从齐性方差的线性回归模型参数估计的最小二乘法出发,通过对统计资料的适当变换,利用加权最小二乘法,获得了异方差的线性自回归模型和四种异方差的非线性自回归模型的参数估计公式,并举例阐述了估计公式的应用.

修正D形线圈轮廓线的解析解

聚变堆的纵场线圈通常采用无弯矩的恒张力线圈,即D形线圈,这是种尺寸巨大且场强高的纵场线圈,其受电磁力的作用机械支撑问題甚突出。 恒张力线圈的概念最初由File等人提出。最初的D形轮廓线(通常称为PrincetonD)是根据纵场场强与半径成反比(即B_θ∝1/R)的简化条件求解的,也就是假定整个环形纵场线圈沿环向连续均匀地分布。但实际上,纵场线圈总是做成分立的。因为诸如各种注入、加热和抽真空等通道需在线圈之间插入,目前的趋势是在满足等离子体外缘磁场纹波要     

棉酚对肾ATP酶活力的影响

本文观测了棉酚对大鼠、豚鼠肾皮质匀浆Na⁺-K⁺ ATP酶活力的影响,结果表明,大鼠每日灌服棉酚半年,肾皮质ATP酶活力未受明显影响,豚鼠每日服用棉酚5或9周,肾皮质细胞膜的Na⁺-K⁺ATP酶的活力受抑制.含钾丰富的食物似可延缓、减轻这一抑制作用.在体外,棉酚对大鼠、豚鼠、人胎儿脑、肾ATP酶活力均有明显的抑制作用.作用方式主要为“反竞争性”的.     

用单倍体育种法育成水稻新品种的研究

单倍体育种是一种多快好省的育种方法,它能控制杂种分离、加快育种速度、简化选育程序和提高选择效率,是育种工作上的一项重大技术革新,本文报道了运用单倍体育种技术培育水稻新品种的研究结果。我们用N_6或Miller’s培养基诱导花粉愈伤组织,并使其分化出单倍体和自然加倍的二倍体花粉植株,并用秋水仙素或富民隆使单倍体植株染色体加倍,来源于杂种的花粉植株当代表现多种多样,二代基本整齐一致,后代没有生活力减退现象,通过对花粉植株后代的选择鉴定,从中选出三个优良品系,并进行了广泛的区域性鉴定和生产示范,其中“单4”品系(命名为“单丰一号”)亩产1100斤左右,适于在松花江南部地区推广,文中还讨论了水稻单倍体育种技术和后代选育的有关问题。     

具有生物活性钼钨仿生配合物与ATP作用的NMR研究

在常温下合成了以邻苯二酚为配体,分别以乙二胺、1,2-丙二胺、1,3-丙二胺为抗衡离子的7种手性钼钨八面体配合物(NH2CH2CH2NH3)3[Mo(V)O2(OC6H4O)2](1),(NH2CH2CH2NH3)2[W(VI)O2(OC6H4O)2](2),(NH2CH2CH2NH3)2.5[Mo(V)0.5W(VI)0.5O2(O2C6H4)]2](3),(NH3CH2CHNH2CH3)3[Mo(V)O2(OC6H4O)2](4),(NH3CH2CHNH2CH3)2[W(VI)O2(OC6H4O)2](5),(NH3CH2CHNH2CH3)2.5[Mo(V)0.5W(VI)0.5O2(OC6H4O)2](6),(NH3CH2CH2CH3NH2)2.5[Mo(V)0.5W(VI)0.5O2(OC6H4O)2](7),并在生理条件下对其与ATP的相互作用进行了液体NMR研究,发现标题配合物的中心金属离子在纯D2O溶剂中大多数以+5价形式存在,W(VI)被还原为W(V),但与ATP混合后又转化为+6价,配合物原有的顺磁性特征完全消失.研究还发现ATP可以促进中心离子与原配体发生解离.     

HPLC测定祖师麻注射液中祖师麻甲素的含量

采用HPLC测定祖师麻注射液中祖师麻甲素的含量,选用VPODSC18(4.6mm×150mm,5m)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%的醋酸水溶液(28∶72),柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长326nm,祖师麻甲素在0.1498—1.3478mg·mL-1范围内浓度与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,该方法简便、准确、重现性好。     

Optimization and Finite Element Analysis of the Temperature Field in a Nitride MOCVD Reactor by Induction Heating

A susceptor structure with a ring channel for a vertical metalorganic chemical vapor deposition reactor by induction heating is proposed. Thus the directions of heat conduction are changed by the channel, and the channel makes the heat in the susceptor redistribute. The pattern of heat transfer in this susceptor is also analyzed. In addition, the location and size of the channel in the susceptor are optimized using the finite element method. A comparison between the optimized and the conventional susceptor shows that the optimized susceptor not only enhances the heating efficiency but also the uniformity of temperature distribution in the wafer, which contributes to improving the quality of the film growth.     

Spiking Behavior in Chua's Circuit

Chua ＇s circuit with a slow-fast effect is established under certain parameter conditions. The dynamics of this slow- fast system is investigated. A spiking phenomenon can be observed in the numerical simulation. By introducing slow-fast analysis and a generalized Jacobian matrix at the non-smooth boundaries, the bifurcation mechanism for the periodic spiking solution, different from the smooth case, is discussed.     

Singular Wave Solutions of Two Integrable Generalized KdV Equations

We present some singular wave solutions such as multi-peaked periodic waves, multi-peaked kink waves, multi-peaked peakons as well as kink-compactons, associated with singular curves of generalized KdV equation and modified KdV equation. When a trajectory intersects with the singular curve, it may be divided into segments. Different combinations of these segments may lead to different singular wave solutions, while at the intersection points, peaks on the waves can be observed.
