A simple approach to fabricate hybrid monolithic column within the confines of fused-silica capillaries (75 μm i.d.) was introduced. A polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) reagent containing a methacrylate group was selected as functional monomer, and copolymerized with bisphenol A dimethacrylate (BPADMA) or ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) in the presence of porogenic solvents via thermally initiated free radical polymerization. After optimization of the preparation conditions, two POSS-containing hybrid monoliths were successfully prepared and exhibited good permeability and stability. By comparison of the separation efficiencies of the resulting poly(POSS-co-BPADMA) and poly(POSS-co-EDMA) monoliths in capillary electrochromatography (CEC) and capillary liquid chromatography (cLC), it was indicated the former has better column efficiencies for alkylbenzenes, phenols, anilines and PAHs in CEC and cLC than the latter. Particularly, the hybrid poly(POSS-co-BPADMA) monolith is more suitable for separation of PAHs due to π–π interaction between the analytes and aromatic rings in the surface of monolithic stationary phase.  相似文献

A rhodamine spirolactam derivative (1) was developed as a colormetric and fluorescent chemosensor for adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP) via hydrogen bonds interaction. As far as we know, this is the first case to explore ATP-induced ring-opening of spirolactam in rhodamine derivatives. It exhibited a highly sensitive “turn-on” fluorescent response toward ATP with a 47-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under 20 equiv. of ATP added. The chemosensor can be applied to the quantification of ATP with a linear range covering from 1.0 × 10−7 to 2.0 × 10−4 M and a detection limit of 2.5 × 10−8 M. The experiment results show that the response behavior of 1 toward ATP is pH independent in medium condition (pH 6.0–8.0). Most importantly, the novel chemosensor has well solved the problem of serious interferences from other nucleoside polyphosphates such as ADP and AMP generally met by previously reported typical fluorescent chemosensors for ATP. Moreover, the response of the chemosensor toward ATP is fast (response time less than 3 min). In addition, the chemosensor can be used for the fluorescence assay for protein kinase activity with satisfactory results. The chemosensor for ATP based on hydrogen bonds interaction provided a novel strategy for the design of colormetric and ratiometric fluorescent probes for other target anions with high sensitivity and selectivity.  相似文献

This study reported for the first time the use of cholesterol-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2@Chol) for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in traditional Chinese medicine samples (TCMs) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with fluorescence detection. The method was efficient, environmentally friendly, and fast. The solvent consumption of the proposed column is only half of the conventional column but with higher efficiency. Influencing factors, including sorbent amount, desorption solvent, sample volume and extraction time, were investigated in detail. Under the optimum conditions, good linearity (R2 > 0.991) was obtained over the range of 5–400 ng g−1, with limits of detection (LOD) 0.75, 0.50, 1.0, 0.56, 0.60, 0.84 and 0.80 ng g−1 for anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, chrysene, benzo[a]anthracene, benzo(b)fluoranthene and benzo(k)fluoranthene, respectively.  相似文献

We report on a facile immunoassay for porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) based on surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) using multi-branched gold nanoparticles (mb-AuNPs) as substrates. The mb-AuNPs in the immunosensor act as Raman reporters and were prepared via Tris base-induced reduction and subsequent reaction with p-mercaptobenzoic acid (pMBA). They possess good stability and high SERS activity. Subsequently, the modified mb-AuNPs were covalently conjugated to the monoclonal antibody (McAb) against the PCV2 cap protein to form SERS immuno nanoprobes. These were captured in a microtiterplate via a immunoreaction in the presence of target antigens. The effects of antibody concentration, reaction time and temperature on the sensitivity of the immunoassay were investigated. Under optimized assay conditions, the Raman signal intensity at 1,076 cm?1 increases logarithmically with the concentrations of PCV2 in the concentration ranging from 8?×?102 to 8?×?106 copies per mL. The limit of detection is 8?×?102 copies per mL. Compared to conventional detecting methods such as those based on PCR, the method presented here is rapid, facile and very sensitive.

The interaction between bovine serum albumin (BSA) and FeIII complexes with three binary organic acid (biorga) ligands, [FeIII(oxa)(H2O)4]+ (oxa = oxalic acid), [FeIII(pra)(H2O)4]+ (pra = propanedioic acid) and [FeIII(sua)(H2O)4]+ (sua = succinic acid), as well as the sonocatalytic damage of BSA in the presence of these three FeIII–biorga complexes under ultrasonic irradiation, were studied by UV–vis and fluorescence spectra. The experimental results show that the fluorescence quenching process of BSA caused by three FeIII–biorga complexes are all static quenching and the corresponding quenching rate constants (K q), equilibrium constants (K A) and the binding site numbers (n) were calculated. The results reveal that, under ultrasonic irradiation, the BSA molecules were obviously damaged by these FeIII–biorga complexes. In addition, the effects of several factors on the damage of BSA molecules were examined. The experimental results demonstrate that the damage degree of BSA increased with an increase of ultrasonic irradiation time, FeIII–biorga complex concentration, and ionic strength. In comparison, [FeIII(pra)(H2O)4]+ exhibited higher sonocatalytic activity than [FeIII(oxa)(H2O)4]+ and [FeIII(sua)(H2O)4]+. Finally, the extent of generation of $ \cdot {\text{O}}_{2}^{ - } $ · O 2 ? and ·OH during sonocatalytic processes was estimated. Perhaps, the results will be significant for promoting sonodynamic treatment (SDT) of tumors at the molecular level.  相似文献

A series of W/O/W or O/W/O emulsion stabilized solely by two different types of solid nanoparticles were prepared by a two-step method. We explored the option of particular emulsifiers for the multiple Pickering emulsions, and a variety of nanoparticles (silica, iron oxide, and clay) only differing in their wettability was used. The primary W/O emulsion was obtained by the hydrophobic nanoparticles, and then the hydrophilic nanoparticles were used as emulsifier in the secondary emulsification to prepare the W/O/W emulsion. In a similar way, the primary O/W emulsion of the O/W/O emulsion was stabilized by the hydrophilic nanoparticles, while the secondary emulsification to prepare the O/W/O emulsion was effected with the hydrophobic nanoparticles. The resultant multiple Pickering emulsion was stable to coalescence for more than 3 months, except the W/O/W emulsions of which the secondary emulsion stabilized by clay nanoparticles became a simple O/W emulsion in a day after preparation. Moreover, the temperature and pH sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-methacrylic acid) (P(NIPAm-co-MAA)) microgels were introduced as an emulsifier for the secondary emulsification to obtain the stimulus-responsive multiple W/O/W emulsion. Such microgel-stabilized multiple emulsions could realize the efficient controlled release of water-soluble dye, Rhodamine B (RB) on demand in a multiple-emulsion delivery system.   相似文献

Star-shaped oligothiophenes with hexakis(fluoren-2-yl)benzene (HFB) as cores were designed and synthesized. Grafting thiophene units to HFB results in a bond flattening of the core, and makes the molecules a flipping-twist shape. Their thermal, photophysical and electrochemical properties were studied. The mixed adsorption of a cationic gemini surfactant, ethanediyl-1,2-bis(dodecyldimethylammonium bromide) (abbreviated as 12-2-12), and an anionic conventional surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), was examined using surface tension measurements. The viscoelastic properties of the mixed films were investigated by dilational interfacial rheology technique. The results showed that the addition of SDS promoted the close packing of adsorbed molecules at the interface, which increased the dilational elasticity of the mixed films. The stability of the foams was determined by the half-life of foam height collapse. The foams generated by 12-2-12/SDS mixtures were more stable than that formed by pure 12-2-12. In the presence of sodium bromide, the foam stability was further enhanced and the surfactant concentration required to attain the maximum effect in stabilizing foams was greatly reduced. The high foam stability could well relate to the high elasticity of the film.  相似文献

For the first time, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) has been brought in to include 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) in order to enhance inhibition efficiency of PBTCA, which leads a new approach to study oil–gas field corrosion inhibition in the process of acid treatment. Based on the host–guest inclusion reaction, the inclusion complex of PBTCA with HP-β-CD has been prepared in the laboratory. UV–Vis absorption spectrum was applied to study the inclusion behavior of PBTCA with HP-β-CD. The results revealed that PBTCA with HP-β-CD can form a 1:1 stoichiometry inclusion complex. The 1:1 inclusion complex synthesized by using lyophilization was further characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Besides, inhibition effect of the inclusion complex on the corrosion inhibition of Q235 carbon steel has been investigated in 0.1 M sulfuric acid (H2SO4) solution using potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that the presence of the inclusion complex better achieved the anti-corrosion property in aggressive medium than was the case with alone PBTCA and the highest inhibition efficiency of the inclusion complex over 90 % was obtained, which are suggestive of the active effect of the inclusion complex for improving inhibition efficiency of PBTCA. Meanwhile, the results obtained from SEM further showed that the inclusion complex acts as a more efficient corrosion inhibitor for Q235 carbon steel in H2SO4 medium.  相似文献
