In this paper, the far-field patterns are investigated for double-slot antenna array placed on extended hemispherical lenses. The radiation patterns of the extended hemispherical lens fed by single double-slot antenna or double-slot antenna array are computed using ray-tracing inside the dielectric lens and electric and magnetic field integration on the spherical dielectric surface. The computation results show that the sharp null of the difference pattern is below -37dB.  相似文献

采用等离子体增强热灯丝化学气相沉积方法,以甲烷和氢气为反应气体,在钨丝衬底上制备出准直的碳纳米纤维(CNFs),其生长密度小于10.6cm-2,长度为6—30μm,直径为60—100nm.并采用自制的双探针扫描电子显微镜系统,对所生长的单根CNF作了场发射特性研究.结果表明,其场发射开启电压约为5V/μm,相应的发射电流达到20μA/cm2,同时,对不同长度的CNFs及单根CNF不同位置的场发射研究表明,场发射电流的大小不仅与材料本身的功函数、外电场场强、材料的微观结构以及宏观的几何结构有关,而且电子在输运过程中所受到的散射也是决定场发射电流大小的关键因素. 关键词: 碳纳米纤维 化学气相沉积 场发射 扫描电子显微镜  相似文献

The present study has aimed at providing new insight into short-wavelength near-infrared (SW-NIR) spectroscopy (780–1100 nm) for non-destructive quantitative analysis of acetylspiramycin (macrolide antibiotics) powder by using artificial neural networks (ANNs). Presently, it was shown the third vibrational overtone of the CH stretching band can be used to quantitatively determine constituents in pharmaceutical. The third overtone referred to as the SW-NIR region ranges from 780 nm to 1100 nm. In this paper, 156 experimental samples of acetylspiramycin powder were analyzed using ANNs in the 780–1100 nm region of SW-NIR spectra. Four different pretreated methods (first-derivative, second-derivative, standard normal variate (SNV) and multiplicative scatter correction (MSC)) were applied to three sets of SW-NIR spectra of powder samples. The results presented here demonstrate that the SW-NIR region is promising for the fast and reliable determination of major component in pharmaceutical analysis. Degree of approximation as an evaluation criterion of the network was employed, which proved the accuracy of the predicted results.  相似文献

In this paper a small aperture multimode horn is analysed by full-wave method and the coupling efficiency to Gaussian fundamental mode is calculated. The coupling efficiency of exceeding 0.98 is obtained over 4 GHz bandwidth. This horn may be used to connect waveguide with quasi-optical element in millimeter wave system and also may be used as an element in imaging array.  相似文献

The remarkable differences between the infrared spectra of oxygen adsorption and nitrogen desorption in coal have been experimentally and theoretically investigated. Density functional theory calculations were performed to better explain the mechanism of oxygen adsorption using six different molecular models of coal. In addition, the remarkable differences of infrared spectra between oxygen adsorption and nitrogen desorption was defined as the index V, which was used to classify the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal. The experimental data indicated that the spectra in the 4000–2000 cm?1 and 1250–1050 cm?1 regions exhibited significant changes. These results suggest that the mechanism of oxygen adsorption is the alteration and transfer of charge density around the activated sites, which leads to the observed changes of the infrared spectra. The V, which is related to the alteration of spectral intensity, is found to decrease with the increase of adiabatic oxidation time and the relative spontaneous combustion period of coal. This observation solidifies the connection between sample spectral intensity and oxygen chemisorption. These data suggest that the hydroxy in hydroxy and carboxyl groups on the surface of coal particles is the site of oxygen chemisorption, and the V can be used to rapidly and accurately categorize the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal.  相似文献

By using Fourier Optics, the general analytical expression of intensity distribution for the coherently combined beams positioned on the X-Y plane, which is applicable to both Gaussian and non-Gaussian beams, can be derived. Considering the fact that in many cases the array configuration can be regarded as composed of several regular polygons with a common center, an explicit analytical expression of the far-field intensity distribution for these cases has been derived. As an example, the above expression has been applied to study a 19 emitter array. Studies have also been done on the dark fringes of the far-field pattern for the specific emitters, whose numbers are 2 and 4, respectively.  相似文献

Five bioactive Annonaceous acetogenins, including three new compounds, annonamuricins A (1), B (2), and C (3), one registered but no spectral data reported compounds, annonamuricin D (4), and one known compound annonacin (5) were isolated from Graviola fruit (Annona muricata) and further determined through bioassay-guided fractionation. All five compounds are C35 Anonnonaceous acetogenins with a mono-tetrahydrofuran ring and four hydroxyls. Their structures were elucidated using spectral methods as well as chemical modification after isolation via chromatographic techniques and HPLC purification. These acetogenins demonstrated potent anti-proliferative activities against human prostate cancer PC-3 cells.  相似文献
