Nanofibers of semiconducting oxides SnO2, ZnO, WO3, produced by the electrospinning method, were tested as sensitive materials for detection of products formed in pyrolysis of polyvinyl chloride in conditions simulating the smoldering of electrically insulating materials upon occurrence of a short-circuit failure in electrical circuits. The method of thermal analysis with mass-spectroscopic determination of gaseous products demonstrated that, in pyrolysis of polyvinyl chloride in the temperature range 200–400°C corresponding to the invisible-smoke stage, the main component of the gas mixture being formed is HCl. It was shown that the materials synthesized can be used to develop gas sensors for early fire warning.  相似文献

The temperature dependences of nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) frequencies, the line width and nuclear relaxation of75As and63,65Cu, as well as the electrical resistivity in domeykite Cu3As are studied in the temperature range of 4.2-300 K. The comparison of the calculated with the measured lattice contribution to the NQR frequencies points at a substantial role played by the conduction electrons in creating the electric field gradient at the nuclei sites. The temperature dependence of the copper and arsenic nuclear spin-lattice relaxation linear at 4.2<T<200 K and that of the electric resistivity (30<T<200 K) prove the metallic character of the conductivity of domeykite. The enhancement of nuclear relaxation, the narrowing of copper and arsenic NQR line widths are considered as arising due to the ionic movement starting beyond 200 K. This movement influences the electric resistivity, most likely due to the inreasing density of states at the Fermi surface.  相似文献

The effect of ion irradiation on the superconducting transition temperatureT c and resistivityρ ab (T) of YBa2Cu3O7-x films with different oxygen content (initial temperatureT c0≈90 K and 60 K) is studied experimentally. The dependenciesT c /T c0 on residual resistivityρ o are obtained in very wide range 0.2<T c /T c0 <1 andρ o μΩ·cm. The critical values ofρ o , corresponding to the vanishing of superconductivity, are found to be an order of magnitude larger then those predicted by theory ford-wave pairing. At 0.5÷0.6<T c /T c0<1 the experimental data are in close agreement with theoretical dependencies, obtained for the anisotropics-wave superconductor within the BCS-framework.  相似文献

The results of the first experiments devised to investigate the mixing of thin layers of Al and Au during the laser acceleration of flat three-layer targets of Si (5 μm), Al (2 μm), and Au (0.05–0.26 μm) by radiation converted to the second harmonic from the Iskra-4 iodine laser with an intensity of 4×1013−7×1013 W/cm2 (τ 0.5∼1 ns), which acts on the Si side of the target. A method for detecting the occurrence of mixing is developed. It is established that under the experimental conditions the thickness of the mixing region is at least ∼0.15 μm. The pd reaction (pd → He + γ (5.5 MeV)) is studied in the astrophysical energy collision range of protons with deuterons using the hydrogen liner in the inverse Z-pinch configuration at the pulsed power generator MIG (HCEI, Tomsk). Fundamental characteristics of this and other light-nucleus reactions at ultralow energies are important for problems of basic physics and astrophysics. The knowledge of the energy distribution of the nuclei participating in these reactions is important due to their exponential type of dependence on the collision energy. Two experimental techniques were designed and tested for recovering the energy distribution of liner protons incident on the CD2 target by using optical detectors and ion collectors. It is shown that the combined use of these two techniques could provide relevant information on the energy distribution of the accelerated protons in the liner. The estimates of the upper limits for the astrophysical S factor and effective cross section of the pd reaction in the proton-deuteron collision energy range of 2.7–16.7 keV are obtained: $\bar S_{pd} (E_{pd} = 10.2 keV) \leqslant 2.5 \times 10^{ - 7} MeV b;\overline \sigma _{pd} (2.7 \leqslant E_{pd} \leqslant 16.7 keV) \leqslant 4 \times 10^{ - 33} cm^2 $ .  相似文献
