We describe the unexpected behavior of the arylsulfonylacetylenes, which suffer an “anti‐Michael” addition of organolithiums producing their alkynylation under very mild conditions. The broad scope, excellent yields, and simplicity of the experimental procedure are the main features of this methodology. A rational explanation of all these results can be achieved by theoretical calculations, which suggest that the association of the organolithiums to the electrophile is a previous step of their intramolecular attack and is responsible for the unexpected “anti‐Michael” reactions observed for substituted sulfonylacetylenes. 相似文献

A new siderophore containing a 4,5-dihydroimidazole moiety was isolated from Pseudoalteromonas piscicida S2040 together with myxochelins A and B, alteramide A and its cycloaddition product, and bromo- and dibromoalterochromides. The structure of pseudochelin A was established by spectroscopic techniques including 2D NMR and MS/MS fragmentation data. In bioassays selected fractions of the crude extract of S2040 inhibited the opportunistic pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pseudochelin A displayed siderophore activity in the chrome azurol S assay at concentrations higher than 50 μM, and showed weak activity against the fungus Aspergillus fumigatus, but did not display antibacterial, anti-inflammatory or anticonvulsant activity. 相似文献

The measures and calculation of different properties such as refractive index, density, speed of sound, excess molar volume, and isentropic compressibility of the ternary heterogeneous compounds by ethanol + water + (n-hexane, n-heptane, n-octane, n-nonane) have been performed in the range 288.15–323.15 K and atmospheric pressure. Janus gold nanostar–mesoporous silica nanoparticle ( AuNSt–MSNP ) nanodevices able to release an entrapped payload upon irradiation with near infrared (NIR) light were prepared and characterized. The AuNSt surface was functionalized with a thiolated photolabile molecule ( 5 ), whereas the mesoporous silica face was loaded with a model drug (doxorubicin) and capped with proton-responsive benzimidazole-β-cyclodextrin supramolecular gatekeepers ( N 1 ). Upon irradiation with NIR-light, the photolabile compound 5 photodissociated, resulting in the formation of succinic acid, which induced the opening of the gatekeeper and cargo delivery. In the overall mechanism, the gold surface acts as a photochemical transducer capable of transforming the NIR-light input into a chemical messenger (succinic acid) that opens the supramolecular nanovalve. The prepared hybrid nanoparticles were non-cytotoxic to HeLa cells, until they were irradiated with a NIR laser, which led to intracellular doxorubicin release and hyperthermia. A study on the influence of the cation coordination number, number of Lewis acid centers, concurrent existence of Lewis base sites, and structure topology on the catalytic activity of six new indium MOFs, has been carried out for multicomponent reactions (MCRs). The new indium polymeric frameworks, namely [In8(OH)6(popha)6(H2O)4]?3 H2O ( InPF‐16 ), [In(popha)(2,2′‐bipy)]?3 H2O ( InPF‐17 ), [In3(OH)3(popha)2(4,4′‐bipy)]?4 H2O ( InPF‐18 ), [In2(popha)2(4,4′‐bipy)2]?3 H2O ( InPF‐19 ), [In(OH)(Hpopha)]?0.5 (1,7‐phen) ( InPF‐20 ), and [In(popha)(1,10‐phen)]?4 H2O ( InPF‐21 ) (InPF=indium polymeric framework, H3popha=5‐(4‐carboxy‐2‐nitrophenoxy)isophthalic acid, phen=phenanthroline, bipy=bipyridine), have been hydrothermally obtained by using both conventional heating (CH) and microwave (MW) procedures. These indium frameworks show efficient Lewis acid behavior for the solvent‐free cyanosilylation of carbonyl compounds, the one pot Passerini 3‐component (P‐3CR) and the Ugi 4‐component (U‐4CR) reactions. In addition, InPF‐17 was found to be a highly reactive, recyclable, and environmentally benign catalyst, which allows the efficient synthesis of α‐aminoacyl amides. The relationship between the Lewis base/acid active site and the catalytic performance is explained by the 2D seven‐coordinated indium framework of the catalyst InPF‐17 . This study is an attempt to highlight the main structural and synthetic factors that have to be taken into account when planning a new, effective MOF‐based heterogeneous catalyst for multicomponent reactions. 相似文献

Abstract
The title compound is monomeric with a Zn(II) hexacoordinated center. The coordination sphere is formed by four nitrogens from two phenanthroline molecules, one oxygen from a monodentate peroxodisulfate ion, and one oxygen from a water molecule. A non-coordinated water molecule completes the formula with an important role in the stabilization of the structure through the formation of two OHW–H···Opds bridges (acting as a donor) and one OCW–H···OHW bridge where it is an acceptor group (HW: hydration water; pds: peroxodisulfato; CW: coordinated water). The compound is triclinic, space group P-1 with a = 8.763 (3) ?, b = 9.068 (3) ?, c = 17.531 (6) ?, α = 96.48 (2)°, β = 103.94 (3)°, γ = 104.57 (3)°, V = 1286.0 (7) ?3 and Z = 2. The structure was solved by direct methods with a conventional R (on F) = 0.050 for 4534 reflections with Fo > 4σ(Fo). The compound is isomorphous with the Cd analogue (in Harvey et al. Aust J Chem 54:307, 2001). An eventual dependence of conformation and coordination mode of the peroxodisulfate anion on the ancillary organic ligand taking part in the coordination compounds analyzed is discussed. 相似文献78.

Poly(3,5‐dichloroaniline) was prepared by chemical oxidation in the presence of various sulfonic acids as doping agent, using potassium permanganate as oxidant. 1‐Naphtalene sulfonic acid, 2‐naphatalene sulphonic acid, 1,5‐naphtalene disulfonic acid, and p‐toluenesulfonic acid were the acids of choice. Infrared and UV‐Vis spectroscopy, utilized to characterize the polymers, revealed that the compounds exist in the emeraldine (conductive) oxidation state. The level of doping, conductivity, and morphology were determined as well. The presence of a sulfonic acid produces a morphological change, from granular to microtubule structures, which is responsible for the strong increase in the conductivity of the polymer. 相似文献

This paper presents the development of a non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis method coupled to UV detection combined with multivariate curve resolution-alternating least-squares (MCR-ALS) to carry out the resolution and quantitation of a mixture of six phenolic acids in virgin olive oil samples. p-Coumaric, caffeic, ferulic, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic, vanillic and 4-hydroxyphenilacetic acids have been the analytes under study. All of them present different absorption spectra and overlapped time profiles with the olive oil matrix interferences and between them. The modeling strategy involves the building of a single MCR-ALS model composed of matrices augmented in the temporal mode, namely spectra remain invariant while time profiles may change from sample to sample. So MCR-ALS was used to cope with the coeluting interferences, on accounting the second order advantage inherent to this algorithm which, in addition, is able to handle data sets deviating from trilinearity, like the data herein analyzed. The method was firstly applied to resolve standard mixtures of the analytes randomly prepared in 1-propanol and, secondly, in real virgin olive oil samples, getting recovery values near to 100% in all cases. The importance and novelty of this methodology relies on the combination of non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis second-order data and MCR-ALS algorithm which allows performing the resolution of these compounds simplifying the previous sample pretreatment stages. 相似文献
