Nano-Mg- [4-methoxy phenylsalicylaldiminemethylpyranopyrazole]Cl2 (nano-[Mg-4MSMP]Cl2) as a nano-Schiff base complex was prepared and fully characterized using some various techniques including fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal gravimetric analysis (DTA), mass spectroscopy (MS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Nano-[Mg-4MSMP]Cl2 was successfully used as an efficient catalyst for the preparation of some 1-(α-aminoalkyl) -2 -naphthols.  相似文献

The organometallic palladium complex with nitrogen-containing heterocycles is a potent antitumor agent. Coordination of phosphorus ligands to organometallic complexes increases their hydrophilicity, promotes ligand−DNA interactions and damage level to cancer cells, and blocks division in target cells. In this study, a phosphaadamantane palladium complex ([Pd{(C,N)- (C12H8NH2)} (PTA) Cl], PTA = 1,3,5-Triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) ( 2 ) was synthesized via the reaction of biologically active PTA with binuclear palladacycles [Pd2{(C,N)-(C12H8NH2)}2(μ-Cl)2] ( 1 ). In vitro studies of the complex with DNA (calf-thymus) explored by UV–Vis, emission titration, circular dichroism and helix melting methods showed that the complex interacts with DNA via an intercalative mechanism. Furthermore, competitive binding studies using warfarin, digoxin and ibuprofen site markers containing definite binding sites revealed the binding of the complex to site I on bovine serum albumin. The in vitro release mechanism of the palladium complex exhibited a biphasic pattern characterized by an initial burst release followed by a slower sustained release. Ultimately, in vitro evaluation of cytotoxicity and cell death showed that the complexes were able to decrease the viability of human cancer cell lines (MCF-7 and Jurkat) in a dose-dependent manner, but lower decreases were observed in the viability of normal fibroblast cells ASF-4 at the dosages evaluated. Finally, the order of in vitro anticancer activities was found to be consistent with the DNA-binding affinities.  相似文献

A novel calix[4]arene derivative with two ferrocenyl Schiff-base groups at the upper rim 3 has been synthesized from 5,17-diformyl-25,27-dipropoxy-26,28-dihydroxy calix[4]arene and 4-ferrocenylaniline via condensation reaction. Reduction of 3 with sodium borohydride led to calix[4]arene derivative 4 with two amino ferrocenyl groups at the upper rim. The ferrocenyl Schiff-base calix[4]arene and its corresponding reduced amine have been purified and characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR, FTIR, Mass and UV-vis spectral data. Electrochemical properties of compounds 3 and 4 have been investigated. Cyclic voltammograms of 3 and 4 show reversible redox couples of ferrocene/ferrocinium at E1/2=0.401 V and 0.346 V, respectively. Electrochemical studies show these redox active compounds electrochemically recognize trivalent lanthanides La3+ and Ce3+ and divalent Pb2+ and Cu2+cations. With ferrocenyl Schiff-base calix[4]arene 3 an anodic shift as large as 130 mV is observed on addition of one equivalent of Ce3+ ion. Also extraction properties of compound 4 towards some metal cations have been described. It has been observed that compound 4 has a good selectivity for metal cations Fe3+, Cu2+, Pb2+ and Cd2+ against Ni2+ and Co2+.  相似文献

A facile and efficient synthesis of 1,5‐benzodiazepines with an arylsulfonamido substituent at C(3) is described. 1,5‐Benzodiazepine, derived from the condensation of benzene‐1,2‐diamine and diketene, reacts with an arylsulfonyl isocyanate via an enamine intermediate to produce the title compounds of potential synthetic and pharmacological interest in good yields (Scheme 1). In addition, reaction of benzene‐1,2‐diamine and diketene in the presence of benzoyl isothiocyanate leads to N‐[2‐(3‐benzoylthioureido)aryl]‐3‐oxobutanamide derivatives (Scheme 2). This reaction proceeds via an imine intermediate and ring opening of diazepine. The structures were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this type of cyclization is proposed (Scheme 3).  相似文献

The selection abilities of the two well‐known techniques of variable selection, synergy interval‐partial least‐squares (SiPLS) and genetic algorithm‐partial least‐squares (GA‐PLS), have been examined and compared. By using different simulated and real (corn and metabolite) datasets, keeping in view the spectral overlapping of the components, the influence of the selection of either intervals of variables or individual variables on the prediction performances was examined. In the simulated datasets, with decrease in the overlapping of the spectra of components and cases with components of narrow bands, GA‐PLS results were better. In contrast, the performance of SiPLS was higher for data of intermediate overlapping. For mixtures of high overlapping analytes, GA‐PLS showed slightly better performance. However, significant differences between the results of the two selection methods were not observed in most of the cases. Although SiPLS resulted in slightly better performance of prediction in the case of corn dataset except for the prediction of the moisture content, the improvement obtained by SiPLS compared with that by GA‐PLS was not significant. For real data of less overlapped components (metabolite dataset), GA‐PLS that tends to select far fewer variables did not give significantly better root mean square error of cross‐validation (RMSECV), cross‐validated R2 (Q2), and root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) compared with SiPLS. Irrespective of the type of dataset, GA‐PLS resulted in models with fewer latent variables (LVs). When comparing the computational time of the methods, GA‐PLS is considered superior to SiPLS. The complexation reactions between Tl+ and Ag+ ions and several crown ethers have been studied conductometrically in acetonitrile, acetone and dimethylformamide solutions at 25°C. The stability constants of the resulting 1:1 complexes were determined, and found to decrease in the order DA18C6>DC18C6>DB30C10>18C6>DB21C7>DB24C8>DB18C6>B15C5 >12C4, in the case of Tl+ complexes, and in the order DA18C6>DC18C6>18C6>DB18C6 >DB24C8>DB30C10B15C5>DB21C7 for Ag+ complexes. There is an inverse relationship between the stabilities of the complexes and the Gutamnn donicity of the solvents. The influence of a number of atoms in the macrocycle and of substituents in the polyether ring on the stability of the complexes is discussed.  相似文献

We describe a method for the modification of gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) with benzo-15-crown-5 that led to the development of a colorimetric assay for Ag(I) ion. The brown color of a solution of the modified Au-NPs turns to purple on addition of Ag(I) ion. The ratio of the UV–vis absorption at 600 nm and 525 nm is proportional to the concentration of Ag(I) ions in the range from 20 to 950 nM, and the detection limit is 12.5 nM. Other metal ions do not interfere if present in up to millimolar concentrations. The method enables a rapid determination of Ag(I) in lake and drinking water and is amenable to bare-eye readout.

The selective colorimetric detection of Ag+ ion using gold nanoparticles modified with benzo crown ether is reported with a color detection limit ~50 nM by naked-eye. The feasibility and simplicity of this cost-effective sensing system demonstrates great potential for the detection of sliver ion in real samples.  相似文献

A novel, facile and inexpensive solid phase extraction (SPE) method using ethylene glycol bis-mercaptoacetate modified 3-(trimethoxysilyl)-1-propanethiol grafted Fe3O4 nanoparticles coupled with spectrofluorimetric detection was proposed for determination of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in liquid milk samples. The method uses the advantage fluorescence enhancement by β-cyclodexterin complexation of AFM1 in 12% (v/v) acetonitrile–water and the remarkable properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles namely high surface area and strong magnetization were utilized to achieve high enrichment factor (57) and satisfactory extraction recoveries (91–102%) using only 100 mg of magnetic adsorbent. Furthermore, fast separation time of about 15 min avoids many time-consuming column-passing procedures of conventional SPE. The main factors affecting extraction efficiency including pH value, desorption conditions, extraction/desorption time, sample volume, and adsorbent amount were evaluated and optimized. Under the optimal conditions, a wide linear range of 0.04–8 ng mL−1 with a low detection limit of 0.015 ng mL−1 was obtained. The developed method was applied for extraction and preconcentration of AFM1 in three commercially available milk samples and the results were compared with the official AOAC method.  相似文献
