A compact diode-end-pumped passively Q-switched Nd^3+ :GdVO4/C^r4+ :YAG self-Raman laser at 1176 nm is demonstrated. When the To = 80% Cr^4+:YAG saturable absorber is inserted into the cavity, the maximum Rtaman laser output reaches 175 mW with 3.8 W incident pump power. The optical conversion from incident to the Raman laser is 4.6% and the slope efficiency is 6.5%. The pulse energy, duration, and repetition frequency of the first stokes laser are 4.5μJ, 1.8 ns, and 38.5 kHz, respectively. There is strong blue emission (about 350- 400nm) can be observed in the Nd^3+ :GdVO4 crystal when the process of stimulated Raman scattering occurs, which is induced by the upconversion of the Nd^3+ ions. 相似文献

We investigate theoretically the electron transport of a two-level quantum dot irradiated under a weak laser field at low temperatures in the rotating wave approximation. Using the method of the Keldysh equation of motion for nonequilibrium Green function, we examine the conductance for the system with photon polarization perpendicular to the tunnelling current direction. It is demonstrated that by analytic analysing and numerical examples, a feature of conductance peak splitting appears, and the dependence of conductance on the incident laser frequency and self-energy are discussed. 相似文献

We investigate the influence of the network topology on the performance (characterized by the total system cost and maximal tratffic volume) of transportation networks, where the weights are not static (constant), but dynamic (a function of the flow on the link). Four classes of networks are used in the simulation, including regular networks, random networks, small-world networks and scale-free networks. The initial simulation results show that topologies play important roles on the performance of transportation networks, and random networks have better performance than other networks. Also, we find that there are distinct difference of the link flow distribution for various networks in both the distribution function form and the span between the minimum and the maximum of the link flow, explaining the difference of the performance among distinct networks. 近红外无创生化分析中,要获得准确的血液生化成分信息,需要非常高的系统信噪比。为提高分析系统的信噪比,开展了以增大系统光能利用率为目标的高效双复合抛物面聚光(DCPC)系统研究。首先,针对近红外无创生化分析中光学系统集光要求,研究了复合抛物面聚光器(CPC)出射光特点,确定出一级CPC最大聚光角范围。然后,通过比较标准型和截短型DCPC光能利用率变化,优化出最佳结构参数。最后,结合皮肤组织光学参数,计算了入射光波长为1 000nm时,DCPC系统、CPC-聚焦反射镜系统以及无光学收集系统的光能利用率。结果显示,三种系统的光能利用率分别为1.46%,0.84%,0.26%。设计的DCPC系统增强了对人体漫反射光的收集能力,可有效提高无创生化分析系统的信噪比及整体分析精度。 相似文献

In this work, a dually sensitive colloidal crystal (CC)‐loaded hydrogel has been synthesized via frontal polymerization (FP) in a facile and rapid way. First, a polystyrene CC film was fabricated by vertical deposition on the inner wall of a test tube. Then, a mixture of acrylic acid (AAc), 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), and glycerol along with the initiator and crosslinker was added to this test tube to carry out FP, resulting in the formation of CC‐loaded hydrogel. The influence of the mass ratios of HEMA/AAc on front velocity and temperatures were studied. The swelling behavior, the morphology, and the stimuli‐responsive behavior of the CC‐loaded hydrogels prepared via FP were thoroughly investigated on the basis of swelling measurement, scanning electron microscopy, and reflection spectra. Results show that the as‐prepared CC‐loaded hydrogels exhibit excellent dual sensitivity to both methanol concentrations and pH values with very short response time, which can be observed visually without the aid of instruments. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. New chiral binaphthyl‐containing polyfluorene (PF) derivatives, PFOH , PFMOM , and PFP , bearing different binaphthyl units ((S)‐2,2′‐bis(methoxymethoxy)‐1,1′‐binaphthyl for PFMOM , (S)‐1,1′‐binaphthyl‐2,2′‐diol for PFOH , and (S)‐2,2′‐bis(diphenylphosphinyl)‐1,1′‐binaphthyl for PFP ) in the backbone have been designed and synthesized through Pd‐catalyzed Suzuki polycondensation. Their properties have been investigated in detail by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, TGA, DSC, UV–vis, photoluminescence (in solutions, in thin films before and after annealing), and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopic methods compared with poly(9,9‐dihexylfluorene‐2,7‐diyl) ( PF ). The resulting copolymers possessed excellent solubility in organic solvents and emitted strong blue light. The phosphine oxide‐containing copolymers PFP and PFMOM exhibited higher quantum yields and better thermal spectral stability in comparison with PF . All the copolymers exhibited obviously the linearly polarized photoluminescent properties both in solutions and in solid states. High emission polarization ratios (RPL) of PFP were observed with no obvious decrease upon thermal annealing. In addition, investigation of the CD spectroscopic properties of these copolymers in THF solutions indicated that the chirality of the binaphthyls could be transferred to the whole PF backbone. All these results demonstrated that introduction of the chiral binaphthyls, particularly BINAPO, into the backbone could effectively improve the performances of the copolymers. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
