Fluorous synthesis of mono-dispersed poly(ethylene glycols)

Mono-dispersed poly(ethylene glycols) (PEGs) are of great value in the development of biopharmaceuticals. However, tedious synthesis limits the availability of mono-dispersed PEGs. To address this issue, a fluorous synthesis of mono-dispersed PEGs, discretely PEGylated surfactants and ¹⁹F magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) agents has been developed. During the synthesis, both fluorous and normal phase silica gel-based solid-phase extractions were successfully employed to simplify the purifications. This synthesis provided an easy access to valuable mono-dispersed PEGs and related molecules for biomedical application on multi-gram scales.     

几种半导体在高压下的金属化相变

 在金刚石压砧装置上，采用我们建立的电阻测量方法，研究了半导体InP_0.97As_0.03、InP_0.5As_0.5、Ga_0.76In_0.24As和Ga_0.24In_0.76As在室温下、16 GPa内的电阻与压力的关系。工作中，对测量技术进行了一些改进，采用微机进行测量控制和数据记录。实验结果表明，这些样品在测量的压力范围内，均发生了金属化相变。它们的相变压力分别为：10.3、9.7、13.5~14.6和10~10.4 GPa左右。这些实验结果在过去发表的文章中未见报导过。     

Asymmetric synthesis of both enantiomers of anti-4,4,4-trifluorothreonine and 2-amino-4,4,4-trifluorobutanoic acid

A short and efficient enantioselective synthesis of both enantiomers of anti-4,4,4-trifluorothreonine and 2-amino-4,4,4-trifluorobutanoic acid was successfully developed. Trifluoromethylation of benzyl-protected bromoalkene 4 provided key intermediate trifluoromethylated trans-disubstituted alkene 2 in good yield. The sequence then involved Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation, nucleophilic opening of cyclic sulfate with NaN(3), palladium-catalyzed selective hydrogenation, and oxidation.     

含长链烷基的单羧基卟啉的合成及LB膜特性

近年来,国际上对有机光电子材料的研制和开发已成为热门课题。具有优良光电特性的卟啉分子的合成及其LB膜的结构和特性的研究,已引起人们的重视。本工作设计和合成了一种新型的含长链烷基的单羧基双亲性卟啉(Ⅳ),其结构见下图,它能在水面上展开成稳定的单层膜,并且进一步研究了这种超薄膜的结构和性质。     

王水溶矿-电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定矿石中的金

建立了王水溶矿-电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定矿石中的常量金的方法。该方法加标回收率94.0%—102.0%,精密度RSD 1.66%—4.01%,与传统的分析方法相比:该方法简单、快速、实用。     

片状Co9S8/ZnS/C复合材料的制备及电催化产氧性能

以六水合硝酸钴[Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O]为钴源、六水合硝酸锌[Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O]为锌源、2,2′-硫代二乙酸(C4H6O4S)为硫源,采用溶剂热法制备出了片状的Co_9S_8/ZnS/C复合材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和N_2吸附/脱附测试等手段对于片状Co_9S_8/ZnS/C复合材料结构和形貌等进行表征,同时对片状Co_9S_8/ZnS/C复合材料进行了电催化产氧性能测试。结果表明:片状Co_9S_8/ZnS/C复合材料的起始过电位为390 mV,塔菲尔斜率为144 mV·dec~(-1),具有高的电催化产氧性能。
