We study the theories I?n, L?n and overspill principles for ?n formulas. We show that IEn ? L?n ? I?n, but we do not know if I?n L?n. We introduce a new scheme, the growth scheme Crγ, and we prove that L?n ? Cr?n? I?n. Also, we analyse the utility of bounded collection axioms for the study of the above theories. Modular ligands of C(2) symmetry (13a-e, 14a,b,d, and ent-9), systematically modified at positions 2 and 5, were easily prepared from d-glucosamine, D-glucitol, and tartaric acid, respectively. The application of these ligands in the rhodium-catalyzed hydrogenation of methyl acetamidoacrylate, methyl acetamidocinnamate, and dimethyl itaconate shows that both the configuration and the substituents at positions 2 and 5 of the tetrahydrofuran backbone have a strong influence on the enantioselectivty of the processes.  相似文献

A needle-shaped metallic FeGa1.3 phase oriented in a specific direction and uniformly distributed within a GaSb matrix was grown by a vertical Bridgman method. Strain-gauge characteristics, such as strain-sensitivity coefficient (S), temperature coefficient of strain sensitivity (TCS) and temperature coefficient of resistance, of GaSb and GaSbFeGa1.3 eutectic alloy have been investigated in the range of 200 to 400 K under deformation up to strains of 1.3×10-3. The value of S of the GaSbFeGa1.3 composition is measured to be 40±5 and its TCS is about 0.2 %deg-1 when the current is perpendicular to the needles and the needles are parallel to the plane of the gauge substrate. The strain-sensitivity characteristics are linear and hysteresis free in the investigated temperature range in the aforementioned direction. It was found that GaSbFeGa1.3-based strain gauges possess better deformation characteristics than GaSb-based gauges. PACS 72.80.Tm; 73.40.-c; 77.65.-j  相似文献

A capillary zone electrophoresis method is proposed for the separation of six of the antidepressants most used for the treatment of mental illness (clomipramine, paroxetine, fluoxetine, citalopram, fluvoxamine, and trazodone). Optimum conditions for their separation were investigated. A background electrolyte solution consisting of 50 mM phosphate buffer adjusted to pH 2.0, hydrodynamic injection, and 25 kV as separation voltage were used. Relative standard deviations (RSD) were <0.38% and <2.93% for migration time and corrected peak area (n = 24), respectively. Detection limits obtained for the six antidepressants ranged from 0.03 to 0.11 mg L(-1). Stability of the solutions, linear concentration range, accuracy, and precision were examined during validation of the method. A ruggedness test of this method was performed using the fractional factorial model of Plackett-Burman, requiring in our case design of a matrix of 15 experiments, in which the influence of seven factors at three different levels was tested on different electrophoretic results: efficiency; resolution; and corrected peak area. Statistical evaluation of electrophoretic results was achieved by Youden and Steiner's method. The described method is rapid, sensitive, and rugged and it was tested for the pharmaceutical formulation analysis, giving recoveries between 95.6 and 99.1% with respect to the nominal content.  相似文献

Conductance histograms of aluminum and gold nanocontact rupture are studied experimentally and simulated using embedded atom potentials to assess the interplay between electronic and structural properties at room temperature. Our results reveal a crossover from quantized conductance structures to crystalline faceting or geometric shell/subshell structures at 300 K. The absence of electronic shell structure in gold and aluminum is in stark contrast with the behavior of alkaline metal nanowires which emulate their cluster counterparts. Semiclassical arguments suggest why rapid dominance of ionic structures takes place, and possible nanowire architectures are proposed in consistency with both the experimental and simulated nanocontact data.  相似文献

We show that infinite freely generated Tarski algebras are directly indecomposable, whereas finite freely generated Tarski algebras can only be decomposed into a direct product of two factors, one of which is the two-element Tarski algebra.  相似文献

A derivatization protocol that exploits the rapid reaction between arenediazonium ions and a suitable coupling agent followed by high-performance liquid chromatography analyses of the reaction mixture was employed to determine the product distribution, the rate constants for product formation and the association constant of 4-nitrobenzenediazonium, PNBD, ion with beta-cyclodextrin, beta-CD. The derivatization of PNBD with the coupling agent leads to the formation of a stable azo dye that prevents by-side reactions of PNBD with the solvents of the mobile phase, including water, or the metallic parts of the chromatographic system that would eventually lead to erroneous identification and quantification of dediazoniation products. The results show that in the presence of beta-CD, nitrobenzene is formed at the expense of 4-nitrophenol, which is the major product in its absence. The observed rate constants for the interaction between PNBD and beta-CD increase upon increasing [beta-CD] showing a saturation profile indicative of the formation of an inclusion complex between PNBD and beta-CD. By fitting the experimental data to a simplified Lineaweaver-Burk equation, the corresponding association constant and the maximum acceleration rate of beta-CD towards PNBD were estimated. The protocol is applicable under a variety of experimental conditions provided that the rate of the coupling reaction is much faster than that of dediazoniation.  相似文献

We investigate the TEA CO2 laser ablation of films of poly(methyl methacrylate), PMMA, with average MW 2.5, 120 and 996 kDa doped with photosensitive compounds iodo-naphthalene (NapI) and iodo-phenanthrene (PhenI) by examining the induced morphological and physicochemical modifications. The films casted on CaF2 substrates were irradiated with a pulsed CO2 laser (10P(20) line at 10.59 μm) in resonance with vibrational modes of PMMA and of the dopants at fluences up to 6 J/cm2. Laser induced fluorescence probing of photoproducts in a pump and probe configuration is carried out at 266 nm. Formation of naphthalene (NapH) and phenanthrene (PhenH) is observed in NapI and PhenI doped PMMA, respectively, with relatively higher yields in high MW polymer, in similarity with results obtained previously upon irradiation in the UV at 248 nm. Above threshold, formation of photoproducts is nearly complete after 200 ms. As established via optical microscopy, bubbles are formed in the irradiated areas with sizes that depend on polymer MW and filaments are observed to be ejected out of the irradiated volume in the samples made with high MW polymer. The implications of these results for the mechanisms of polymer IR laser ablation are discussed and compared with UV range studies.  相似文献
