丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮催化剂研究

用浸渍法制备了丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮负载型催化剂，考察了载体的预处理温度、添加镧助剂对催化剂性能的影响；用BET法测定了催化剂的表面积；采用H2-O2滴定法测定Pd的分散度．结果发现，用经过1．023K焙烧过的Al2O3为载体的催化剂具有较好的催化性能，添加镧助剂后催化剂的分散度、活性有较大的提高．

微相分离及链结构对聚酯-聚醚嵌段共聚物分子运动的影响

本文首先研究了成型方法和热处理对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯与聚氧四亚甲基嵌段共聚物动态力学温度谱的影响,结合应力-应变曲线讨论了微相分离与力学性能的关系。其次,比较了三种不同链结构的聚酯-聚醚嵌段共聚物在不同温控程序下的动态力学温度谱,讨论了链结构对软链段结晶的影响。最后观察了聚氨酯-聚醚嵌段共聚物双重玻璃化转变现象并作了解释。     

Agonist–PPARγ interactions: Molecular modeling study with docking approach

Docking simulation of 18 agonists with the ligand binding pocket (LBP) of PPARγ has been performed. The binding conformations and binding affinities of these agonists were obtained by use of the flexible docking protocol FlexX. Test compound calculations indicated that FlexX can reproduce the binding conformation of the crystal structure (root mean square deviation = 1.43 Å); moreover, the predicted binding affinities correlate well with the activities of these agonists. The interaction model and pharmacophore of PPARγ agonists were derived and the difference in biologic activities of these agonists can be well explained. The PPARγ agonists must have both polar head and the hydrophobic tail, which form hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic contacts with hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions of the LBP of PPARγ, respectively. LBL分子沉积法制备葡萄糖氧化酶电极

采用以静电力为主的逐层分子交替沉积技术制备葡萄糖氧化酶（GOD）电极.通过带有正电荷的聚二甲基二烯丙基铵盐酸盐（PDDA）和带有负电荷的GOD交替沉积在修饰有3-巯基-1-丙基磺酸钠（MPS）的金电极表面.以甲酸二茂铁为电子媒介体,用循环伏安法检测GOD电极对葡萄糖的响应.结果表明,当GOD电极组装层数小于4时,电流响应随着层数的增加而增大,超过4层时电流响应减小.其中4层GOD修饰电极的线性范围为0.55～6.63 mmol•L－1,当pH为7.0时,响应最大.同时电极的检测重现性能良好,相对标准偏差为2.4％.

Preparation ,Structural Characterization and Luminescent Property of Binucleasr Silver（Ⅰ）Complex Formed by Benzotriazole and 1—Hydroxymethyl Benzotriazole

Dinuclear silver (I) six‐membered ring complex [Ag₂ (bta)₂ ‐(hmbta)₂] (ClO₄)₂ (3) has been synthesized by the reaction of benzotriazole (bta) (1) and 1‐hydroxymethyl benzotriazole (hmbta) (2) with Ag (CH₃CN)₄ClO₄. The structures of compound 2 and Complex 3 have been studied by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The change of luminescent intensity of 1, 2 and 3 was reported. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P2 (1)/c, a = 0.7655 (10) nm, b = 1.0126 (14) nm, c =0.9502 (13) nm, β = 95.07 (2)°, V = 0.7337 (17) nm³ and Z = 4. Complex 3 crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P1, a = 0.73611 (18) nm, b = 0.9152 (2) nm, c = 1.2277 (3) nm, β = 87.170 (5)°, V = 0.8221 (3) nm³ and Z = 1. The main structural feature of complex 3 is a symmetric dinuclear six‐membered ring formed by two silver (I) atoms and four N‐atoms from two benzotriazoles. The second structural feature of complex 3 is the τ‐τ stacking interaction between two adjacent molecular planes, which forms the two‐dimentional layer structure. Besides, compared with 2, the luminescent intensity of complex 3 shows a remarkable enhancement.     

A new lignan from the seeds of Sphaerophysa salsula

A novel lignan: sphaerophyside SC was isolated from ethanolic extract of the seeds of Sphaerophysa salsula (Pall.) DC. The structure of the compound was elucidated mainly on the basis of the 1D NMR and 2D NMR data.     

水合硫酸氢钠催化合成2-乙氧基萘

以-水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂，β-萘酚和无水乙醇为原料合成了2-乙氧基萘。优化反应条件为：β-萘酚150mmol，无水乙醇900mmol，催化剂2．0g，回流反应时间5h，产率85．5％。

[structure: see text] The design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of seven totally synthetic analogues of the antitumor agent (+)-discodermolide are reported. Saturation of the terminal diene system, alteration of the substituents on the lactone, and alkylation of the C7-hydroxyl group reveal significant structure-activity relationships.
