The identification of large molecules in complex environments requires probing of multiple vibrational resonances rather than a single resonance. Phase‐shaping the excitation pulses allows the coherent mixing of several resonances so that the presence of molecules can be inferred directly from the integrated output pulse energy. This avoids the need for the collection of spectra or multiple measurements. This article describes a particular implementation for coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering microscopy that uses a broadband pump and probe field in combination with a narrowband Stokes field. We numerically study the possibilities of optimizing selectivity, specificity, and sensitivity by precalculating pulse shapes using an evolutionary algorithm. The stereochemical aspects and photochemistry of a series of 2,4,4,6-tetrasubstituted-4H-thiopyran-1-oxides are described. Substitution-induced changes to the sulfinyl group stereomutation and the ring conformation are investigated. The sulfoxides were configurationally stable at a wide thermal range, but underwent photocatalysed stereomutation at sulfur without concomitant isomerization at C-4. In almost all cases the trans isomer predominated at equilibrium. The theoretical studies are in close agreement with experimental results.  相似文献

In order to improve the dynamics and stability of the POD-Galerkin models of strongly-stiff systems, an α-like regularization is suggested and assessed in the present article. In this method, the POD eigenmodes of the non-linear terms are replaced by their Helmholtz filtered counterparts, while the other terms are remained unchanged. As an example, the method is applied to the POD-Galerkin models of the one-dimensional Kuramoto-Sivashinsky (KS) equation in a full chaotic regime; and the fidelity of the original and regularized models to the direct numerical simulations (DNS) are investigated. Moreover, the effects of regularization on the dynamics of various terms, and whole of the systems, are analyzed via eigenvalue analysis of each term separately, and the total dynamical system as a whole. The numerical experiments show definite effectiveness of the method and excellent improvements in the predicted dynamics and stability, by minimum number of free parameters.  相似文献

A novel imidazole ionic liquid (IL)-functionalized \(\hbox {silica}@\gamma \)-\(\hbox {Fe}_{2}\hbox {O}_{3}\) (\(\hbox {IL-SiO}_{2}@\hbox {MNP}\)) is prepared by the functionalization of \(\hbox {SiO}_{2}@\hbox {MNP}\) by 1-butyl-3-(3-trimethoxypropyl)-1H-imidazol-3-ium chloride as the IL moiety. The catalyst is characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope, vibrating sample magnetometer, dynamic light scattering and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. \(\hbox {IL-SiO}_{2}@\hbox {MNP}\) showed good activity in the synthesis of 6H-chromeno[4,3-b]quinolin-6-one derivatives via multicomponent reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin, anilines and benzaldehydes. The nanocatalyst is magnetically separable and easily recoverable and showed successful activity up to 10 runs.  相似文献

This work integrates rapid techniques for mutation detection by producing single-stranded DNA and (renatured) double-stranded DNA on-chip, labeling these with fluorescent DNA stains and then performing two complementary methods of mutation detection-single stranded conformation polymorphism (SSCP) analysis and heteroduplex analysis (HA). This involves the denaturation of double-stranded polymerase chain reaction (PCR) product into single-stranded DNA, the mutation analysis of the single-stranded DNA by SSCP and the rehybridized double-stranded DNA by HA. These steps were performed entirely on-chip within several minutes of operation. The combination of these two mutation detection methods on-chip provides a highly sensitive method of mutation detection for either genotyping or screening. Many mutation analysis methods rely upon fluorescently labeled samples from a PCR with fluorescently labeled primers. By labeling on-chip we not only attain improved signal strength, but the method is considerably more versatile. Although we used PCR products in this work, this method could be used to analyze DNA from any source. We believe that this combination of several procedures on a single chip represents a significant step in the development of higher levels of integration upon microfluidic devices.  相似文献

We have developed a method for the microextraction of lead(II) ion. It is based on the use of suspended zirconia nanoparticles modified with the reagent cadion. Pb(II) ions in the sample are adsorbed onto the modified zirconia nanoparticles suspended in the solution of a non-ionic surfactant. After cloud formation and phase separation by sedimentation, the surfactant rich phase was acidified and diluted to 100 μL with 3.0 mol L?1 nitric acid and ultrasonicated for a few seconds to desorb the analyte from the sorbent. The mixture was centrifuged and 10 μL of the supernatant liquid phase along with 10 μL of the Pd/Mg modifier were submitted to the electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometer. The parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized by the univariable method. Under the optimized conditions, a sample volume of 40 mL resulted in an enhancement factor of 384 and a detection limit (defined as 3Sb/m) of 2.2 ng L?1. The method was successfully applied to the determination of Pb(II) in water, tea and rice samples. Accuracy was determined by the recovery experiments and the analysis of two certified reference materials.

In this study, synthesis, characterization and catalytic performance of a novel supramolecular photocatalytic system including palladium (II) encapsulated within amine‐terminated poly (triazine‐triamine) dendrimer modified TiO2 nanoparticles (Pd (II) [PTATAD] @ TiO2) is presented. The obtained nanodendritic catalyst was characterized by FT‐IR, ICP‐AES, XPS, EDS, TEM, TGA and UV‐DRS. The as‐prepared nanodendritic catalyst was shown to be highly active, selective, and recyclable for the Suzuki–Miyaura and Sonogashira cross‐coupling of a wide range of aryl halides including electron‐rich and electron‐poor and even aryl chlorides, affording the corresponding biaryl compounds in good to excellent yields under visible light irradiation. This study shows that visible light irradiation can drive the cross‐coupling reactions on the Pd (II) [PTATAD] @ TiO2 under mild reaction conditions (27–30 °C) and no additional additives such as cocatalysts or phosphine ligands. So, we propose that the improved photoactivity predominantly benefits from the synergistic effects of Pd (II) amine‐terminated poly (triazine‐triamine) dendrimer on TiO2 nanoparticles that cause efficient separation and photogenerated electron–hole pairs and photoredox capability of nanocatalyst which all of these advantages due to the tuning of band gap of catalyst in the visible light region.  相似文献
