Trivariate Cr Polynomial Macroelements

Trivariate C^r macroelements defined in terms of polynomials of degree 8r + 1 on tetrahedra are analyzed. For r = 1,2, these spaces reduce to well-known macroelement spaces used in data fitting and in the finite-element method. We determine the dimension of these spaces, and describe stable local minimal determining sets and nodal minimal determining sets. We also show that the spaces approximate smooth functions to optimal order.     

Copper diffusion in Ti-Si-N layers formed by inductively coupled plasma implantation

Ternary Ti-Si-N refractory barrier films of 15 nm thick was prepared by low frequency, high density, inductively coupled plasma implantation of N into Ti_xSi_y substrate. This leads to the formation of Ti-N and Si-N compounds in the ternary film. Diffusion of copper in the barrier layer after annealing treatment at various temperatures was investigated using time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometer (ToF-SIMS) depth profiling, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) and sheet resistance measurement. The current study found that barrier failure did not occur until 650 °C annealing for 30 min. The failure occurs by the diffusion of copper into the Ti-Si-N film to form Cu-Ti and Cu-N compounds. FESEM surface morphology and EDX show that copper compounds were formed on the ridge areas of the Ti-Si-N film. The sheet resistance verifies the diffusion of Cu into the Ti-Si-N film; there is a sudden drop in the resistance with Cu compound formation. This finding provides a simple and effective method of monitoring Cu diffusion in TiN-based diffusion barriers.     

高纯金属镨中痕量稀土杂质的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析及光谱干扰的校正

本文提出了PGS-2型平面光栅光谱仪(色散率0.18纳米,二级光谱)与PlasmaTherm ICP-5000D射频发生器联用,乙醇预去溶方式进样,同时直接测定高纯金属镨中5个痕量稀土杂质元素的方法。并讨论了基体浓度对检出限的影响以及光谱干扰及其校正方法。当样品溶液中镨的浓度为5毫克/毫升时,测定下限分别为镧、钕和钐0.002%,铈0.003%和钇0.0005%。获得了良好的实验结果,其相对标准偏差为1.2-6.2%。     

NFZ-10工业辐照电子直线加速器

研制的电子直线加速器ＮＦＺ－１０的辐照加工能力相当于３０ＰＢｑ的６０Ｃｏ源，电子束能量为４～１２ＭｅＶ，平均束功率为３ｋＷ，扫描宽度为１ｍ，能量不稳定度≤±０．５％，束流不稳定度≤±０．６％，扫描不均匀度≤±２．５％。ＮＦＺ－１０加速器已被用于辐照各种电力半导体器件，一年多来运行稳定可靠并获得较好的经济效益。     

Interval parameter perturbation method for evaluating the bounds on natural frequencies of structures with interval parameters

For structural parameters with uncertainties, interval mathematics can, in the case where the probabilistic distribution density of uncertain variables is unavailable, deal with the influence of uncertainties in structural parameters on the response of structures. In order to evaluate the region containing natural frequencies of structures with interval parameters, the interval parameter perturbation method is presented in this paper. The advantage of the present method is its computational efficiency in evaluating the region containing natural frequencies. A numerical example is used to illustrate the efficiency of the method proposed. Optimality for set functions with values in ordered vector spaces

Let (X, , ) be a finite atomless measure space,L a convex subfamily of , andY andZ locally convex Hausdorff topological vector spaces which are ordered by the conesC andD, respectively. LetF:LY beC-convex andG:LZ beD-convex set functions. Consider the following optimization problem (P): minimizeF(), subject to L andG() _D . The paper generalizes the Moreau-Rockafellar theorem with set functions. By applying this theorem, a Kuhn-Tucker type optimality condition and a Fritz John type optimality condition for problem (P) are established. 粘土粒径及形态结构对粘土胶性能的影响

用超声波和离心方法将３种来源不同的粘土样品按粒分径分级，测定各级分粒径比表面积和结构，并制备相应级分的粘土胶进行物理力学性能测试，结果表明，在一定范围内，粘土粒径的变化仅对粘土胶的某些力学性能产生物明显的影响，而粘土粒子以其独特的形态结构对粘土胶产生显著的补强作用。
