In order to lower the saturation voltage and enhance the transmittance of in-plane switching blue-phase liquid crystal display (IPS-BPLCD), IPS-BPLCD with insulating protrusion is proposed. The single-protrusion (only set on the top of pixel electrode) and double-protrusion (set on the top of pixel and common electrodes) structures are investigated in this work. The potential distribution changes when the protrusion is used. There is a thicker transverse electric field in BPLC range, because the stronger electric field at the edges of the electrodes is decentralised into BPLC range. As a result, the saturation voltage is reduced from 36.3 V to 28.9 V when the double-protrusion structure is used, and transmittance is increased by ~20%. The contrast ratio is larger than 1000:1 in 60° viewing cone using a half-wave biaxial film. Both single-protrusion and double-protrusion structures have the uniform gamma curves at large oblique viewing angles. Moreover, the off-axis image distortion index is 0.1590 at 60º polar angle when zigzag electrodes are used.  相似文献

The formation of an unprecedented macrocycles‐in‐a‐macrocycle (MIM) superstructure by reversible radical–radical association of a triphenylamine based monomer terminated with three dicyanomethyl radicals is presented. The reaction yield is nearly quantitative and the obtained macrocycle contains three small dimeric macrocycles according to X‐ray crystallographic analysis. The six monomer molecules are linked by nine long dynamic covalent C(sp3)?C(sp3) bonds that all adopt a gauche conformation. Such a conformation favors the formation of a MIM structure rather than a 2D network with an all‐anti conformation. Two enantiomers with left‐/ right‐handed chirality exist in the single crystals of the superstructure.  相似文献

Isotactic polypropylene (iPP)/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nanocomposite bars were prepared by injection molding and the effects of RGO on the iPP matrix were investigated via differential scanning calorimetry, two dimensional wide angle X-ray diffraction (2D WAXD) and small angle X-ray scattering (2D SAXS) techniques. It is demonstrated that RGO is an effective nucleation agent for iPP and the incorporation of RGO can enhance the degree of orientation of iPP crystals at flow direction. Furthermore, the orientation of iPP chains at flow direction intensifies with the increase of RGO contents, which can be attributed to that RGO obstructed the motion of orientated polymer chains. Although the enhancement effect is weaker than that of High density polyethylene (HDPE)/RGO nanocomposites with epitaxial crystallization, the mechanical properties of iPP/RGO nanocomposites can also be improved apparently.  相似文献

In this study,the isothermal crystallization kinetics and crystalline morphology of poly(butylene adipate-co-butylene 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate) (PBAC),which refers to a copolyester containing a non-planar ring structure,were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and polarized optical microscopy,and compared with those of neat poly(butylene 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate) (PBC).The results indicate that the introduction ofbutylene adipate (BA) unit into PBAC did not change the intrinsical crystallization mechanism.But,the crystallization rate and ability,and equilibrium melting temperature of PBAC copolymers were reduced.All PBC and PBAC copolymers could only form high density of nucleation from melt at given supercooling,while no Maltese cross or ring-banded spherulites could be observed.PBAC copolymers with a high amount of BA unit became amorphous after quenching with liquid nitrogen from melt,while PBC and PBAC copolymers with a low amount of BA unit could still form a large amount of nuclei under the same treatment.  相似文献

A novel macrocyclic flavonoid glycoside, angustifolinoid A (1), featuring an unprecedented 13-membered heterocyclic ring moiety, along with a known flavonoid glycoside, tiliroside (2), were isolated from Elaeagnus angustifolia flowers. Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculation. Biosynthesis analysis indicated that compound 1 might be derived from compound 2 via a key enzymatic intramolecular oxidative coupling. Compounds 1 and 2 showed inhibitory activities against cyclooxygenases, COX-1 and COX-2.  相似文献

Persistent luminescence from purely organic materials is basically triggered by light and electricity, which largely confines its practical applications. A purely organic AIEgen exhibits not only persistent photoluminescence, but also transient and persistent room‐temperature mechanoluminescence. By simply turning on and off a UV lamp, tricolor emission switching between blue, white, and yellow was achieved. The data from single‐crystal structure analysis and theoretical calculation suggest that mechanism of the observed persistent mechanoluminescence (pML) is correlated with the strong spin–orbit coupling of the bromine atom, as well as the formation of H‐aggregates and restriction of intramolecular motions in noncentrosymmetric crystal structure. These results outline a fundamental principle for the development of new pML materials, providing an important step forward in expanding the application scope of persistent luminescence.  相似文献
