采用喷雾热解法分别在普通钠钙玻璃、含Si O2过渡层与Ti O2过渡层的玻璃上制备了F掺杂Sn O2薄膜,比较了不同过渡层上生长的F掺杂Sn O2薄膜的表面形貌特点,分析了过渡层对F掺杂Sn O2膜层的光电性能的影响。结果表明,过渡层种类对F掺杂Sn O2薄膜各项性能影响很大,在Si O2薄膜过渡层上制备的F掺杂Sn O2薄膜晶粒最小且表面致密,在Ti O2过渡层制备的F掺杂Sn O2薄膜晶粒最大,在玻璃上生长的F掺杂Sn O2薄膜较为疏松,以Si O2为过渡层制备的F掺杂Sn O2薄膜光电性能最佳,其平均可见光透过率为82.9%,电阻率为5.33×10-4Ω·cm,适合喷雾热解法制备性能优良的玻璃基F掺杂Sn O2薄膜。  相似文献

Polymers based on styrene (STY) and divinylbenzene (DVB) are widely used for water treatment. The chemical modification of these materials, with the introduction of chemical groups, increases their selectivity for certain types of contaminants. The incorporation of magnetic particles makes these systems useful for removing contaminants from aquifers, due to their magnetic attraction of certain residues. In this work, STY–DVB resins (unmodified, sulfonated, and impregnated with nickel and cobalt particles) were analyzed by thermogravimetry. The thermal stabilities of all the samples were compared, showing that sulfonation reduces the thermal stability of the resin, but the incorporation of metal particles restores that stability, with the extent of this recovery depending on the type of metal. This result shows that even when the incorporation of metal particles does not involve removal of contaminants by magnetic attraction, this inclusion is still justified because it increases the material’s thermal stability and also makes it more efficient for removing certain types of non-metallic contaminants, as observed in a previous study. Besides this, the thermogravimetric analysis was highly useful to ascertain the changes caused to the materials, including allowing inferences on the semi-quantitative results of the degree of sulfonation and confirming that metal compounds are not only physical mixtures.  相似文献

Stimuli‐responsive metal–organic polyhedra (srMOPs) functionalized with azobenzene showed UV‐irradiation‐induced isomerization from the insoluble trans‐srMOP to the soluble cis‐srMOP, whereas irradiation with blue light reversed this process. Guest molecules were trapped and released upon cis‐to‐trans and trans‐to‐cis isomerization of the srMOPs, respectively. This study provides a new direction in the ever‐diversifying field of MOPs, while laying the groundwork for a new class of optically responsive materials.  相似文献

Asymmetric hydrogenation of aromatic quinolin‐3‐amines was successfully developed with up to 94 % enantiomeric excess (ee). Introduction of the phthaloyl moiety to the amino group is crucial to eliminate the inhibition effect caused by the substrate and product, to activate the aromatic ring, and to improve the diastereoselectivity. This new methodology provides direct and facile access to chiral exocyclic amines. Notably, this report is the first on the highly enantioselective hydrogenation of aromatic amines.  相似文献

CuO–ZnO micro/nanoporous array‐films are synthesized by transferring a solution‐dipped self‐organized colloidal template onto a device substrate and sequent heat treatment. Their morphologies and structures are characterized by X‐ray diffraction, field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectrum analysis. Based on the sensing measurement, it is found that the CuO–ZnO films prepared with the composition of [Cu2+]/[Zn2+]=0.005, 0.01, and 0.05 all show a nice sensitivity to 10 ppm H2S. Interestingly, three different zones exist in the patterns of gas responses versus H2S concentrations: a platform zone, a rapidly increasing zone, and a slowly increasing zone. Further experiments show that the hybrid CuO–ZnO porous film sensor exhibits shorter recovery time and better selectivity to H2S gas against other interfering gases at a concentration of 10 ppm. These new sensing properties may be due to a depletion layer induced by p–n junction between p‐type CuO and n‐type ZnO and high chemical activity of CuO to H2S. This work will provide a new construction route of ZnO‐based sensing materials, which can be used as H2S sensors with high performances.  相似文献

The reaction conditions and scope of the photo‐Nazarov reaction of aryl vinyl ketones were investigated. In contrast to the conventional acid‐catalyzed methods, this photolytic electrocyclization proceeds in the neutral or basic conditions. Irradiating substrates bearing various aromatic rings, acid‐sensitive groups, cyclohexenyl, cycloheptenyl, and unsaturated pyran with UV‐light (254 nm) smoothly yielded hexahydrofluorenones and related structures. This photo‐Nazarov reaction could also be applicable to the substrates carrying β‐alkyl groups on the enone, which gave corresponding polycyclic rings containing quaternary centers. These photo‐electrocyclized products may prove useful for synthesizing a variety of natural products and their derivatives. Further application of this mild photo‐Nazarov reaction in the synthesis of taiwaniaquinol B was achieved.  相似文献

A mild photochemical approach was applied to construct highly coupled metal–semiconductor dyads, which were found to efficiently facilitate the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene. Aniline was produced in excellent yield (>99 %, TOF: 1183) using formic acid as hydrogen source and water as solvent at room temperature. This general and green catalytic process is applicable to a wide range of nitroarenes without the involvement of high‐pressure gases or sacrificial additives.  相似文献

Semi-diluted Xanthan solution has been widely used in various fields, especially in enhancing oil recovery. The oscillatory shear and flow shear behaviors of Xanthan are important to oil flooding. The oscillatory shear relates to molecular motions, while flow shear reflects flowing characterization. In oscillatory shear mode, the storage modulus, loss modulus and tanδ has been measured. Calculating relaxation spectra through storage modulus, we found that the peak of segments’ relaxation heads to smaller relaxation time side. Also, the quantity of relaxation units increases as concentration increases. However, the relaxation time spectra are less affected by salinity. In flow shear mode, the relationship between shear rate and viscosity has been investigated. As concentration or salinity increases, the pseudoplastic of Xanthan solutions becomes more obvious. Furthermore, primary normal stress differences of Xanthan semi-diluted solutions lightly increase at first then sharply decrease as shear rate increases. This abnormal phenomenon may refer to wall slip.  相似文献

Four species of delignified woodchips with about 1 % lignin content (Chlorite–Woodchips) and a series of softwood pulps with different lignin contents were prepared by sodium chlorite delignification. After mechanical defibration, some Chlorite–Woodchips were directly subjected to dissolution treatment in NaOH/urea solvent; the others were first treated with NaOH solution to remove the hemicellulose to obtain NaOH–Chlorite–Woodchips or oxidized with potassium permanganate (OPP) to remove lignin completely to obtain OPP–Chlorite–Woodchips, and then subjected to the dissolution in NaOH/urea solvent. The results showed that the dissolved proportion of the Chlorite–Woodchips ranged from 36 to 46 %, the dissolved proportion of glucan was within 12 %, and most of the hemicellulose was dissolved in NaOH/urea solvent. Compared with Chlorite–Woodchips, the dissolved proportion of NaOH–Chlorite–Woodchips was lower, but their dissolved proportion of glucan was higher. After further permanganate delignification, both the dissolved proportion of the OPP–Chlorite–Woodchips and the dissolved proportion of glucan of the OPP–Chlorite–Woodchips were higher than those of the Chlorite–Woodchips. However, the dissolved proportion of glucan was still limited to only 15–30 %. The effect of the lignin content of softwood pulps on their dissolution is complicated. With the decrease of the lignin content of softwood pulp from 6.9 to 2.8 %, the dissolved proportion of pulp increased from 14 to 26 %. However, further reduction of lignin content from 2.8 to 0.3 % led to a decrease in the dissolved proportion of pulp from 26 to 12 %. The dissolved proportion of glucan followed the same tendency. These results indicated that the dissolution of wood cellulose in NaOH/urea solvent is not simply controlled by the hemicellulose and lignin contents, but also by some other factors.  相似文献

以钼酸铵与乙酰丙酮反应生成催化剂乙酰丙酮氧钼MoO2(acac)2,考察了反应溶剂、氧化剂存在形式、不同助催化剂、反应温度、底物配比和催化剂量对苯乙烯双羟化反应的影响。在优化的反应条件下,以过氧叔丁醇为氧化剂得到苯乙烯双羟化反应的转化率、化学选择性和分离产率分别为85.2%、70.7%和53.3%。并探讨了可能的催化机理以及改进方向。  相似文献
