带电胶体离子扩散与交换动力学的比较

Taking soil colloid and hydrated silica (quartz sand) as the experimental material, the comparative study has been made on the kinetics of ion diffusion and ion exchange in charged colloid and charged coarse disperse systems. The results showed that ion exchange kinetics in the two systems conform to the kinetic law of ion diffusion. Besides, through this comparative study on the kinetics of ion exchange and ion diffusion, a method has been advanced theoretically to estimate the quantity of adsorbed ion that is located in the inner of the Helmholtz layer. As far as hydrated silica is concerned , there were about 33 per cent of the total adsorbed quantity of Mg2+that were located in the inner of the Helmholtz layer under the given experimental conditions, bu tfor soil colloid the percentage was only 7.5.     

镓改性ZSM-5沸石中镓活性中心的形成与表征

采用脉冲微反体系研究了经不同程度还原和不同镓含量的GaZSM-5沸石的芳构化性能与吡啶吸附红外光谱特征谱带吸收度的关联，证实了1458 cm~(-1)吸收带的用于表征与Ga物种有关的活性中心，并研究了沸石的硅铝比对Ga中心形成和Ga的价态对芳构化性能的影响。结果表明，对Ga含量相同的样品来说，硅铝比愈低，起始Ga中心生成量愈多，高价态与低价态的Ga中心对丙烷芳构化反应都有促进作用。     

稀溶液中环型聚苯乙烯的激基缔合物荧光效应

采用乙酸乙酯为环型和线型聚苯乙烯的非良溶剂, 确定了Mark-Houwink方程分别为[η]_r=1.91×10~(-2)·M~(0.607)和[η]_l=4.06×10~(-2)·M~(0.572)。研究了环型和线型聚苯乙烯的激基缔合物的荧光效应。通过稀溶液中环型和线型高分子线团在柔顺性上存在着差异, 解释了二者之间在荧光效应方面的差异, 并根据实验结果,确定了(I_E/I_M)c→0～M关系式分别为(I_E/I_M)r,c→0=1.91+3.40×10~(-6)M和(I_E/I_M)l,c→0=2.15+3.05×10~(-6)M。     

Antitumor activity of Hypsizigus marmoreus. I. Antitumor activity of extracts and polysaccharides.

Antitumor activity of Hypsizigus marmoreus, one of the most popular Japanese edible mushrooms, was investigated. The aqueous and methanol extracts were tested against allogeneic tumor, solid sarcoma 180 and syngeneic tumor, Meth A fibrosarcoma. The aqueous extract was highly active in inhibiting growth of solid sarcoma 180, but not as much for Meth A fibrosarcoma. Fractionation of antitumor substances of the aqueous extract isolated four polysaccharides. Chemical analysis revealed one of them to be beta-(1-3)-glucan with a remarkable inhibitory effect against tumor-growth of sarcoma 180.     

电化学合成聚苯胺粉末电极的电化学行为研究

我们曾用慢速动电位扫描法研究化学合成聚苯胺粉末的电化学行为.本文对恒电位电解合成聚苯胺粉末进行了研究.用这种方法制备的粉末由于合成溶液中不含氧化剂因而纯度高.本文还报导了这种聚苯胺粉末电极的交流阻抗测量结果.交流阻抗法曾用于聚苯胺膜的电导和化学合成聚吡咯的电阻测定. 所用盐酸、氟硼酸、硅氟酸、苯胺均为分析纯;苯胺经常压蒸馏提纯;硫酸为超纯;磷酸为分析纯;高氯酸为优级纯.溶液皆用两次蒸馏水配制.     

叔醇脱水成烯反应的溶剂化能力与介电常数的关系

我们用Fe_2(SO_4)_3·xH_2O为催化剂,对2-甲基-2-已醇脱水生成烯烃反应的溶剂化能力及其动力学做了研究,测定了20种不同溶剂中的反应速率常数和以丙至辛6种直链醇为溶剂于不同温度下反应的速率常数,确定了溶剂化能力与溶剂介电常数之间的线性关系。这方面工作尚未见报道。     

Voltammetric determination of trace amounts of gold(III) with a carbon paste electrode modified with chelating resin

A carbon paste electrode modified with chelating resin (ammino-isopropylmercaptan-type cross-linked chelating resins) for the voltammetric determination of gold(III) was characterized by cyclic voltammetry. The gold(III) ion is accumulated on the surface of the modified electrode only by the chelating effect of the modifier in the carbon paste, without application of a potential. After exchange of the medium the accumulated amount of gold(III) is determined by voltammetry in a blank electrolyte solution. The response depends on both the concentration of gold and the accumulation time. For a 5-min preconcentration time, a linear calibration graph was obtained in the range 3 × 10^?8-1 × 10^?6 M and the detection limit was about 1 × 10^?8 M. A combination of chemical and electrochemical renewal allows the use of a single modified electrode in multiple analytical determinations over several days. For ten preconcentration—determination—renewal cycles [2 × 10^?7 M Au(III)], the response could be reproduced with 4.7% relative standard deviation. Many parameters such as the composition of the paste and pH influence the response of the measurement. Many other metal ions have no or little effect on the determination of gold. The procedure was applied to the determination of gold in minerals, copper and anode mud, with good results.     

Palladium-catalyzed tandem cyclization/Suzuki coupling of 1,6-enynes: reaction scope and mechanism

A palldium(0)-catalyzed tandem cyclization/Suzuki coupling reaction of various 1,6-enyne substrates was developed. This Pd-catalyzed enyne cyclization reaction represents a new process for the synthesis of stereodefined alpha-arylmethylene-gamma-butyrolactones, lactams, multifunctional tetrahydrofurans, pyrrolidines, and cyclopentanes. The mechanism of the reaction was studied by the employment of different enyne isomers and boronic acids; a pi-allyl palladium intermediate was suggested to explain the formation of the cyclic products. The stereochemistry of this reaction can be well explained by a chairlike transition state.
