A novel, sensitive catalytic adsorptive stripping voltammetric procedure which can be used to determine trace amounts of germanium is described. The method is based on the interfacial accumulation of the complex formed by Ge(IV) and the product of the reduction of chloranilic acid on the hanging mercury drop electrode or the renewable silver amalgam film electrode, and its subsequent reduction from the adsorbed state followed by the catalytic action of the V(IV)·HEDTA complex. The presence of V(IV)·HEDTA greatly enhances the adsorptive stripping response of Ge. The reduction of the Ge(IV) in the presence of chloranilic acid and V(IV)·HEDTA was investigated in detail and the effects of pH, electrolyte composition, and instrumental parameters were studied. Under optimal conditions, the catalytic peak current of germanium exhibited good linearity for Ge(IV) concentrations in the range of 0.75–60 nM (for 60 s of accumulation at −0.1 V, r2 = 0.995) and a low limit of detection (LOD = 0.085 nM). The procedure was successfully applied to determine Ge in water samples.
Thermolytic groups structurally related to well-studied heat-sensitive phosphate/thiophosphate protecting groups have been evaluated for 5'-hydroxyl protection of deoxyribonucleosides as carbonates and for potential use in solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis. The spatial arrangement of selected functional groups forming an asymmetric nucleosidic 5'-O-carbonic acid ester has been designed to enable heat-induced cyclodecarbonation reactions, which would result in the release of carbon dioxide and the generation of a nucleosidic 5'-hydroxyl group. The nucleosidic 5'-O-carbonates 3-8, 10-15, and 19-21 were prepared and were isolated in yields ranging from 45 to 83%. Thermolytic deprotection of these carbonates is preferably performed in aqueous organic solvent at 90 degrees C under near neutral conditions. The rates of carbonate deprotection are dependent on the nucleophilicity of the functional group involved in the postulated cyclodecarbonation reaction and on solvent polarity. Deprotection kinetics increase according to the following order: 4 < 5 < 10 < 6 < 12 < 7 < 13 < 8 < 14 congruent with 19-21 and CCl4 < dioxane < MeCN < t-BuOH < MeCN:phosphate buffer (3:1 v/v, pH 7.0) < EtOH:phosphate buffer (1:1 v/v, pH 7.0). Complete thermolytic deprotection of carbonates 7, 8, 13, and 14 is achieved within 20 min to 2 h under optimal conditions in phosphate buffer-MeCN. The 2-(2-pyridyl)amino-1-phenylethyl and 2-[N-methyl-N-(2-pyridyl)]aminoethyl groups are particularly promising for 5'-hydroxyl protection of deoxyribonucleosides as thermolytic carbonates. 相似文献
The resonanceRaman spectra of Fe(LC12)3Cl2 and Fe(LC18)3Cl2 (whereLC12 andLC18 denote 4,4′-didodecyloxy-2,2′-bipyridine and 4,4′-dioctadecyloxy-2,2′-bipyridine, respectively) have been measured along with their excitation profiles. The exciting lines of an Ar+ laser have been used. The bands appearing in theRR spectra within 1 200–1 600cm?1 (expected to arise from thebipy moiety C-N and C-C vibrations) suffer the greatest resonance enhancements. Both depolarization ratios of theRaman bands and excitation profiles reveal the interaction of the resonant electronic states. 相似文献
Abstract Conformational behaviour of about 30 2-methoxy-2-oxo-1,2- oxaphospho l an-3-0 1 s containing various substituents was examined by 1H and 13C NMR. Vicinal coupling constants J(HCCH), J(HCCP), J(HCOP), J(CCOP) and J(CCCP) were employed in this study. Conformation of the 1,2-oxaphospholane ring is governed almost exclusively by substituents at C-3, C-4 and C-5, as we l l as by their orientation. The configuration of the P atom has little or no influence on conformation of the ring in diastsreomeric pairs. Strong preference of phenyl, methyl and substituted methyl groups to occupy the equatorial or pseudoequatoria l positions was observed for all but one compounds studied. In the cis-fused bicyclic syst ems conformat ionally rigid 6-membered rings forced the 1,2-oxaphospholane rings to adopt an enve l ope-l ike (E4) conformation. No influence of the p=o……HO-C-3 hydrogen bond on conformation of the 1,2-oxaphospholane ring was found. Preferred conformations for (2R, 3R, 4R)-3-(hydroxymethyI)-2-methoxy-2-oxo-1,2-oxaphospho lane-3,4-diol and its triacetate are shown below. 相似文献
Stainless steel ISO 5832–9 type is often used to perform implants which operate in protein-containing physiological environments. The interaction between proteins and surface of the implant may affect its corrosive properties. The aim of this work was to study the effect of selected serum proteins (albumin and γ-globulins) on the corrosion of ISO 5832–9 alloy (trade name M30NW) which surface was modified by titania coatings. These coatings were obtained by sol–gel method and heated at temperatures of 400 and 800 °C. To evaluate the effect of the proteins, the corrosion tests were performed with and without the addition of proteins with concentration of 1 g L?1 to the physiological saline solution (0.9 % NaCl, pH 7.4) at 37 °C. The tests were carried out within 7 days. The following electrochemical methods were used: open circuit potential, linear polarization resistance, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In addition, surface analysis by optical microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) method was done at the end of weekly corrosion tests. The results of corrosion tests showed that M30NW alloy both uncoated and modified with titania coatings exhibits a very good corrosion resistance during weekly exposition to corrosion medium. The best corrosion resistance in 0.9 % NaCl solution is shown by alloy samples modified by titania coating annealed at 400 °C. The serum proteins have no significant effect onto corrosion of investigated biomedical steel. The XPS results confirmed the presence of proteins on the alloy surface after 7 days of immersion in protein-containing solutions. 相似文献
A novel platinum(IV) coordination compound with 6-mercaptopurine (6-Hmp) has been synthesised and characterised by IR and
NMR spectroscopy. Spectroscopic parameters indicate the presence of two chelate (S-6, N-7) monodeprotonated ligands and two
chloride ions in the coordination sphere of [PtCl2(6-mp)2] · H2O (I). Two Pt(IV) coordination compounds, [PtCl2(6-mp)2] · H2O (I) and [PtCl4(dbtp)2] (II), were used in the in vivo test against B16 mouse melanoma tumours. Cytotoxic activity of compound II against the tumour cells was found to be high (LC10 = 2.6 μM, LC50 = 17.0 μM, LC90 = 58.0 μM) compared to that of cisplatin. 相似文献
The sol-gel process is a useful method for preparing two series of organically and co-ordinately modified xerogels of the types [CuNn]·N5–n·5xSiO4/2 (n < 4) and [Cu(N–N)n]·(N–N)2–n·2x SiO4/2(n 2), where N = NH2(CH2)3 SiO3/2, N–N = NH2(CH2)2NH·(CH2)3SiO3/2 and x = [SiO4/2]/[N] or [SiO4/2]/[N–N]. The amino groups in the materials are coordinately active and participate partly in the coordination sphere of Cu(II) ions. The composition of the coordination sphere can be varied with the SiO4/2 content and also as a result of the thermal decomposition of the organic residues at higher temperatures.Because the xerogel materials are considered to be catalyst precursors, this study is focused on their coordination and thermal properties. The prepared xerogels, such as silica, aminated silicates with N and N–N, as well as those entities complexed with Cu(II), were characterised by FT-IR spectroscopy. During gelation and thermal decomposition the materials were analysed by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. The xerogels were additionally studied by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. The gaseous products of the thermal decomposition of these materials in an Ar atmosphere were investigated by the use of FT-IR spectroscopy coupled with TG and DTG thermal analysis. These data were complemented by temperature-programmed decomposition (TPDec) in a 2% O2 + 98% Ar stream coupled with quadrupole mass spectroscopy. 相似文献
In the present study experimentally determined ligand selectivity of three methylated buspirone analogues (denoted as MM2, MM5 and P55) towards 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A serotonin receptors was theoretically investigated on a molecular level. The relationships between the ligand structure and 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A receptor affinities were studied and the results were found to be in agreement with the available site-directed mutagenesis and binding affinity data. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of ligand-receptor complexes were performed for each investigated analogue, docked twice into the central cavity of 5-HT1A/5-HT2A, each time in a different orientation. Present results were compared with our previous theoretical results, obtained for buspirone and its non-methylated analogues. It was found that due to the presence of the methyl group in the piperazine ring the ligand position alters and the structure of the ligand-receptor complex is modified. Further, the positions of derivatives with pyrimidinyl aromatic moiety and quinolinyl moiety are significantly different at the 5-HT2A receptor. Thus, methylation of such derivatives alters the 3D structures of ligand-receptor complexes in different ways. The ligand-induced changes of the receptor structures were also analysed. The obtained results suggest, that helical domains of both receptors have different dynamical behaviour. Moreover, both location and topography of putative binding sites for buspirone analogues are different at 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A receptors. 相似文献
We describe the technique of dynamic secondary ion mass spectrometry developed to determine three‐dimensional phase domain structures of films of polymer blends. The polymers are composed of light elements or are labeled with deuterium or heavy elements. The applicability of this method to various polymer blends forming thin and ultrathin films with flat and undulated air/film interface is discussed. 相似文献
