本文讨论含有随机因素的逆 DEA模型 .逆 DEA模型解决的问题是 :对于某个决策单元 (DMU ) ,若增加其输入 ,在保持相对效率水平不变的情况下 ,估计 (预测 )输出应增加多少 .因此逆 DEA模型可用于短期预测问题 .带有随机因素的逆 DEA模型 ,是将该问题转化成机会约束的多目标规划问题 ,在某些特殊情况下 ,成为机会约束的线性规划问题 .     

DEA方法进行规模收益分析的几点注记

自从 Banker等人 ( 1 984)用 DEA方法进行规模收益分析 ,已有越来越多的学者也在进行相关的研究 .研究主要从两个方面进行 :基于 DEA输入模型的方法和基于 DEA输出模型的方法 .这两类方法所应用的模型、条件、结论都有所不同 ,但在应用中有些文章将它们混淆在一起 .本文针对应用中容易出现的错误 ,给出反例和正确的判别规模收益状况的充分必要条件 .并由规模收益的定义 ,建议使用 DEA—输出模型进行规模收益分析 .

1955年Herstein将著名的Jacobson定理推广为:定理A.如果对R中任意x,y,存在可依赖于x,y的整系数多项式p(t),使[x-x2p(x),y]=0,则R是交换的.本文利用多项式的系数和定义了n元多项式,f(x1,x2…,xn)的Fk性质,并以此证明了一个环的交换性定理,当n=1时,即得到定理A.

再次研究了2×n阶梯形网络的侧端等效电阻,通过网络分析构建差分方程模型,给出了2×n阶梯形网络侧端等效电阻的另外一个普适规律,并通过具体的特例进行了比较与验证.     

无溶剂顶空气相色谱法测定盐酸左氧氟沙星残留溶剂

采用无溶剂-顶空-气相色谱直接测定盐酸左氧氟沙星中残留溶剂乙醇、甲苯、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)等.各残留溶剂的检出限分别在0.007-0.032 μg,6次测定的相对标准偏差RSD在1.84%-1.92%,加标回收在90.9%-110%.方法简便、快速、灵敏,可应用于其他药品中残留溶剂的分析.     

Influence of nonlinear absorption effects on optical bistability in semiconductor ring resonators

We present a theoretical investigation of optical bistability in a nonlinear semiconductor ring resonator, by taking into account the two-photon absorption and the free-carrier absorption. By solving the intensity equation within the ring resonator, a parametric formulation is obtained for describing the bistability relation between the input and the output intensities. Numerical results show that the nonlinear absorption effects can affect the critical points and domain of the optical bistability.     

An anatomically accurate eye model with a shell-structure lens

A human eye model based on anatomically accurate eye model previously proposed by Liou, has been transformed into a new eye model, in which laminated structure of the lens is considered. The crystalline lens is presented in the form of hundreds of shells with rotational symmetry, and with constant index within each shell. The refractive index increases from the cortical shell to the inner one, according to the equation proposed by Smith G. et al. The anterior surface of the lens is prolate, whereas the posterior surface of the lens is oblate which is consistent with the anatomical data. A ray tracing procedure has been applied to study the refractive structure of the eye. The optical characters of the model have been studied. The reason that the wings occur on the spherical aberration curve has been given. And we found that the lens with gradient refractive index and lens with shell structure can give same longitudinal spherical aberration results.     

Optical properties of InGaAsBi/GaAs strained quantum wells studied by temperature-dependent photoluminescence

The effect of bismuth on the optical properties of InGaAsBi/GaAs quantum well structures is investigated using the temperature-dependent photoluminescence from 12 K to 450 K.The incorporation of bismuth in the InGaAsBi quantum well is confirmed and found to result in a red shift of photoluminescence wavelength of 27.3 meV at 300 K.The photoluminescence intensity is significantly enhanced by about 50 times at 12 K with respect to that of the InGaAs quantum well due to the surfactant effect of bismuth.The temperature-dependent integrated photoluminescence intensities of the two samples reveal different behaviors related to various non-radiative recombination processes.The incorporation of bismuth also induces alloy non-uniformity in the quantum well,leading to an increased photoluminescence linewidth.
