Retraction: The following article from Biomedical Chromatography, “Determination of scutellarin isomer, a predominant metabolite of scutellarin, in human plasma by HPLC/tandem mass spectrometry and its application to the pharmacokinetic study in Chinese healthy volunteers” by Chun‐hua Xia, Yu‐qing Xiong, and Guang‐ji Wang, published online on 21 June 2007 in Wiley Interscience (www.interscience.wiley.com/journal/bmc), has been retracted at the authors' request.     

荧光法研究Ge-132对牛血清白蛋白Maillard反应的抑制作用

人体内氨基酸及蛋白质的非酶糖化反应(Maillard反应)与糖尿病及其并发症的关系已经引起广泛注意[1].有机锗化合物β-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132)具有预防糖尿病及调节糖代谢的作用[2].     

μs级充电时水介质同轴电容击穿实验研究

 研制了水介质同轴电容的实验装置，在此装置上进行了大量的实验。测得μs级充电时，水介质同轴电容分别在正脉冲和负脉冲充电时的击穿电压，负击穿电压的理论值与测量值相差较大，正击穿电压的理论值大于测量值的18%左右，对此实验结果进行了分析。此外，当去离子水的电阻率从13MΩ·cm降到5 MΩ·cm时，水介质同轴电容器的击穿电压基本不变。     

催化裂解-金汞齐富集-冷原子吸收光谱仪测定土壤样品中总汞含量

为避免汞消解过程中产生的蒸发损失及前处理过程中产生器具与样品污染,通过配制汞总量为0～2、0～15和25～1 023 ng的三种不同汞浓度系列的标准工作曲线,选取9个土壤样品、3种国家土壤有证标准物质,同一样品分别进行6组平行测定,并抽取3个土壤样品进行3种不同浓度加标回收实验,以对其方法精密度和准确度进行论证,建立了催化裂解-金汞齐富集-冷原子吸收光谱法即直接测汞仪测定土壤样品中汞含量的方法。结果显示,仪器信号值与Hg总量之间均呈良好的线性关系。根据仪器多次测定空白数据结果,按照称样量0.1 g计算,方法检出为0.09 ng/g;平行测定结果相对标准偏差均小于10%,土壤标准物质测定值与参考值均相符,不同浓度的加标回收率范围为69.0%～97.0%。方法可用于批量土壤样品中汞含量的快速测定,精密度和准确度可满足测定要求,且实验过程中无需前处理消解,操作方便、快速高效。     

油酸修饰TiO2纳米微粒水溶液润滑下GCr15钢摩擦磨损性能研究

用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了脂肪酸修饰TiO2纳米微粒水溶液润滑下GCr15钢的摩擦磨损性能,并用电子探针和X射线光电子能谱研究了钢球磨损表面边界润滑膜的化学组成和元素分布.摩擦磨损试验结果表明:脂肪酸修饰TiO2纳米微粒在水中具有较好的润滑性能、良好的极压性能及较高的承载能力.添加质量分数为0.1%～1.0%的油酸TiO2纳米微粒可使水的承载能力提高6～12倍,烧结负荷提高51～100%,抗磨减摩性能也有较大提高,卡咬负荷由150N提高至1000～1800N.磨损表面分析表明:油酸TiO2纳米微粒在较高负荷(>300N)下发生了摩擦化学反应,生成含TiO2及油酸复合物的边界润滑膜,从而起减摩抗磨作用     

Hexagonal nanorods of tungsten trioxide: Synthesis, structure, electrochemical properties and activity as supporting material in electrocatalysis

Tungsten trioxide, unhydrated with hexagonal structure (h-WO₃), has been prepared by hydrothermal method at a temperature of 180 °C in acidified sodium tungstate solution. Thus prepared h-WO₃ has been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) method and using electrochemical techniques. The morphology has been examined by scanning and transmission electron microscopies (SEM and TEM) and it is consistent with existence of nanorods of 50-70 nm diameter and up to 5 μm length. Cyclic voltammetric characterization of thin films of h-WO₃ nanorods has revealed reversible redox behaviour with charge-discharge cycling corresponding to the reversible lithium intercalation/deintercalation into the crystal lattice of the h-WO₃ nanorods. In propylene carbonate containing LiClO₄, two successive redox processes of hexagonal WO₃ nanorods are observed at the scan rate of 50 mV/s. Such behaviour shall be attributed to the presence of at least two W atoms of different surroundings in the lattice structure of h-WO₃ nanorods. On the other hand, in aqueous LiClO₄ solution, only one redox process is observed at the scan rate of 10 mV/s. The above observations can be explained in terms of differences in the diffusion of ions inside two types of channel cavities existing in the structure of the h-WO₃ nanorods. Moreover, the material can be applied as active support for the catalytic bi-metallic Pt-Ru nanoparticles during electrooxidation of ethanol in acid medium (0.5 mol dm⁻³ H₂SO₄).     

On rubin's harmonic analysis and its related positive definite functions
