The magnetic-field dependence of the EHD luminescence in pure germanium is investigated using pulsed laser excitation. Intensity oscillations are found which vary with the delay time of the detection. A fit to a reaction-kinetic model yields a quantum efficiency of Q ≈ 25%. The main nonradiative process in the electron-hole liquid is found to be the Auger-recombination. 相似文献

The classical molecular dynamics method is employed to simulate the interaction of edge dislocations with interstitial Frank loops (2 and 5 nm in diameter) in the Fe-Ni10-Cr20 model alloy at the temperatures T = 300–900 K. The examined Frank loops are typical extended radiation-induced defects in austenitic steels adapted to nuclear reactors, while the chosen triple alloy (Fe-Ni10-Cr20) has the alloying element concentration maximally resembling these steels. The dislocation-defect interaction mechanisms are ascertained and classified, and their comparison with the previously published data concerning screw dislocations is carried out. The detachment stress needed for a dislocation to overcome the defect acting as an obstacle is calculated depending on the material temperature, defect size, and interaction geometry. It is revealed that edge dislocations more efficiently absorb small loops than screw ones. It is demonstrated that, in the case of small loops, the number of reactions accompanied by loop absorption increases with temperature upon interaction with both edge and screw dislocations. It is established that Frank loops are stronger obstacles to the movement of screw dislocations than to the movement of edge ones. 相似文献

The mechanisms of desorption of gold nanoclusters deposited on à substrate under low-energy bombardment with ions and clusters
(in the mode of elastic stopping predominance) are analyzed. The classical molecular dynamics method is employed for computer
simulation of both “direct” and “indirect” impact of bombarding particles (that is, when a projectile particle either directly
interacts with the deposited cluster or penetrates into the substrate without hitting the cluster). Au1 ions and Au400 clusters with an energy of 38 keV and 0.18 keV/atom, respectively, are used as projectile particles. The spherical Au6051 gold nanocluster deposited on a substrate of Al(111) or Au(111) is applied as a target. It is shown that indirect impact
does not lead to desorption of the nanocluster from the Al substrate in all considered cases; however, it can initiate desorption
from the Au substrate. This phenomenon is quite efficient when the heat spike appearing upon penetration of a projectile particle
involves the region of contact between the substrate and the nanocluster deposited on it. As this takes place, an intense

The electronic structure of island carbon films on silicon, which are capable of low-voltage field electron emission (at the mean electric-field strength above several hundreds of V/mm), have been investigated. It has been shown by tunnel spectroscopy that islands of these coatings are characterized by a continuous spectrum of the allowed delocalized states near the Fermi level, i.e., they contain carbon in the sp 2 state. The photoconductivity of the coatings under study has been observed. Based on the current and spectral characteristics of this phenomenon, it has been shown that islands are separated from each other by tunnel barriers and from the substrate by a Schottky barrier. 相似文献

Phthalocyanine compounds of novel type based on a bridged bis-ligand, denoted "intracavity" complexes, have been prepared. Complexation of clamshell ligand 1,1'-[benzene-1,2-diylbis(methanediyloxy)]bis[9(10),16(17),23(24)-tri-tert-butylphthalocyanine] ((clam,tBu)Pc(2)H(4), 1) with lanthanide(III) salts [Ln(acac)(3)]?n?H(2)O (Ln = Eu, Dy, Lu; acetylacetonate) led to formation of double-deckers (clam,tBu)Pc(2)Ln (2?a-c). Formation of high molecular weight oligophthalocyanine complexes was demonstrated as well. The presence of an intramolecular covalent bridge affecting the relative arrangement of macrocycles was shown to result in specific physicochemical properties. A combination of UV/Vis/NIR and NMR spectroscopy, MALDI-TOF mass-spectrometry, cyclic voltammetry, and spectroelectrochemistry provided unambiguous characterization of the freshly prepared bis-phthalocyanines, and also revealed intrinsic peculiarities in the structure-property relationship, which were supported by theoretical calculations. Unexpected NMR activity of the paramagnetic dysprosium complex 2?b in the neutral π-radical form was observed and examined as well. 相似文献
