By catalytic trimerization polyurethaneisocyanurates (PUIC) with varying content of isocyanate and oligoester fragments were obtained. The number of triisocyanurate fragments in the PUIC network was determined with infrared spectroscopy and by using the multiple disrupted complete internal reflection technique. It was also shown that the PUIC resistance to high temperatures improves as the content of triisocyanurate fragments increases.  相似文献

Some significant compounds present in annatto are geranylgeraniol and tocotrienols. These compounds have beneficial effects against hyperlipidemia and chronic diseases, where oxidative stress and inflammation are present, but the exact mechanism of action of such activities is still a subject of research. This study aimed to evaluate possible mechanisms of action that could be underlying the activities of these molecules. For this, in silico approaches such as ligand topology (PASS and SEA servers) and molecular docking with the software GOLD were used. Additionally, we screened some pharmacokinetic and toxicological parameters using the servers PreADMET, SwissADME, and ProTox-II. The results corroborate the antidyslipidemia and anti-inflammatory activities of geranylgeraniol and tocotrienols. Notably, some new mechanisms of action were predicted to be potentially underlying the activities of these compounds, including inhibition of squalene monooxygenase, lanosterol synthase, and phospholipase A2. These results give new insight into new mechanisms of action involved in these molecules from annatto and Chronic®.  相似文献

This study examined student mathematical engagement through the intended and enacted lessons taught by two teachers in two different middle schools in Indonesia. The intended lesson was developed using the ELPSA learning design to promote mathematical engagement. Based on the premise that students will react to the mathematical tasks in the forms of words and actions, the analysis focused on identifying the types of mathematical engagement promoted through the intended lesson and performed by students during the lesson. Using modified Watson's analytical tool (2007), students’ engagement was captured from what the participants’ did or said mathematically. We found that teachers’ enacted practices had an influence on student mathematical engagement. The teacher who demonstrated content in explicit ways tended to limit the richness of the engagement; whereas the teacher who presented activities in an open-ended manner fostered engagement.  相似文献

The analytical solutions of the non-steady-state concentrations of species at a planar microelectrode are discussed. The analytical expression of the kinetics of CE mechanism under first or pseudo-first order conditions with equal diffusion coefficients at planar electrode under non-steady-state conditions are obtained by using Homotopy perturbation method. These simple new approximate expressions are valid for all values of time and possible values of rate constants. Analytical equations are given to describe the current when the homogeneous equilibrium position lies heavily in favour of the electroinactive species. Working surfaces are presented for the variation of limiting current with a homogeneous kinetic parameter and equilibrium constant. In this work we employ the Homotopy perturbation method to solve the boundary value problem. Furthermore, in this work the numerical simulation of the problem is also reported using Scilab program. The analytical results are found to be in excellent agreement with the numerical results.  相似文献

Mathematical models of amperometric biosensors at three basic types of enzyme kinetics in nonstationary diffusion conditions are discussed. The models are based on nonstationary diffusion equations containing a linear term related to the first‐order and nonlinear term related to the Michaelis–Menten and ping–pong of the enzymatic reaction mechanism. In this paper, we obtain approximate closed‐form analytical solutions for the nonlinear equations under steady‐state condition by using the homotopy analysis method. Analytical expressions for concentrations of substrate and cosubstrate and corresponding current response have been derived for all possible values of parameters. Furthermore, in this work, the numerical simulation of the problem is also reported using Scilab/MATLAB program. An agreement between analytical and numerical results is noted.  相似文献

The theoretical model of Martens and Hall [N. Martens, E.A.H. Hall, Model for an immobilized oxidase enzyme electrode in the presence of two oxidants, Anal. Chem. 66 (1994) 2763–2770] in an immobilized oxidase enzyme electrodes is discussed. This model contains a non-linear term related to enzyme reaction system. In this paper, we obtain approximate analytical solutions for the non-linear equations under steady-state condition by using the homotopy perturbation method (HPM) and homotopy analysis method (HAM). Simple and approximate polynomial expressions for the concentration of substrate, oxygen, reduced mediator and current were obtained in terms of Thiele moduli and the normalized surface concentrations of species. Furthermore, in this work the numerical simulation of the problem is also reported using Scilab/Matlab program. An agreement between analytical and numerical results is noted.  相似文献

Radical copolymerization of fullerene (C60) and n‐butyl methacrylate (BMA) has been carried out using triphenylbismuthonium ylide as an initiator at 70°C for 4 h in a dilatometer under nitrogen atmosphere. The kinetic expression of the polymerization is Rpα [Ylide]0.5[C60]?1.0[BMA]1.2, which is similar to that expected for ideal kinetics. The rate of polymerization increases with an increase in the concentration of initiator and BMA. However, it decreases with an increase in the concentration of fullerene. Fullerene acts as radical scavengers causing retardation in polymerization. The activation energy of copolymerization was estimated to be 72.2 K J mol?1. Studies on the difference in energy parameters and comparative absorption spectrophotometry involving 4f-4f transitions on Nd(III) and glutathione reduced (GSH) in the absence and presence of Zn(II) have been carried out in aquated organic solvents (50 : 50) like methanol, dioxane, acetonitrile and dimethylformamide. Variations in the spectral energy parameters — Slater-Condon (F k ) factor, Lande spin-orbit coupling constant (ξ4f), nephelauxetic ratio (β), bonding parameter (b 1/2 ) and percent covalency (δ) — are calculated and correlated with binding of Nd(III) with GSH in presence and absence of Zn(II).  相似文献

Copolymerization of fullerene (C60) with methyl methacrylate (MMA) was carried out using triphenylbismuthonium ylide (abbreviated as Ylide) as a novel initiator in dioxan at 60°C for 4 h in a dilatometer under a nitrogen atmosphere. The reaction follows ideal kinetics: Rp∝ [Ylide]0.5[C60]?1.0[MMA]1.0. The rate of polymerization increases with an increase in concentration of initiator and MMA. However, it decreases with increasing concentration of fullerene due to the radical scavenging effect of fullerene. The overall activation energy of copolymerization was estimated to be 57 KJ mol?1. The fullerene-MMA copolymers (C60-MMA) were characterized by FTIR, UV–Vis, NMR and GPC analyses.  相似文献
