婴幼儿奶瓶中迁移双酚A的高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱检测方法研究 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
建立了婴幼儿奶瓶中双酚A(BPA)迁移量的高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)测定方法。奶瓶食品模拟浸泡液经过弗罗里硅土玻璃层析柱净化,高效液相色谱分离,采用选择反应性监测模式(SRM)检测。以一级质谱得到的准分子离子m/z 227作为母离子,进行二级质谱(MS2)分析。选择MS2的碎片离子m/z 212、133、93定性确证,m/z 212作为定量离子定量。实验优化了质谱条件,并对二级质谱碎裂机理和特征离子进行了研究。测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于8.2%(n=7),回收率在87.7%~105%之间;检出限为2μg/L,能够满足欧盟、美国等对奶瓶中双酚A的限制要求。该法已成功应用于婴幼儿奶瓶中BPA迁移量的测定。 相似文献

在溶剂热条件下,以含卤素有机羧酸3-溴-吡啶-2,6-二甲酸(H2L)为配体,以硝酸钴、硝酸铜为金属源,合成了两例配合物:[Co(L′)3](1)和[Cu(L′)2]n(2)(HL′=5-溴-吡啶-2-甲酸),通过元素分析(EA)、X射线单晶衍射(SXRD)、X射线粉末衍射(PXRD)、红外光谱(IR)和热重分析(TGA)进行结构表征。X射线单晶衍射结果表明,配体H2L在反应过程中发生脱羧现象,生成单羧酸配体5-溴-吡啶-2-甲酸。在配合物1中,每个Co(Ⅲ)都位于略微扭曲的八面体几何构型中,不对称单元中含有两个单核单元,单核单元通过C—H…O氢键形成三维超分子结构。配合物2的不对称单元中含有一个Cu(Ⅱ),两个脱质子的L′-配体,每个Cu(Ⅱ)都是六配位的,位于扭曲的八面体几何构型中。Cu(Ⅱ)由配体连接生成1D链结构,通过C—H…O氢键形成三维超分子结构。此外,研究了两例配合物的热稳定性能。 相似文献

A series of isomorphic lanthanide metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) Ln(TATAB)?(DMF)4(H2O)(MeOH)0.5 (LnTATAB, Ln=Eu, Tb, Sm, Dy, Gd; H3TATAB=4,4′,4′′‐s‐triazine‐1,3,5‐triyltri‐p‐aminobenzoic acid) have been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Among these MOFs, TbTATAB exhibits good water stability and a high fluorescence quantum yield. Because mercury ions (Hg2+) have a high affinity to nitrogen atoms, and the space between multiple nitrogen atoms from triazine and imino groups is suitable for interacting with Hg2+ ions, TbTATAB shows highly selective and sensitive detection of Hg2+ in aqueous solution with a detection limit of 4.4 nm . Surface‐initiated atom‐transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of 4‐vinylpyridine (4VP) on a pretreated Si(100) surface was carried out. The composition and topography of the Si(100) surface modified by poly(4‐vinylpyridine) (P4VP) were characterized by XPS and atomic force microscopy (AFM), respectively. The P4VP layer on the Si(100) surface was used not only as chemisorption sites for the palladium complexes without prior sensitization by SnCl2 solution during the electroless plating, but also as an adhesion promotion layer for the electrolessly deposited copper. The electrolessly deposited copper on the Si–P4VP surface exhibited a 180° peel adhesion strength above 6 N/cm. photoelectron spectroscopy, cyclic voltammograms, and galvanostatic charge–discharge measurements. It was found that the average
thickness of 10-layer Li4Ti5O12 film was about 1.7~1.8 μm and the active material Li4Ti5O12 in the thin film was nano-sized about 50–300 nm. It was also found that the prepared Li4Ti5O12 thin film exhibited a high discharge capacity of about 174 mAh/g and the discharge capacity in the 300th cycle retained 88%

The lateral diffusion coefficients of a BODIPY tail-labeled lipid in two model systems, namely, free-standing giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs) and supported phospholipid bilayers (SPBs), were determined by fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) using the Z-scan approach. For the first time, the performed measurements on 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC) bilayers maintain exactly the same experimental conditions for both systems, which allows for a quantitative comparison of lipid diffusion in these two commonly used model membranes. The results obtained revealed that the lipid mobility in free-standing bilayers (D=7.8+/-0.8 microm2 s-1) is significantly higher than in the bilayer created on the solid support (mica) (D=3.1+/-0.3 microm2 s-1). 相似文献

The production of the three normal neutrinos via e-e+ collision at Z-boson peak (neutrino production in a Z-factory) is investigated thoroughly. The differences of ve-pair production from vμ-pair and vτ-pair production are presented in various aspects. Namely the total cross sections, relevant differential cross sections and the forward-backward asymmetry etc. for these neutrinos are presented in terms of figures as well as numerical tables. 为了提升兰州重离子加速器冷却存储环(HIRFL-CSR)中放射性次级束流装置(RIBLL2)的粒子鉴别能力,在其F1色散面上研发、安装了一套可测量核反应产物起始时间和位置等信息的新型高性能探测器,并发展了一种利用测量的位置及飞行时间等实验数据提取束线光学参数从而修正粒子磁刚度的实验方法。使用F1色散面上的新型探测器,再结合粒子磁刚度修正方法,首次在RIBLL2-ETF分离器上实现了全动量接收度下300 MeV/nucleon 78Kr弹核碎裂产物的清楚鉴别,结果显示:对于较重的75As33+,其电荷分辨σZ~0.19、质核比分辨σA/Z~5.8×10?3。这一结果,有效提升了RIBLL2粒子鉴别能力,增加了奇异核收集效率,使研究范围由低质量核区(A<40)拓展到了中等质量核区(A~80),这将有效促进RIBLL2上放射性次级束物理实验的发展。 相似文献
