In this paper, we consider equilibrium problems and introduce the concept of (S)+ condition for bifunctions. Existence results for equilibrium problems with the (S)+ condition are derived. As special cases, we obtain several existence results for the generalized nonlinear variational inequality studied by Ding and Tarafdar (Ref. 1) and the generalized variational inequality studied by Cubiotti and Yao (Ref. 2). A method has been developed for the determination of melengestrol acetate in bovine tissues at lower levels than previously reported. Liquid-liquid extraction of tissue homogenates provided crude clean-up while final isolation, screening, and quantification was done on-line with an automated, normal-phase, coupled-column high-performance liquid chromatographic system. The chromatographic system included phenyl and silica analytical columns for the purposes of isolation and final separation, respectively. These columns provided a large difference in selectivity when operated under normal-phase conditions which allowed for the efficient isolation of melengestrol acetate from the complex tissue extracts. Mobile phases were composed of hexane and dichloromethane modified with methanol and water. Transfer and enrichment of the analyte from the primary phenyl column to the silica column was via a short (12 mm x 4 mm I.D.) silica column. Regeneration and equilibration of the phenyl column was performed after the injection of each tissue extract and was accomplished simultaneously while analytical separation occurred on the final silica column. Routing of the mobile phases and regeneration solvent was performed with automated switching valves. The total time required for each analysis was 12 min. Quantification is demonstrated using external standards with UV detection at 287 nm. The overall recovery of the method was 86% with a coefficient of variation of 9.84% at the 10 ppb [the American billion (10(9] is used in this article] level in bovine liver extracts. 相似文献

Summary Excessive breakdown of elastin, a structural protein, may be related to aortic disease and emphysema. Since L-valyl-L-proline occurs in high concentrations in elastin, a rapid and sensitive method using HPLC with post-column on-line derivatization was used to measure the dipeptide from swine aortic tissue, and the amount of elastin present was determined. Elastin was extracted by alkaline hydrolysis. After neutralization and filtration, the sample was injected onto a ODS-2 gel column, and the dipeptide was eluted by a linear gradient of 0 to 10% of 1-propanol in 50 mM heptafluorobutyrate, pH 3, at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The eluent was reacted with fluorescamine at pH 8.6, and fluorescence was detected at an excitation wavelength of 395 nm and a 455 nm cutoff emission filter.Presented at the 17th International Symposium on Chromatography, September 25–30, 1988, Vienna, Austria. 相似文献

Basic principles of the generalized lattice model of multicomponent condensed systems are formulated. Short-range parts of interatomic interactions are taken into account by means of the geometric constraints method. Long-range parts of the interactions are taken into account in mean field approximation. The expression for Helmholtz free energy is obtained. A system of integral equations for the equilibrium distributions of components is derived. The asymptotic properties of its solutions are investigated. The effect of ethylene glycol (EG) on the formation of whiskers and fibers of complex oxides with the general formula MCo2O4 upon the thermolysis of M1/3Co2/3C2O4 (M = Zn, Mn) oxalates has been studied. New compounds (solvates) are formed when powdered oxalates are heated with EG. In the solvates, EG molecules substitute for water molecules according to the reaction M1/3Co2/3C2O4 · 2H2O + HOCH2CH2OH = M1/3Co2/3C2O4(HOCH2CH2OH) + 2H2O. The solvates have been characterized using X-ray powder diffraction, microscopy, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, and chemical analysis. The shape, structure, and particle size of the thermolysis products of EG-modified oxalates have been determined using scanning electron microscopy. 相似文献

We prove that the existence of invariants is connected with passiveness of some systems. We describe a few methods for construction of new invariants from those already known. The structure of neutron-rich beryllium isotopes has been investigated using different heavy-ion-induced transfer reactions. In neutron transfer reactions, the population of final states shows a strong sensitivity to the chosen core nucleus, i.e., the target nuclei 9Be or 10Be, respectively. Molecular rotational bands up to high excitation energies are observed with 9Be as the core due to its pronounced 2α-cluster structure, whereas only a few states at low excitation energies are populated with 10Be as the core. For 11Be, a detailed investigation has been performed for the three states at 3.41, 3.89, and 3.96 MeV, which resulted in the most probable spin-parity assignments 3/2+, 5/2?, and 3/2?, respectively. Furthermore, we have studied particle-hole states of 16C using the 13C(12C, 9C)16C reaction and found 14 previously unknown states. The NixAl1−x alloys exhibit shape memory effect, for which thermoelastic phase transformations are essential, in the composition range of 60<x<65. The analytical studies are very difficult on the thermoelastic phase transformations because these types of transformations exhibit anharmonic behaviour. In order to overcome this difficulty, it is possible to benefit from the molecular dynamics (MD) calculations based on interatomic interaction potentials. In the present study, the interatomic interactions of Ni62.5Al37.5 alloy have been modelled by means of Lennard-Jones potential energy function. A MD cell of 1024 atoms in B2 super lattice has been chosen and the structural changes were investigated on this system with changing temperature. It has been observed that the model alloy exhibits the thermoelastic phase transformation with thermal cycling. A hysteresis has been determined between forward and backward transformation temperatures. The structural analysis is also done before and after the transformation. 相似文献
