建立了饲料中克仑特罗、莱克多巴胺、喷布特罗、妥布特罗等18种β-兴奋剂的QuEChERS结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱的检测方法。饲料样品加水分散后经4%(v/v)氨水乙腈提取,加入25 mg十八烷基硅烷(C18)和50mg N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)吸附剂分散固相萃取净化后,以高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行定性和定量分析。采用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(50 mm×4.6 mm,1.8μm)分析柱,以甲醇-0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,串联质谱在多反应监测(MRM)正离子模式下进行检测,基质外标法定量。结果表明,18种待测物在质量浓度为5~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9912~0.9995;在0.05、0.1、0.5 mg/kg 3个浓度加标水平下,饲料中18种β-兴奋剂的平均回收率为78.4%~107.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%~12.3%,定量限(以信噪比≥10计)均为0.05 mg/kg。该方法准确、灵敏,前处理简单,可作为饲料中克仑特罗等18种β-兴奋剂筛选和确认的检测方法。  相似文献

采用电弧放电法,通过阳极棒与不锈钢片的共蒸发,制备了氮掺杂长竹节状碳纳米管(NDLBLCNTs)。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)及其附带能量色散X射线(EDX)光谱仪和电子能量损失谱(EELS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征方法,对产物的形貌、结构和组成进行表征。表征结果表明,NDLBLCNTs的长度在640~835 nm之间,其内径在23~35 nm之间,外径在28~47 nm之间;且在每一节"竹节"与另一节"竹节"的连接处形成的内腔中均有一个黑色纳米颗粒,其直径尺寸以及产物中的NDLBLCNTs的含量均与熔化、蒸发的不锈钢片的面积有关。对NDLBLCNTs的生长机理进行了简单的探讨。  相似文献

A series of novel phthalic diamide derivatives containing 1,2,3‐triazole moiety were synthesized using one‐pot click chemistry approach and characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. The insecticidal activity against armyworm (Mythimna separata), Tetranychu scinnabarinus and cowpea aphid (Aphis craccivora) was evaluated. Compounds 4II‐a and 4II‐i showed 50% insecticidal activity against armyworm (Mythimna separata) at the concentration of 4 mg/L and one‐third of the compounds had moderate activity against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 500 mg/L.  相似文献

A simple, cheap and non-enzymatic colorimetric strategy for glucose detection has been designed based on the interactions between a phenylboronic acid (PBA) derivative, which is coupled with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) as the colorimetric reporters, and glucose. The PBA-AuNPs hybrid system proposed here exhibits ordered photochemistry behaviors upon the addition of glucose at different pH values. There are two linear regions of glucose concentration for the glucose sensor at different pH values, i.e., between 0.1 mmol/L and 9.8 mmol/L at pH 6 with the detection limit of 64μmol/L and between 0 and 6.5 mmol/L with the detection limit of 48 μmol/L at pH 9, respectively. To test the practicality of the sensor system, we also applied this assay to detect a glucose sample in the artificial saliva.  相似文献

Beryllium fluorides are widely used in protein phosphorylation studies to get stable transition state analogs or near attack conformers, which has attracted much attention. BeF3? is one of the optimal phosphoryl (PO3?) analogs for its identical geometry and charge, and Mg2+ naturally participates in the phosphoryl binding in biological systems. In solutions, BeF3? coexists with other beryllium fluorides (BeF42?, BeF2 and BeF+) and magnesium fluorides, and there are equilibriums between these species. In this article, 19F NMR spectroscopy was applied to the investigation of the impact of magnesium(II) on beryllium fluorides. It has been found that when Mg2+ was introduced into the solutions, the chemical shifts, the intensities and the line widths of 19F signals of various beryllium fluoride complexes were changed. After ionic strength correction, these effects were remarkable only for BeF42? and BeF3?, especially BeF42?, when the concentration of the fluoride ion is relatively low. Mechanism of the effects is proposed which involves ion pair formation between Mg2+ and beryllium fluorides.  相似文献

Ionic liquid gel polymers have widely been used as the electrolytes in all-solid-state supercapacitors, but they suffer from low ionic conductivity and poor electrochemical performance. Arc discharge is a fast, low-cost and scalable method to prepare multi-layered graphene nanosheets, and as-made graphene nanosheets (denoted as ad-GNSs) with few defects, high electrical conductivity and high thermal stability should be favorable conductive additive materials. Here, a novel ionic liquid gel polymer electrolyte based on an ionic liquid (EM1MNTF2) and an copolymer (P(VDF-HFP)) was modified by the addition of ad-GNSs as an ionic conducting promoter. This modified gel electrolyte shows excellent thermal stability up to 400 ℃ and a wide electrochemical window of 3 V. An all-solid-state supercapacitor based on commercial activated carbon was fabricated using this modified ionic liquid gel polymer electrolyte, which shows obviously improved electrochemical behaviors compared with those of the corresponding all-solid-state supercapacitor using pure ionic liquid gel polymer electrolyte. Specially, smaller internal resistance, higher specific capacitance, better rate performance and cycling stability are achieved. These results indicate that the ionic liquid gel polymers modified by ad-GNSs would be promising and suitable gel electrolytes for high performance all-solid-state electrochemical devices.  相似文献

基于核酸外切酶I选择性消化单链核酸的特点,使用MCF-7细胞表面过量表达的肿瘤标志蛋白MUC1的适体,构建了一种灵敏检测乳腺癌细胞的新型电化学传感器。核酸适体链与乳腺癌细胞MCF-7表面过量表达的肿瘤标志蛋白MUC1的结合会阻碍其与互补核酸探针链的杂交,所以电极表面固定的未杂交的核酸探针单链就会被外切酶I选择性消化从而失去末端的亚甲基蓝信号分子。因此,通过检测电化学信号的变化,此传感器在103~106cell/mL细胞浓度范围内线性检测乳腺癌细胞MCF-7,检出限为330 cell/mL,具有高度特异性,可以有效区分对照细胞胰岛β细胞。  相似文献

The photochromic mechanism of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(6-hydro-4-amino-5-sulfo-2,3- pyrazine)-pyrazole-5-one has been investigated using the density functional theory(DFT). The solvent effect is simulated using the polarizable continuum model(PCM) of the self-consistent reaction field theory. According to the crystal structure of the title compound, an intramolecular proton transfer mechanism from enol to keto form was proposed to interpret its photochromism. Bader's atom-in-molecule(AIM) theory is used to investigate the nature of hydrogen bonds and ring structures. Time-dependent density functional theory(TDDFT) calculation results show that the photochromic process from enol to keto form is reasonable. The conformation and molecular orbital analysis of enol and keto forms explain why only intramolecular proton transfer is possible. The results from analyzing the energy and dipole moments of enol form, transition state and keto form in the gas phase and in different solvents have been used to assess the stability of the title compound.  相似文献
