采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、N2吸脱附、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)揭示了微波辅助-KOH处理对活性炭的物理化学性能的影响规律。 结果表明,活性炭表面的含氧基团的种类增加,微孔明显减少,中大孔的比例增大。 通过浸渍-原位还原方法制备了Pt、Pd、Ru、Rh负载微波辅助-KOH处理活性炭催化剂,并对其催化p-叔丁基-α-甲基肉桂醛选择性加氢性能进行了研究。 发现Pt具有优异的C=O加氢选择性,而Pd具有优良的C=C加氢选择性。 进一步研究了Pd-Pt双组分催化剂催化p-叔丁基-α-甲基肉桂醛加氢产物分布,随着Pt含量的增加, C=O选择性逐步提高, C=C选择性逐渐下降,且当m(Pd)∶m(Pt)=4∶1时,其催化剂的催化性能最佳。  相似文献

The combination of photoredox catalysis and enamine catalysis has enabled the development of an enantioselective aerobic oxidative cross-dehydrogenative coupling between glycine derivatives and simple ketones or aldehydes, which provides an efficient approach for the rapid synthesis of enantiopure unnatural α-alkyl α-amino acid derivatives in good yield with excellent diastereo- (up to >99 : 1) and enantioselectivities (up to 97% ee). This process includes the direct photoinduced oxidation of glycine derivatives to an imine intermediate, followed by the asymmetric Mannich-type reaction with an enamine intermediate generated in situ from a ketone or aldehyde and a chiral secondary amine organocatalyst. This mild method allows the direct formation of a C–C bond with simultaneous installation of two new stereocenters without wasteful removal of functional groups.

A visible-light-induced enantioselective aerobic oxidative cross-dehydrogenative coupling between glycine derivatives and simple ketones or aldehydes is achieved.  相似文献

We report a sensitive and simple method for analysis of traces of Sudan dyes in foods in which solid-phase extraction on activated silica gel for preconcentration was combined, on-line, with high-performance liquid chromatography. With a loading flow rate of 1.7 mL min?1 for sampling 50 mL Sudan I–IV at pH 6.7, enrichment factors ranging from 196 to 991 were achieved. Detection limits (S/N = 3) of Sudan I–IV were in the range 1.4–7.0 ng L?1, and the relative standard deviation for repeatability of peak areas in five replicate analyses of 0.01 μg L?1 Sudan I–IV was 2.2–4.5%. When blank food samples (chilli powder, chilli sauce, and duck eggs) were spiked with Sudan III at two levels (0.25 and 0.50 μg L?1) then analyzed by this method recovery ranged from 70.3 to 95.2%.  相似文献

Amino poly(glycerol methacrylate)s (PGOHMAs) were synthesized from linear and 8‐arm poly(glycidyl methacrylate)s (PGMAs) via ring opening reactions with methylethylamine (MEA), diethylamine, and dipropylamine, respectively, which were further modified by quaternization reaction using methyl iodide to obtain quaternized PGMAs (QPGMAs for short). The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance, gel permeation chromatography, and thermogravimetric analysis. The amination percentage of amino PGOHMAs and the degree of quaternization of QPGMAs were calculated by elemental analysis and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, respectively. According to the solubility test results, 8‐arm PGOHMA modified with MEA (S8‐MEA) is the only water‐soluble derivative of amino PGOHMAs and was employed as a positive control for the comparison with QPGMAs. Antimicrobial studies on these PGMA derivatives were carried out by testing the minimum inhibitory concentration and the bacteria inhibitive rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The results indicated that QPGMAs possessed higher antimicrobial activity than S8‐MEA and exhibited increased antimicrobial activity against both bacteria with an increased degree of quaternization in weak basic conditions. Moreover, the chemical structure of PGMA derivatives and pH value of the assay conditions were found to affect the antimicrobial activity. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

语言是人类群体的文化符号和交流工具,人文学科与社会科学对于人类社会的语言现象开展了大量研究。近代以来,在语言的讨论中普遍出现一些认识误区。把语言作为与群体同生共死的本质特征,造成语言稳定、独立的印象。在语言文字演变的历史过程中,语言和记录语言的文字始终与社会一起变化,需要在社会的发展演变中认识语言的性质。在以社会发展为背景的讨论中发现,语言具有作为传统文化载体与族际交流的双重功能。由于语言是各族群传统文化的载体和凝聚象征,语言政策成为多族群国家的敏感议题,各国民族主义运动和“民族国家”构建进程中普遍出现有争议的“语言统一”与“语言净化”现象。各国为了加强国民文化的政治整合和经济发展,都在逐步推行国家通用语言,而掌握先进科技和引领经济发展的语言工具,是少数族群发展的必要条件。  相似文献

Graphene (G) and graphene oxide (GO) were added into epoxy resin (EP) respectively via chemical modification and physical ultrasound technology to improve the tribological behaviour of EP coating. The topographies of G and GO were detected by scanning probe microscopy. The chemical structures of the fillers before and after modification were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The across‐section topographies of the coatings were detected by scanning electron microscopy. The tribological behaviour of the coatings was evaluated by UMT‐3 tribology tester, surface profiler and scanning electron microscopy. The results revealed that the coefficient of friction of the coatings decreased, and the wear resistance of the coatings improved with the addition of the G and GO. GO could improve the tribological performance of EP further compared to G. When containing 0.5 wt% G and 0.75 wt% GO, the coatings had the lowest coefficient of friction and best wear resistance. When the contents of G reached 0.75 wt%, and GO reached 1 wt%, the tribological performance of the composite coatings decreased as a result of the agglomeration of the fillers. Finally, the anti‐friction and anti‐wear mechanisms of G‐EP and GO‐EP composite coatings were discussed in detail based on the results obtained in the preceding texts. 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了红茶和绿茶中铅、铜、锌的含量。考察了浸泡次数、浸泡温度和浸泡时间对铅、铜、锌3种金属元素浸出率的影响。结果表明,茶叶中铅、铜、锌的浸出率随浸泡次数的增多而减少,随浸泡温度的升高而增大,30min前随浸泡时间延长而增加。  相似文献

Prodrug strategies have been proven to be a very effective way of addressing delivery problems. Much of the chemistry in prodrug development relies on the ability to mask an appropriate functional group, which can be removed under appropriate conditions. However, developing organic prodrugs of gasotransmitters represent unique challenges. This is especially true with carbon monoxide, which does not have an easy “handle” for bioreversible derivatization. By taking advantage of an intramolecular Diels–Alder reaction, we have developed a prodrug strategy for preparations of organic CO prodrugs that are stable during synthesis and storage, and yet readily release CO with tunable release rates under near physiological conditions. The effectiveness of the CO prodrug system in delivering a sufficient quantity of CO for possible therapeutic applications has been studied using a cell culture anti‐inflammatory assay and a colitis animal model. These studies fully demonstrate the proof of concept, and lay a strong foundation for further medicinal chemistry work in developing organic CO prodrugs.  相似文献
