Through the combination of Sm(III) spin carriers with a Fe(III) system, the largest Fe-Ln cluster so far has been synthesized. To our knowledge, the new complex, Fe(12)Sm(4), is the first Sm(III) single-molecule magnet. Furthermore, Fe(12)La(4) and Fe(12)Gd(4) have also been synthesized to help understand the magnetic exchange interactions and origin of magnetic anisotropy in Fe(12)Sm(4). 相似文献

In this paper, two silicon‐containing cycloaliphatic olefins were synthesized through the nucleophilic substitution reactions of cyclohex‐3‐enyl‐1‐methanol with di‐ or tri‐chlorosilane compounds. Then, after epoxidation, two new cycloaliphatic epoxy resins with different epoxy groups were successfully prepared. Their chemical structures were confirmed by 29Si NMR, 1H NMR, and Fourier‐transform infrared spectra (FTIR). The properties of cured products, including viscoelasticity, glass transition temperature (Tg), coefficient of thermal expansion, thermal stability and water absorption, were investigated. Compared to the difunctional epoxy resin, the trifunctional one exhibited a remarkably increased cross‐linking density from 0.82 to 4.08 × 10?3 mol/cm3 and Tg from 157 to 228°C. More importantly, prior to curing, they had viscosities of only 240–290 mPa sec at 25°C, which were much lower than that of ERL‐4221 (409 mPa sec), providing the possibility of easy processing. The high glass transition temperatures, good thermal stabilities, and mechanical properties as well as excellent flowability endow the silicon‐containing epoxy resins with promising potential in microelectronic packaging application. An improved method is developed to synthesize octavinylsilsesquioxanes (VPOSS) with shorter time and higher yield, and then VPOSS is used to prepare new hybrids based on bismaleimide‐triazine (BD/CE) resin, coded as VPOSS/BD/CE. The effect of the content of VPOSS on the key properties including curing behavior, thermal, mechanical, and dielectric properties as well as water resistance of VPOSS/BD/CE hybrids were systematically discussed. Compared with BD/CE resin, hybrids show similar curing behavior but different chemical structures and thus macro‐performance. These key properties of hybrids are dependent on the content of VPOSS, all hybrids show significantly improved dielectric properties, water resistance, and dimensional stability; moreover, the hybrids with suitable content of VPOSS have bigger impact strengths. Specifically, with the addition of 7 wt% VPOSS to BD/CE resin, the dielectric constant decreases from 3.7 to 3.2, the dielectric loss decreases 55%, and the coefficient of thermal expansion reduces 23%; moreover, the glass transition temperature and initial decomposition temperature increase about 15°C. The attractive integrated properties suggest that VPOSS/BD/CE hybrids have great potential to be used as structural and functional materials for many cutting‐edge fields. Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV), a new virus from Fiji, has seriously damaged rice crops in southern China and northern Vietnam in recent years. This virus is difficult to diagnose in the early stages of infection, and is very destructive at the late stage. In the present study, a dot immunobinding assay (DIBA) that has a high sensitivity for diagnosing SRBSDV was developed. Two kinds of treatment for the DIBA were evaluated to determine the most effective one for removing chlorophyll interferences via rice extraction. The first included several reagents to remove chlorophyll, namely, the alkaline reagents like magnesium oxide and alumina oxide, the adsorbent reagents like activated carbon and bentonite, as well as the extraction agent acetone. The second and third treatments, which were used to remove chlorophyll in blot membrane-nitrocellulose and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), included several organic solvents containing methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, and diethyl ether. The results showed that activated carbon and methanol yielded the best contrasting purple color for the infected samples by decreasing the chlorophyll content. 相似文献

Cisplatin is for a long time in clinical use as efficient antitumor drug. The success in cisplatin-based chemotherapy, however, strongly depends on how careful the drug's dosages are monitored in order to reduce severe side-effects and overcome cellular resistance. The use of micellar electrokinetic chromatography with direct UV detection is described for the determination of intact cisplatin in human serum. The main product of drug's hydrolytic metabolism, cis-diammineaquachloroplatinum(II), was quantified using capillary zone electrophoresis in combination with indirect UV detection and on-line transient isotachophoresis preconcentration. The detection limits of platinum species studied were about 2-3 micromol l(-1) that allows the proposed methods to be applied for quantification of the administered levels of cisplatin as well as drug's active metabolite. Changes in the speciation of cisplatin occurring after intravenous administration can also be monitored using these simple and convenient CE techniques. 相似文献

The stress-strain response of Cu single-crystal compression micropillar containing initial dislocation network is investigated by three-dimensional discrete dislocation dynamics simulations. The results demonstrate that the stress-strain curves can be divided into three distinct types with increasing the sizes of micropillars: the three- stage exhaustion hardening, the multi-stage mixed hardening and the two-stage conventioned forest hardening. The characteristic sizes of the micropillars is determined for the second type of the curves to be 500-700 nm. 相似文献
