高效液相色谱法测定血浆中7种灭鼠剂

建立了血浆中７种缓效灭鼠剂的反相高效液相色谱分析方法，选择了样品提取与测定条件，考察了有关化合物对测定的影响，在色谱工作站上建立了灭鼠剂的紫餐吸收光谱库，根据吸收光谱与ｔＲ值进行库检索，提出了定性的准确度。方法的线性范围为２－１０μＬ／Ｌ血浆，最低检测浓度为１μＬ／ｍＬ血浆。     

掺杂表面活性剂及金属离子对纳米Y2O3:Eu3+粉体的发光性能的影响

采用草酸沉淀法,通过填加表面活性剂四丁基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和金属离子K+,Mg2+,Ba2+,制备出稀土发光材料Y2O3Eu3+,利用XRD与激发和发射光谱等测试手段对样品的结构与光学性能进行了表征,考察了同时加入不同表面活性剂和金属离子对Y2O3Eu3+的结构和发光性质的影响.结果表明加入表面活性剂和金属离子对发光材料Y2O3Eu3+的发光性能有较大的影响,其中以同时加入四丁基溴化铵和Ba2+以及加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和Mg2+对Y2O3Eu3+粉体的发光性能影响最大.     

A new method for the synthesis of 1,4,5-oxadiazocines and its application in the structure modification of natural products

A new method for the synthesis of eight-membered heterocyclic 1,4,5-oxadiazocines has been described from β-diketone and β,β,β-triketone with an acidic α-hydrogen. The method entails the reaction of a di- or triketone with 2-hydroxyethylhydrazine and an aldehyde in the presence of acetic acid providing respectable yield.     

Synthesis and single-molecule studies of a well-defined biomimetic modular multidomain polymer using a peptidomimetic beta-sheet module

In the pursuit of advanced biomaterials with combined strength, toughness, and elasticity, a new class of well-defined modular polymers has been synthesized, and their nanomechanical properties have been studied using atomic force microscopy. These polymers are based on a peptidomimetic beta-sheet-based double-closed loop (DCL) module, which was designed to overcome the limitation of the modular polymers we reported previously (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2004, 126, 2059). Single-molecule force-extension experiments revealed the sequential unfolding of these modules as the polymer is stretched, resulting in more regular sawtooth-patterned curves similar to those seen in titin and other biopolymers. The single-molecule data agreed well with computer modeling, which suggested that hydrogen bonding and pi-stacking are both involved in the formation of small DCL clusters along the polymer chain.     

金属铜升温熔化过程的分子动力学模拟

采用分子动力学方法模拟了金属铜的升温熔化过程.原子间作用势采用FS (Finnis-Sinclair)势，结构分析采用双体分布函数(PCF)、均方位移(MSD)等方法.计算结果表明,在连续升温过程中，金属铜在1444 K熔化，在该熔化点的扩散系数为4.31×10－9 m2•s－1.上述结论与实验值相当接近，并且比之采用EAM镶嵌原子势所作模拟得到的结果更佳，说明FS势可以用来处理象液铜这样较复杂的无序体系.本文指出了升温速率在金属熔化过程中所起的作用.     

正烷酵母作为饲料的最近研究

本文叙述了近十年来我国对正烷烃酵母研究的进展。我们用的菌种是热带假丝酵母Y-17,本所实验厂的生产规模是年产一百吨酵母。发酵罐为6米~3的内或外循环空气提升式,两级连续发酵,50％废水循环利用。生产能力为2克/升·小时。酵母产品的化学分析,包括蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、核酸、维生素等,都证明该产品为一优良蛋白饲料。有毒物质含量(如苯骈(a)芘、重金属)符合国际标准。动物试验(包括用大白鼠、鸡、猪的营养试验,慢性毒性试验,传代试验)证明该正烷烃酵母为安全可靠的优良饲料。我们也研究了酵母的核酸和脂肪的综合利用、并筛选了一株高产新菌株球拟嗜烷烃酵母(新种)4B-2,使生产能力提高至2.8克/升·小时。     

应用单细胞微凝胶电泳技术研究氯化镉对人血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤效应

详细介绍了单细胞微凝胶电泳（ＳＣＧ）技术的原理和操作过程，并应用该技术研究了氯化镉（ＣｄＣｌ２）对人血淋巴细胞ＤＮＡ的损伤效应，结果表明，ＣｄＣｌ２能引起细胞ＤＮＡ迁移长度增加，且呈显著的剂量效应关系，对未处理对照细胞的ＤＮＡ迁移的原因及ＳＣＧ实验操作过程中应注意的事项也进行了讨论。
