以大孔交联聚丙烯酸甲酯为原料,引入多乙烯多胺[H(NHCH2CH2)nNH2,n=2,3,4]配体,络合二价铜离子,合成出一系列以交联聚内烯酸甲酯为载体的多乙烯多胺/铜(Ⅱ)络合物,研究了这类高分子络合物在不同条件下对尿素的吸附性能。结果说明,在载体树脂相同时.配体不同的络合物树脂对尿素的吸附性能有很大差异,以二乙烯三胺或三乙烯四胺为配体,产物树脂对尿素的吸附量较大,而以四乙烯五胺为配体则吸附量较小。在尿素浓度130mg/dl、吸附时间8小时、介质为pH=7的Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4缓冲溶液、温度18℃时,该类高分子络合物对尿素的最大吸附量达到75.2mg/g。  相似文献

Three new iridoid glycosides, hedycorysides A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), were isolated from the whole plant of Hedyotis corymbosa (Linn .) Lam ., along with four known compounds. Their structures were elucidated by extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analysis, as well as by HR‐ESI‐MS experiments. The three new compounds are the first benzoylated geniposide derivatives from Hedyotis.  相似文献

本文发现α-环糊精包结碳纳米管涂层电极对多巴胺(DA)和肾上腺素(EP)具有显著的增敏和电分离作用,还原峰电位差达390 mV。研究表明α-环糊精包结碳纳米管涂层薄膜表现出了非常令人感兴趣的电催化特性。因抗坏血酸(AA)在α-环糊精包结碳纳米管涂层电极上的氧化是不可逆的,因此利用还原峰进行测定,消除了AA对DA和EP的干扰。由于成本低和制作简便,该电极可用于生物系统电化学研究的生物传感器。  相似文献

Low-capacity anion-exchange resin was packed into a 45 cm X 0.19 mm I.D. fused-silica tubing and applied to micro-column liquid chromatography of nucleobases, nucleosides and isomers of nucleotides. The effects of the chromatographic conditions on the elution behaviour of these compounds were studied. The efficiency of the microbore packed column was comparable with that of the conventional size column.  相似文献

A highly sensitive amperometric biosensor for the detection of organophosphate pesticides (OPs) is developed. The biosensor was fabricated by immobilized acetylcholinesterase (AChE) on manganese (III) meso‐tetraphenylporphyrin (MnTPP) nanoparticles (NPs)‐modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The MnTPP NPs used in this article were synthesized by mixing solvent techniques. AChE enzyme was immobilized on the MnTPP NPs surface by conjugated with chitosan (CHIT). The electrocatalytic activity of MnTPP NPs led to a greatly improved performance for thiocholine (TCh) product detection. The developed AChE‐CHIT/MnTPPNP/GC biosensor integrated with a flow‐injection analysis (FIA) system was used to monitor trichlorfon (typical OP). A wide linear inhibition response for trichlorfon is observed in the range of 1.0 nM–1.0 mM, corresponding to 10–83% inhibition for AChE with a detection limit of 0.5 nM.  相似文献

We report the preparation of two novel H2[pz(An;B(4-n))] porphyrazines (pzs) which were designed to position themselves quite differently when attached to a surface: one to form a standard self-assembled monolayer (SAM) roughly perpendicular to a surface, the other to lie horizontally along a surface. As the former, we synthesized a pz, 1, where one pyrrole group is functionalized with two thioethers terminated in mercaptides (SR, R = (CH2)3CONH(CH2)2S-), each protected as a disulfide, and -S-Me is attached to the other pyrrole sites; the latter is a pz, 2, with dialkoxybenzo groups fused to two trans-pyrroles of the pz ring, and SR groups are attached to the other pair of pyrroles. Nanostructures of 1 and 2 were successfully patterned on gold surfaces via dip-pen nanolithography, and the predicted molecular orientation of the resulting structures was confirmed by topographic AFM images. The two pzs exhibit similar reduction potentials in solution. Both show large shifts in potential upon surface binding, with the magnitude of the shift depending on the proximity/orientation of the pz to the surface. The first reduction potential of the "vertically" aligned 1 shifts by ca. +430 mV when incorporated in a binary pz/hexanethiol SAM, while that for 2, which lies flat, shifts by ca. +800 mV; the potential thus shifts by ca. +370 mV upon taking a given pz that stands atop a two-legged insulating "standoff" in a traditional SAM and "laying it down". We suggest these observed effects can be explained by image-charge energetics, and this is supported by a simple model.  相似文献

研究了Ca^2 聚丙烯酸酯无皂水溶胶交联乳液的制备条件,考察了交联温度、交联剂用量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明Ca^2 加入无皂水溶胶中的最低温度为40℃,交联反应于室温下即完全发生,交联膜具有较好的耐热、耐水性能。用TEM以及电导滴定对交联机理进行了初步探讨,发现交联反应主要发生在胶乳表面.COO^-与Ca^2 之间。  相似文献

A family of six donor-acceptor-donor monomers was synthesized using combinations of thiophene, 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and 3,4-ethylenedioxypyrrole as donor moieties, and cyanovinylene as the acceptor moiety, to understand the effects of modified donor ability on the optoelectronic and redox properties of the resulting electropolymerized materials. Spectroelectrochemistry, differential pulse voltammetry, and cyclic voltammetry results indicate band gaps ranging from 1.1 to 1.6 eV and suggest that these polymers can be both p-type and n-type doped at accessible potentials. In situ conductivity results indicate that the n-type conductivity magnitude is modest, and the conductivity profile indicates a redox conductivity mechanism as opposed to a delocalized electronic band mechanism as observed for p-type doping.  相似文献
