Fe3+-doped TiO2 composite nanoparticles with different doping amounts were successfully synthesized using sol-gel method and characterized
by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultravioletvisible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance
spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was used as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic
activity of Fe3+/TiO2 nanoparticles under visible light irradiation. The influence of doping amount of Fe3+ (ω: 0.00%–3.00%) on photocatalytic activities of TiO2 was investigated. Results show that the size of Fe3+/TiO2 particles decreases with the increase of the amount of Fe3+ and their absorption spectra are broaden and absorption intensities are also increased. Doping Fe3+ can control the conversion of TiO2 from anatase to rutile. The doping amount of Fe3+ remarkably affects the activity of the catalyst, and the optimum efficiency occurs at about the doping amount of 0.3%. The
appropriate doping of Fe3+ can markedly increase the catalytic activity of TiO2 under visible light irradiation.

The sequence-specific recognitions between DNA and proteins are playing important roles in many biological functions. The double-stranded DNA microarrays (dsDNA microarrays) can be used to study the sequence-specific recognitions between DNAs and proteins in highly parallel way. In this paper, two different elongation processes in forming dsDNA from the immobilized oligonucleotides have been compared in order to optimize the fabrication of dsDNA microarrays: (1) elongation from the hairpins formed by the self-hybridized oligonucleatides spotted on a glass; (2) elongation from the complementary primers hybridized on the spotted oligonucleatides. The results suggested that the dsDNA probes density produced by the hybridized-primer extension was about four times lower than those by the self-hybridized hairpins. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the cost of dsDNA microarrays, we have replaced the Klenow DNA polymerase with Taq DNA polymerase, and optimized the reaction conditions of on-chip elongation. Our experiements showed that the elongation temperature of 50 °C and the Mg2+ concentration of 2.5 mM are the optimized conditions in elongation with Taq DNA polymerase. We studied the LAS degradation of immobilized Pseudomonas aeruginosa with low-intensity ultrasonic and the influence of original LAS concentration, pH, rotary velocity and different conditions of low-intensity ultrasonic irradiation on the degradation of LAS. In our experiment, the degradation rate of LAS was the main index. We found that low-intensity ultrasonic irradiation could improve the metabolism of microorganism cells and promote the LAS biodegradation of immobilized cells. In the experiment, 50 mg/l LAS were used to simulate wastewater, and low-intensity ultrasonic was considered. We found the influence was obvious, and the optimal degradation rate was acquired when the conditions of ultrasonic were frequency 24 kHz, power 8 W, stimulation time 5 s, intermissive time 30 s, and total time 10 min. The LAS degradation rate of immobilized cells with ultrasonic were respectively 40% and 9.5% higher than that of the suspending cells and immobilized cells without irradiation. 相似文献

Mass spectrometry (MS) is attractive as a multiplexed immunoassay readout benefiting from its high sensitivity, speed and mass resolution. Here, a simple paper-based hexaplex immunoassay with an on-line MS readout was proposed, using functionalized paper as the immune substrates, along with rhodamine-based mass tags assembled on gold nanoparticles prepared as the mass probes (MPs). Simultaneous immune capture and labeling were conducted in one step on paper substrates in 96-well plates with a high throughput within 30 minutes, and the on-line efficient dissociation of the mass tags highly facilitated the hexaplex readout of the immune signals by a newly established on-line paper substrate-based electrospray ionization-MS setup. Six MPs were synthesized for the simultaneous quantification of six important cancer protein markers (cancer antigen 15-3, cancer antigen 19-9, carcinoma embryonic antigen, cancer antigen 125, human epididymis protein 4, and alpha fetoprotein) using only 10 μL serum, presenting satisfactory sensitivity, accuracy and specificity. Three novel perylene polyimides (PPIs) containing p‐n diblock units were designed and synthesized for use in dye‐sensitized mesoporous TiO2 solar cells. They all dissolve in m‐cresol and N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP). Their visible light absorption, electrochemical and photoelectrochemical properties were systematically studied. The polyimides have band gap energies of 2.16, 2.19 and 2.25 eV deduced from ultraviolet–visible absorption spectra, and electron affinity (Ea) and ionization potential (IP) of ?3.93 and 6.10 eV for PPI1, ?3.94 and 6.13 eV for PPI2, ?3.93 and 6.59 eV for PPI3, respectively, deduced from cyclic voltammogram. Experimental data show that introduction of 4,4′‐bisaminetriphenylamine cannot only greatly enhance optic‐electro conversion efficiency, but also enhance the dissolubility which in favorable for making the devices.
