In this paper, we obtain some new existence results of solutions of impulsive differential equations with periodic boundary conditions. The main tool that we use is critical point theory. In this paper, we study the asymptotic behavior of the strong solutions of a non-autonomous non-local PDE model with time delay. We present the existence and structure of the uniform attractor by constructing the skew product flow of the family of processes generated by the strong solutions. In order to obtain the existence of the uniform attractor, we prove the family of processes satisfies uniform condition (C) by using some special technique of phase space decomposition. Additionally, it is shown that all the bounded complete trajectories are globally asymptotic stable under some assumptions. As the application of our result, we obtain a globally asymptotic stable nontrivial strong periodic solution of a non-local PDE model.  相似文献

The small molecular donors with different end alkyl chains provide appropriate phase separation and molecular stacking orientation for all-small-molecule solar cells. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) have been improved obviously, and the highest PCE reaches 7.06%. The results demonstrate that the optimized end alkyl chains can be used to design A-π-D-π-A backbone structure small molecular electron donors for small-molecule organic solar cells.  相似文献

半导体量子点因其独特的光电性质, 在发光二极管、太阳能电池和生物标记等领域展现出广阔的应用前景。传统的Ⅱ-Ⅵ和Ⅲ-Ⅴ族二元量子点具有优异的发光性能, 但其所含的Cd、Pb等有毒重金属元素极大制约了大规模商业应用。Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ 族多元量子点作为近年来兴起的一类新型荧光材料, 其具有无毒、带隙可调、Stokes位移大、荧光寿命长等特性, 被认为是替代传统二元量子点的理想材料, 因此成为了科研工作者研究的热点。本文详细介绍了Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ 族量子点的研究进展, 从该类量子点的基本性质出发阐明其光学性能的调控机制, 重点介绍了近年来该类量子点的有机相及水相制备技术, 对其在照明显示领域应用的研究进展进行了总结, 并与其他类型量子点器件的最新研究现状进行了对比。最后, 分析了Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ 族量子点发展过程中有待解决的主要问题, 并对其今后的发展方向进行了展望。  相似文献

Due to the strong crystallinity and anisotropy of small molecules, matched molecular photoelectric properties and morphologies between small molecules and non-fullerene acceptors are especially important in all-small-molecule organic solar cells(OSCs).Introducing fluorine atoms has been proved as an effective strategy to achieve a high device performance through tuning molecular energy levels, absorption and assembly properties. Herein, we designed a novel benzodithiophene-based small molecule donor BDTF-CA with deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level. All-small-molecule OSCs were fabricated by combing non-fullerene acceptor IDIC with different fluorine-atom numbers. Two or four fluorine atoms were introduced to the end-capped acceptor of IDIC, which are named as IDIC-2 F and IDIC-4 F, respectively. With the increase of fluorination from IDIC to IDIC-4 F, the open circuit voltage(V_(oc)) of the devices decreased, while hole and electron mobilities of the active layers increased by one order of magnitude. Contributed to the most balanced V_(oc), short-circuit current(J_(sc)) and fill factor(FF), the device based on BDTF-CA/IDIC-2 F achieved the highest power conversion efficiency of 9.11%.  相似文献

Novel TiO2 nanotube arrays (TiO2 NTAs) with preferred oriented crystalline structure were firstly achieved by a facile method through anodizing Ti sheets with textured microstructure. Highly oriented crystalline structure of TiO2 NTAs, with its (004) lattice plane of anatase TiO2 paralleling to the top surface of TiO2 NTAs was identified by the results of XRD, which was further confirmed by the regular diffraction spots and lattice fringes with uniform direction in HRTEM images. In comparison with normal randomly oriented TiO2 NTAs, the quasi-single crystal structure of highly oriented TiO2 NTAs can suppress the recombination of photogenerated electron–hole pairs and enhance the transfer of photocarriers, as was proved by the photoelectrochemical measurement conducted on both normal TiO2 and oriented TiO2 NTAs. The results of this study provide a promising avenue to obtain high photoelectrochemical performance TiO2 NTAs-based hybrid nanomaterials.  相似文献

We studied numerically the enhanced optical transmission (EOT) through periodic subwavelength circular‐sharp hole arrays in metallic films with different edge sharp distribution features of unit structures. Detailed studies indicate that the unit structure edge sharp distribution features strongly influence the surface plasmons (SPs). These results demonstrate that the number of edge sharp activated the localized surface plamons (LSP) resonance on the unit structure is changed by rotating the polarization of the incident light, leading to change the infrared transmittance of the array. Moreover, a compact plasmonic switch via periodic circular‐sharp hole arrays based on the dependence of SPs on unit structural edge sharp distributions is proposed. The finding provides a new idea for designing plasmonics devices, and expands the application range of metal micro‐nano structure in the field of optical communications and information processing.  相似文献

Analytical propagation expressions of ultrashort pulsed Elegant Hermite-Gaussian beams are derived and spatiotemporal properties of the pulses with different transverse modes are studied. Singularity of the complex amplitude envelope solution of the pulses obtained under slowly varying envelope approximation is analyzed in detail. The rigorous analytical solution of the pulse is deduced and no singularity emerges in the solution. The obtained results indicate that the transverse mode affects not only the spatiotemporal properties but also the singularity of the pulses. Time delay of the off-axis maximum intensity is more obvious and the singularity is located nearer to the z-axis for the pulse with higher transverse modes.  相似文献
