A new imidazolidine-bridged bis(aryloxido) ligand precursor (H(2)L) [H(2)L = 2,2'-(imidazolidine-1,3-diylbis(methylene))bis(4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl-2-yl)phenol)] was prepared in a relatively high yield (~60%) via a single-step Mannich condensation of 4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenol, ethylenediamine and paraformaldehyde at 2:1:3 molar ratio and characterized by chemical and physical techniques including X-ray crystallography. Reactions of H(2)L with [VO(OEt)(3)] at 1:1 and 1:2 molar ratios in toluene afforded [V(L-κ(3)O,N,N,O)(O)(OEt)] (1) and [V(2)(μ-L-κ(4)O,N,N,O)(μ-OEt)(2)(O)(2)(OEt)(2)] (2), respectively. Alcoholysis of 1 with EtOH enables elimination of one molecule of H(2)L and the formation of 2. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy as well as ES-MS experiments. The definitive molecular structure of 2 was provided by a single-crystal analysis and revealed its dinuclear nature, featuring two octahedral vanadium centres bridged by both OEt groups and the L ligand. The (51)V, (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra as well as ES-MS showed that 2 does not stay intact in solution and undergoes dissociation to give 1 and [VO(OEt)(3)].  相似文献

The interactions of C‐1305 (5‐dimethylaminopropylamino‐8‐hydroxy‐6H‐v‐triazolo[4,5,1‐de]acridin‐6‐one) with DNA were studied using differential pulse voltammetry and UV‐vis spectroscopy. C‐1305 interacts with dsDNA in two ways: by intercalation and by binding to the minor‐groove. For the intercalation at physiological pH (7.4) the values of the binding constant, K1, and the binding‐site size, n1, equal 3.36×105 M?1 and 2.5, respectively. For the weak interactions the K2 and n2 parameters equal 0.18×105 M?1 and 4. In the presence of excess NaCl the weak interactions do not vanish, therefore they are assigned to the minor groove binding. Substantial and complex is the influence of pH.  相似文献

Argon matrix infrared spectra of the complexes formed between formohydroxamic acid (HCONHOH) and carbon monoxide have been recorded. The experimental results indicate formation of three isomeric complexes. In two complexes the NH or OH groups of formohydroxamic acid are attached to the carbon atom of the CO molecule and in the third complex the NH group interacts with the oxygen atom of CO. The formohydroxamic acid complex with two CO molecules is also trapped in the matrix. One of the two CO molecules interacts with the NH group and the second one with the OH group of HCONHOH, in both cases the site of interaction is the carbon atom of CO. Theoretical studies of the structure and spectral characteristics of the complexes were carried out on the DFT(B3LYP)/6-311++G(2d,2p) level. The calculated vibrational frequencies for the complexes present in the matrices are in good agreement with the experimental data. The calculations show also an additional potential energy minimum corresponding to the complex in which the OH group of formohydroxamic acid is attached to the oxygen atom of carbon monoxide.  相似文献

The relationship between chiroptical properties of differently substituted 5-dethia-5-oxacephams and their respective molecular structures was investigated. The amide chromophore of the beta-lactam unit in these compounds was found to be nonplanar with a shallow pyramidal configuration at the nitrogen atom. Due to the nonplanarity, the beta-lactam system becomes inherently dissymmetric, which is supported by a high magnitude of the n --> pi* CD band. It was also found that the helicity of the lactam moiety in investigated oxacephams is controlled by the absolute configuration at the C(6) carbon atom. On this basis, a helicity rule correlating a positive (negative) sign of the n right arrow pi Cotton effect with a negative (positive) O [double bond] C [bond] N [bond] C(6) torsional angle for policyclic beta-lactam derivatives possessing a nonplanar amide chromophore was formulated.  相似文献

Osmotic coefficients of aqueous solutions of La(ClO4)3, Pr(ClO4)3, Nd(ClO4)3, Sm(ClO4)3, Gd(ClO4)3, Dy(ClO4)3, Ho(ClO4)3, Er(ClO4)3, Tm(ClO4)3, Yb(ClO4)3, Lu(ClO4)3, Nd(NO3)3, Sm(NO3)3, and Gd(NO3)3 in the molality range from 0.1 mol kg?1 nearly to saturation at 298.15 K have been determined by the isopiestic method. The results obtained agree very well with those of Rard et al. published recently. A distinct two-series effect has been observed for the constant-molality values of rare-earth perchlorates. The results are discussed in terms of hydration of the cations and ionic association.  相似文献

The diaminebis(aryloxido) ligand precursors H(2)L(1) and H(2)L(2) [H(2)L(1) = Me(2)NCH(2)CH(2)N(CH(2)-4-CMe(2)CH(2)CMe(3)-C(6)H(3)OH)(2); H(2)L(2) = Me(2)NCH(2)CH(2)N(CH(2)-4-Me-C(6)H(3)OH)(2)] were synthesized by a straightforward single-step Mannich condensation. Their reactions with 2 molar equivalents of MeLi in thf afforded [Li(4)(μ-L-κ(4)O,N,N,O)(2)(thf)(2)] (1a, L(1); 1b, L(2)) and unexpectedly small amounts (~9%) of [Li(6)(μ-L-κ(4)O,N,N,O)(2)(μ(3)-Cl)(2)(thf)(4)]·thf (2a·thf; L(1); 2b·thf, L(2)). Stoichiometric reactions of LiCl, MeLi and ligand precursors H(2)L led to the formation of 2a and 2b in high yield (~80%). All compounds were characterized by chemical and physical techniques including X-ray crystallography for H(2)L(1), H(2)L(2), 1b, 2a and 2b.  相似文献

Double hydrophilic statistical, diblock and triblock copolymers comprised of acrylamide and acrylic acid units have been synthesized in aqueous medium using the MADIX process. Starting from an either monofunctional or difunctional xanthate, the resulting AB and ABA‐type double hydrophilic block copolymers (DHBC) exhibited molar masses predetermined by the initial monomer/xanthate precursor molar ratio and polydispersity indices in the range 1.2–1.5. Batch copolymerizations yielded well‐defined statistical copolymers that were chain‐extended for the synthesis of novel poly‐ (acrylic acid‐stat‐acrylamide)‐block‐polyacrylamide DHBC.  相似文献
