A nanocomposite of graphene oxide supported by monodisperse rod-like α-Fe2O3 nanocrystals (GO/α-Fe2O3 nanocomposites) has been fabricated through a simple hydrolysis precipitation route in a water–ethanol system. The nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectra and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. The GO/α-Fe2O3 nanocomposites are GO nanosheets decorated randomly by α-Fe2O3 nanorods with diameters in the range of 3–5 nm and lengths of 20–30 nm, while only hollow α-Fe2O3 microspheres constructed by the radically oriented single-crystalline nanorods are observed in the absence of GO. Compared with pure α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles, α-Fe2O3/GO nanocomposites exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity as evident from the degradation of rhodamine B in water under UV irradiation. The superior photocatalytic activity performance of α-Fe2O3/GO nanocomposites could be attributed to the synergetic effect between the conducting GO nanosheets and monodisperse α-Fe2O3 nanorods.  相似文献

The development of fluorescent probes for nitroreductase (NTR) has received intense attention because of its biological significance and wide application. In this work, a novel fluorescent probe for the detection of NTR in aqueous solution was designed and synthesized on a 1,8-naphthalimide scaffold. In the presence of NTR and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) under physiological conditions, the probe was converted into a 4-hydroxy-1,8-naphthalimide derivative and exhibited a sharp fluorescence enhancement at 550 nm, with a high selectivity for NTR over various analytes. The detection limit for NTR was determined to be 9.8 ng/ml by this probe. Due to its low signal background, this probe showed?>?70-fold fluorescence enhancement. Theoretical calculations revealed that the reason for the fluorescence quenching of this probe is the photoinduced electron transfer (PET) from both the nitrobenzene and morpholine groups to the naphthalimide fluorophore.

We investigate the coherent control of spin tunneling for a spin–orbit (SO) coupled boson trapped in a driven triple well. In the high-frequency limit, the quasienergies of the system are obtained analytically and the fine energy band structures are shown. By regulating the driving parameters, we reveal that the directed spin-flipping or spin-conserving tunneling of an SO-coupled boson occurs along different pathways and in different directions. The analytical results are demonstrated by numerical simulations and good agreements are found. Further, an interesting scheme of quantum spin tunneling switch with or without spin-flipping is presented. The results may have potential applications in the design of spintronic devices.  相似文献

This study compared one lesson across four U.S. “traditional” textbook series, two U.S. reform‐based textbook series, and one Chinese mathematics textbook series in teaching the connection between multiplication and division. The results showed the differences across U.S. and Chinese lessons in both the teaching and the practice parts of the lesson across three dimensions (i.e., problem schemata, response requirement, and algebra readiness). In particular, the Chinese lesson's penetrating analysis or explanation of the topic is reflected in its deliberately constructed examples and wide range of problems (pertaining to problem types and difficulty levels) present in the teaching and practice sections of the lesson. None of analyzed U.S. lessons are comparable with the Chinese lesson with respect to the breadth and depth in teaching the topic. A deliberate emphasis, both arithmetically and algebraically, on problem schema acquisition as found in the Chinese lesson represents a promotion of symbolic or higher order of conceptual understanding. The findings are discussed within the context of teaching big ideas through problem schemata acquisition and the importance of symbolic level of conceptual understanding.  相似文献

We propose an experimentally feasible scheme of implementing perfect quantum dense coding with three-atom W-class state in cavity QED. In this scheme atoms interact simultaneously with a highly detuned cavity field and the cavity is only virtually excited, thus the scheme is insensitive to the cavity decay, which is very important in view of experiment. Moreover, we also propose a scheme of transmitting three bits of classical information by sending one qubit and one classical bit with 3-qubit W-class and GHZ states.  相似文献

The dependence of the phase matching (PM) angle on temperature in type-I second harmonic generation (SHG) and type-II third harmonic generation (THG) of KDP is experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that as the crystal temperatures vary by 1 °C, the external PM angles of the KDP doubler and tripler change 100 μrad and 220 μrad, respectively. The PM angle of KDP tripler is more sensitive to temperature variation than is that of the KDP doubler. Comparing the numerical calculations and the previous reports, a discrepancy has been found among the different reported results. Based on the analytical solution of the temperature dependence of the SHG process it is shown that a small error in the thermo-optic coefficients of the crystal is the main factor source of the discrepancy.  相似文献
