Bulk viscosity of hot dense Quark matter in the PNJL model

Starting from the Kubo formula and the QCD low energy theorem, we study the the bulk viscosity of hot dense quark matter in the PNJL model from the equation of state. We show that the bulk viscosity has a sharp peak near the chiral phase transition, and that the ratio of bulk viscosity over entropy rises dramatically in the vicinity of the phase transition. These results agree with those from the lattice and other model calculations. In addition, we show that the increase of chemical potential raises the bulk viscosity.     

Investigation of the interaction between HⅣ-1 DNA and cyclic peptides by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry

The interaction between HⅣ-1 DNA and five cyclic peptides (CP1-CP5) was investigated using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). It revealed that CP1 [c(Ala-Tyr-Leu-Ala-Gly)] and CP4 [c(Pro-D-Tyr-Leu-D-Ala-Gly)] have the higher binding affinity with the duplex DNA among the five cyclic peptides.

Two new bromoindole alkaloids have been isolated from the ethanolic extract of the red alga Laurencia similis.On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods(including 1D and 2D NMR technique),their structures have been elucidated as 2,2′,5,5′,6,6′-sixibromo -3,3′-bi-1H-indole and 3,5-dibromo-1-methylindole,respectively.     

A novel and efficient route for the preparation of atorvastatin

A novel and efficient synthetic method of atorvastatin was described.The key step of the synthesis was the construction of the olefin linkage between the chiral side chain and skeleton via a Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction,resulting in the advanced intermediate of atorvastatin under hydrogenation of the olefin over Pd/C.This novel method is more useful for the practical synthesis of atorvastatin than its document reported methods.     

Six-step synthesis of Leonurine and toxicity study on zebrafish

Leonurine (1), an important ingredient in leonurus sibiricus L., can be used for some gynecological disease. We have developed a concise and efficient synthetic route of Leonurine, which can be optimized for mass production. Commercially available compound 6 and 2,3-dihydrofuran (7) were used as starting materials. And the toxicity study on zebrafish shows that Leonurine would promote the hatching of zebrafish embryos at low concentration and result in acute death or chronic lethal toxicity at high concentration.

Novel thioxanthone host material with thermally activated delayed fluorescence for reduced efficiency roll-off of phosphorescent OLEDs

A symmetrical host material, 2,7-di(9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-1-yl)-9H-thioxanthen-9-one (DMBFTX), with TADF property was firstly developed. The red phosphorescent OLED based on this TADF host displays a lower EQEs rolloff of 38.8% at a luminance of 10 000 cd/m² as compared to 71.2% of commercial mCP host, which is resulted from the upconversion of DMBFTX from triplet to singlet.     

铈含量对CeUSY分子筛抗镍性能的影响及机理研究

采用液相离子交换法制备了不同Ce含量的CeUSY分子筛,并通过Mitchell等体积浸渍法对其进行Ni污染,运用ICP-AES、XRD和N₂吸附等温线等方法对其织构性质进行表征,并利用微反应活性评价装置考察了其抗镍性能。结果表明,不同Ce含量改性的USY样品其抗镍效果存在差异,CeUSY分子筛的抗镍效果与Ce含量的关系呈现火山型变化。结合Ni污染前后CeUSY分子筛的H₂-TPR和Py-FTIR表征结果探讨了Ce物种的抗镍机制,证实了Ce物种形态的变化是不同Ce含量的CeUSY分子筛具有不同抗镍效果的重要成因,其中,SOD笼中的Ce（OH）²⁺在高温条件下可与Ni（OH）⁺相互作用,脱去一分子H₂O形成Ce³⁺-O-Ni²⁺的稳定结构,阻碍了Ni物种与骨架铝的结合导致CeUSY分子筛中B酸中心的破坏,同时有效抑制了易还原NiO物种的生成。而Ce含量过高使得SOD笼内的Ce物种变成二聚以及三聚物,与Ni（OH）⁺作用减弱,使其抗镍性能减弱。
