We demonstrate that the coupling system of negatively capped CdSe/ZnS QDs with an oxidized Cytochrome c (Cyt c) is capable of the fluorescent imaging of a superoxide radical (O(2)˙?) with high sensitivity and specificity in living cells, without interference from other Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) or relevant intracellular components.  相似文献

We introduce the concept of homogeneous numerical semigroups and show that all homogeneous numerical semigroups with Cohen–Macaulay tangent cones are of homogeneous type. In embedding dimension three, we classify all numerical semigroups of homogeneous type into numerical semigroups with complete intersection tangent cones and the homogeneous ones which are not symmetric with Cohen–Macaulay tangent cones. We also study the behavior of the homogeneous property by gluing and shiftings to construct large families of homogeneous numerical semigroups with Cohen–Macaulay tangent cones. In particular we show that these properties fulfill asymptotically in the shifting classes. Several explicit examples are provided along the paper to illustrate the property.  相似文献

Functionalized SBA-15 (immobilization of Pd on the modified SBA-15) has been used as an efficient catalyst for the preparation of spiroindolines by multi-component reactions of isatins, cyclic-1,3-diketones, and 6-amino-1,3-dimethyluracil under ultrasonic irradiation in water. The catalyst has been characterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), N2 adsorption analysis, temperature-programmed desorption (TPD), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The advantages of this method include the reusability of the catalyst, low catalyst loading, excellent yields in short reaction times and easy separation of products, and use of ultrasonic irradiation as a valuable and powerful technology.

The authors describe an impedimetric method for the quantitation of the DNA of the human papilloma virus (HPV) type 16. A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with gold nanosheets and is shown to be superior to a common gold disk electrode. A single-stranded 25mer oligonucleotide (ssDNA) acting as the probe DNA was immobilized via its thiolated 5′ end on both electrodes. After hybridization with target (analyte) DNA, electrochemical impedance spectra were acquired in the presence of hexacyanoferrate as a redox marker. The sensor can distinguish between complementary, non-complementary and single base pair mismatches of HPV ssDNA. At a 1 mM hexacyanoferrate concentration, the biosensors respond to target DNA in the 1 μM to 1 pM concentration range, and the detection limit is 0.15 pM. The results illustrate that the use of gold nanosheets on a GCE distinctly improves the detection and differentiation of HPV compared to using bare gold.

The effect of graphene on unique features of surface plasmon-polariton excitations near the interface of vacuum and quantum plasma half-space is explored using a quantum hydrodynamic model including the Fermi electron temperature and the quantum Bohm potential together with the full set of Maxwell equations.It is found that graphene as a conductive layer significantly modifies the propagation properties of surface waves by making a change on the corresponding wave dispersion relation.It is shown that the presence of graphene layer on the interface of vacuum and plasma leads to a blue-shift in the surface Plasmon frequency.The results of present study must be contributed to the modern electronic investigations.  相似文献

Heterogeneous nanoscale catalyst was successfully synthesized via anchoring of V‐bis(2‐aminobenzamide) complex on the Al‐SBA‐15. This modified mesoporous was identified by several characterization techniques, such as X‐ray diffraction, field emission‐scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform‐infrared, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller and transmission electron microscopy. V‐Bis(2‐aminobenzamide)@Al‐SBA‐15 was found to be an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the rapid and desirable synthesis of various spirooxindole dihydroquinazolinones derivatives. In addition, the heterogeneous nanocatalyst was chemically stabilized in organic and aqueous solutions as well as can be expeditiously reused for at least seven cycles without a significant loss in catalytic activity.  相似文献
