将酞菁锰(MnPc)掺入阳离子表面活性剂双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(DDAB)的氯仿溶液,并涂布于热解石墨电极表面,待氯仿挥发后即制得MnPc-DDAB薄膜电极。循环伏安实验表明,在KBr溶液中,该薄膜电极有两对还原氧化峰,第一对峰的Epc1=-0.27V,Epa1=0.01V;第二对峰的Epc2=-0.76V,Epa2=-0.62V(vs.SCE)。本文着重探讨了第二对峰的电化学行为,估计了该体系的电荷传递扩散系数Dct和表观非均相电极反应速率常数K0′等电化学参数,并可将该薄膜电极用于催化三氯乙酸的电化学还原。 相似文献

A new reagent proflavine-N, N, N', N'-tetraacetic acid (PTA) synthesized in our laboratory has been found useful as a chemiluminescence reagent for the determination of ruthenium (Ru) in pH 2.5 sulfuric acid solution containing acetone, it can be oxidized catalytically by hydrogen peroxide. With Ru(III) as catalyst, it emits light selectively. The linear range is between 2.0 x 10(-8) and 2.0 x 10(-5) g/ml. The detection limit and the recovery rate of the method are 1.0 x 10(-9)g/ml and 96.0-102%, respectively. In current clinical practice, photodynamic therapy (PDT) is carried out with prescribed drug doses and light doses as well as fixed drug-light intervals and illumination fluence rates. This approach can result in undesirable treatment outcomes of either overtreatment or undertreatment because of biological variations between different lesions and patients. In this study, we explore the possibility of improving PDT dosimetry by monitoring drug photobleaching and photoproduct formation. The study involved 60 mice receiving the same drug dose of a novel verteporfin-like photosensitizer, QLT0074, at 0.3 mg/kg body weight, followed by different light doses of 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 J/cm2 at 686 nm and a fluence rate of 70 mW/cm2. Photobleaching and photoproduct formation were measured simultaneously, using fluorescence spectroscopy. A ratio technique for data processing was introduced to reliably detect the photoproduct formed by PDT on mouse skin in vivo. The study showed that the QLT0074 photoproduct is stable and can be reliably quantified. Three new parameters, photoproduct score (PPS), photobleaching score (PBS) and percentage photobleaching score (PBS%), were introduced and tested together with the conventional dosimetry parameter, light dose, for performance on predicting PDT-induced outcome, skin necrosis. The statistical analysis of experimental results was performed with an ordinal logistic regression model. We demonstrated that both PPS and PBS improved the prediction of skin necrosis dramatically compared to light dose. PPS was identified as the best single parameter for predicting the PDT outcome. 相似文献

A fluorescence ratiometric sensor for pH determination is described in this paper. The sensor incorporated the pH-sensitive
dye meso-5,10,15,20-tetra-(4-allyloxyphenyl)porphyrin (TAPP) as an indicator and a pH-insensitive dye N-(2-methacryloxyethyl)benzo[k,l]thioxanthene-3,4-dicarboximide (MBTD), a benzothioxanthene derivative, as a reference for fluorescence ratiometric measurement.
To prevent leakage of the dyes, both were photocopolymerized with acrylamide, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and triethylene glycol
dimethacrylate on the silanized glass surface. The reproducibility and response time of the prepared sensor were sufficient.
Most common coexisting inorganic ions and organic compounds did not interfere with pH sensing. In the acidic pH range from
1.5 to 5.0 the fluorescence intensity ratio of the two dyes varied linearly as a function of pH. The sensing membrane was

The hydrothermal reaction of VOSO4, As2O3, CoC2O4·2H2O and 2,2-bipy yields a novel arsenic-vanadate [CoII(2,2-bpy)2]2[AsIII8VIV 14O42(H2O)]·H2O (1), which is characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TGA, magnetic susceptibility and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. X-ray diffraction shows that compound 1 is the first example of tubular arsenic–vanadium cluster containing infinite {[Co(2,2-bpy)2]2[As8V14O42(H2O)]} chain constructed from [As8V14O42(H2O)] clusters interconnected through [Co(2,2-bpy)]2+ units. The goal of the present study is to test the hypothesis that LPA induces proliferation of astrocytes in hippocampus in vivo via phosphorylation of ERK 1/2. We first characterized the expression of GFAP, a special marker fiber protein of astrocytes,
in brain slices after direct injection of LPA into hippocampus by immunohistochemistry, and found that LPA induced a remarkable
proliferation of astrocytes. Then double-lablled immunofluorescence was used to detect GFAP and phosphorylation ERK 1/2 (p-ERK
1/2), LPA induced an immediate (10 min) and transient (<30 min) phosphorylation of ERK 1/2, and sequence sustained activation
of ERK 1/2 was observed, which last for at least 3 weeks after injection of LPA. Reactions are inhibited by U0126, a specific
pharmacological mitogen-activated protein kinase (MEK) inhibitor. Laser confocal scanning was used to study spatial relationship
of p-ERK and astrocytes. Amazingly, the early (<7 days) phosphorylation of ERK 1/2 is not expressed in astrocytes but in area
where neurons and/or in other cell type(s) occupied, expression of p-ERK 1/2 in astrocytes is not detected until 14 days after
LPA injection and lasts for at least 3 weeks. Taken together, these data suggest that LPA play an important role in proliferation
of astrocytes through phosphorylation of ERK 1/2 in hippocampus. It provides further proof for the functions of LPA in CNS

Li-doped ZnO thin films were prepared on glass substrates by DC reactive magnetron sputtering. The influence of post-annealing temperature on the electrical, structural, and optical properties of the films was investigated. A conversion from p-type conduction to n-type in a range of temperature was confirmed by Hall measurement. The optimal p-type conduction is achieved at the annealing temperature of 500 °C with a resistivity of 57 Ω cm, carrier concentration of 1.07 × 1017 cm−3 and Hall mobility of 1.03 cm2 V−1 s−1. From the temperature-dependent PL analysis, the energy level of LiZn acceptor was determined to be 140 meV above the valence band. 相似文献
