Ar at 303 K gave the width of the micropore mouth of the molecular sieve carbon, which can be applied to the ultramicropore width determination for other noncrystalline porous solids.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)以及广义梯度近似方法(GGA)计算了甲酸根(HCOO)在Cu(110)、Ag(110)和Au(110)表面的吸附. 计算结果表明, 短桥位是最稳定的吸附位置, 计算的几何参数与以前的实验和计算结果吻合. 吸附热顺序为Cu(110)(-116 kJ·mol-1)>Ag(110)(-57 kJ·mol-1)>Au(110)(-27 kJ·mol-1), 与实验上甲酸根的分解温度相一致. 电子态密度分析表明, 吸附热顺序可以用吸附分子与金属d-带之间的Pauli 排斥来关联, 即排斥作用越大, 吸附越弱. 另外还从计算的吸附热数据以及实验上HCOO的分解温度估算了反应CO2+1/2H2→HCOO的活化能, 其大小顺序为Au(110)>Ag(110)>Cu(110).  相似文献

An improved analytical scheme for human milk neutral oligosaccharides determination was developed, in which, the oligosaccharides were pooled in two fractions (pools 1 and 2) after gel filtration, and then were quantitatively derivatized with a single fluorescent reagent, 2-anthranilic acid. Separation was by reversed-phase HPLC on an ODS-100Z column with a mobile phase of 50 mM ammonium acetate pH 4.0 and 150 mM citrate buffer pH 4.5 and monitored by a fluorescence detector at 360 nm excitation and 425 nm emission wavelengths. The method improved on the separation of neutral tetra- and hexa-saccharide isomers, namely, lacto-N-tetraose (LNT) and lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT) as well as of lacto-N-difucohexaose I (LNDFH I) and lacto-N-difucohexaose II (LNDFH II). The separation of trisacccharide isomers, 3-fucosyllactose (3-FL) and 2′-fucosyllactose (2′-FL) was also successful. Limits of detection and quantification were in the range of 1–10 ng/l and 2–30 ng/l, respectively. The methods’ accuracy was good with its precision at <20% RSD and <1% RSD, respectively, for oligosaccharide concentration and retention time. The recoveries were in the range of 80–100%. This method was successfully applied to the separation and determination of representative neutral oligosaccharide contents in Samoa women milk.  相似文献

Synthesis of 1,3-butadiyne-bridged perfluoroisopropyl binuclear phthalocyanine 2 has been successfully achieved from unsymmetrical A3B-type iodo-perfluoroisopropyl phthalocyanine by palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling with trimethylsilylacetylene and copper-catalyzed Glaser homo-coupling as key reactions. The dyad 2 essentially remains non-aggregated irrespective of solvent and concentration. Electrochemical analysis suggests oxidation is not possible whereas the molecule is more easily reduced. All the results are advantages for photodynamic therapy (PDT).  相似文献

The direct electron transfer reaction of fructose dehydrogenase (FDH) from Gluconobacter sp. on alkanethiol-modified silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was examined using cyclic voltammetry and surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS). Using cyclic voltammetry, catalytic oxidation currents (based on the direct electron transfer reaction of FDH) were observed from a potential of approximately −100 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl, 3 M NaCl) in the presence of d-fructose, without a mediator. A comparison of the SERRS spectra and the resonance Raman spectra of FDH in solution indicated that the heme c site retained its six-coordinated low-spin heme after immobilization. Moreover, SERRS also demonstrated that the heme c of the adsorbed FDH was the electron transfer site within the enzyme.  相似文献

AuNP-modified electrodes were simply fabricated by depositing citrate-reduced gold nanoparticles onto a gold electrode and carbon fiber paper and then covering the surface with a self-assembled monolayer of alkanethiols. The immobilization of AuNPs provided a large effective surface area for the adsorption of FDH. Catalytic oxidation currents based on the direct electron transfer reaction of FDH were observed from a potential about ?100 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl, 3 M NaCl) in the presence of d-fructose without a mediator. The current density reached as high as 14.3 ± 0.93 mA/cm2 (at +500 mV), which was achieved in the presence of 200 mM d-fructose by immobilization of FDH on 2-mercaptoethanol-modified AuNP/carbon fiber paper electrodes.  相似文献

The crystal structures of phenylpropylpyridine‐N‐oxide and N‐methyl‐phenylpropylpyridinium iodide are compared, revealing that hydrogen bonding with the solvent molecule plays an important role in the N‐oxide compound, whilst electrostatic interactions are predominant in controlling the solid‐state orientation of the N‐methylated compound. Fluorescence spectroscopy and NOESY indicate that in contrast to the previously reported pyridinium iodide, the N‐oxide is not subject to intramolecular π‐stacking, as judged by excimer emission and a lack of corresponding cross peaks, respectively.  相似文献

A family of hypersurface isolated singularities, called Reiffen’s examples, is considered in the context of holonomic D-modules. Algebraic local cohomology classes attached to Reiffen’s singularities and their annihilating differential operators are studied. The algebraic local cohomology solution space to the first-order holonomic D-module is determined explicitly. As an application, it is shown that the multiplicity of the holonomic D-module can be described in terms of classical invariants of singularities. A series of conical molecules featuring a [60]fullerene/ferrocene hybrid and five aralkyl side chains (Fe[C60{C6H4-(OCO-C6H3-(OR)2-3,4)-4}5]Cp) have been synthesized and examined for their structural and electrochemical properties as well as their ability to form supramolecular structures in crystals and liquid crystals. When the R group on the side is a methyl group, the compound forms crystals in which the dipolar conical molecules are stacked head-to-tail to form a columnar structure. When the R group is as long as a C18H38 group, the compound forms liquid crystals. Oxidation of the liquid crystalline compound by an aminium salt [(4-BrC6H4)3N][SbCl6] produces the corresponding paramagnetic Fe(III) compound that also exhibits liquid crystalline properties.  相似文献
