A facile and sensitive colorimetric detection for RNase A activity based on target regulated protection effect on plasmonic gold nanoparticles aggregation

In this work, a facile and sensitive colorimetric detection method was firstly reported for RNase A activity detection based on target regulated protection effect of chimeric DNA probe on the salt-induced aggregation of plasmonic gold nanoparticles.Compared with previous works of RNase A activity detection, this colorimetric assay integrated the advantages of sensitive, low cost, facile operation, rapid response and low biological toxicity.     

Beam steering of external cavity diode laser by an intracavity electro-optic ceramic deflector

A novel beam-steering external cavity diode laser using an intracavity lead lanthanum zirconate titanate(PLZT) electro-optic ceramic deflector is proposed and demonstrated experimentally.The laser consists of a semiconductor laser with single mode fiber coupled output,polarization controller,PLZT electro-optic ceramic deflector,and output concave mirror.By applying proper driven electrical signals on the PLZT electro-optic deflector,the beam deflection angle achieves 5.8 mrad at 1 000 V.A high-speed beam-steering property with less than 120-ns switching time is also observed.Moreover,a good beam quality with Gaussian spatial profile and a linear polarization state are obtained.     

稠密V型介质中双色飞秒脉冲及频谱演化的RCEP调制

利用不含慢变振幅近似和旋波近似的全波Maxwell-Bloch方程组的数值解,研究单光子共振和失谐两种条件下,相对载波包络相位(RCEP)对在稠密V型三能级原子介质中传播的双色sech型飞秒超短脉冲及频谱演化的影响.结果表明,RCEP对双色脉冲的传播形式及频谱特性的调制在失谐情况比在单光子共振情况显著,在失谐条件下调节RCEP可获得比单光子共振条件下大得多的频谱展宽,出现了最高频率达到入射脉冲中心频率18倍的超连续谱.     

基于多块对接网格的隐式气体运动论统一算法应用研究

基于玻尔兹曼模型方程的气体运动论统一算法(gas kinetic unified algorithm,GKUA) 给出了一种能模拟从连续流到自由分子流跨流域空气动力学问题的途径. 该算法采用传统计算流体力学技术将分子运动和碰撞解耦处理,若采用显式格式将受格式稳定条件限制,在模拟超声速流动尤其是近连续流和连续流区的流动时计算效率较低. 为了提高计算效率,扩展其工程实用性,采用上下对称高斯-赛德尔(LU-SGS) 方法和有限体积法构造了求解玻尔兹曼模型方程的隐式方法,同时在物理空间采用能处理任意连接关系的多块对接网格技术. 通过模拟近连续过渡区并排圆柱绕流问题,计算结果与直接模拟蒙特卡洛方法模拟值吻合较好,验证了该方法用于跨流域空气动力计算的可靠性与可行性.      

碳点对鲁米诺电化学发光体系抑制作用的研究及其在DNA分析中的应用

发现碳点对鲁米诺电化学发光体系有明显的抑制作用, 并且由于碳点对单双链DNA的吸附性差异, 与单双链结合的碳点对鲁米诺电化学发光体系的抑制程度不同, 基于此实现了对DNA的快速、简便、灵敏的检测. 考察了碳点粒径、浓度对鲁米诺电化学发光体系的抑制行为的影响. 优化了溶液pH值, 鲁米诺浓度等电化学发光条件. 在优化的最佳实验条件下, 该方法检测DNA的线性范围为1.0×10^-10～7.5×10^-9 mol/L, 检出限为5.2×10^-11 mol/L.     

气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱法测定聚氯乙烯塑料中的短链氯化石蜡

建立了用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料中短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)含量测定的气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱法。采用超声萃取法对PVC塑料中的SCCPs进行萃取,萃取时间为1.5 h;然后用浓硫酸法对萃取溶液进行净化处理;最后用气相色谱-质谱法在负化学电离模式、离子源温度为160 ℃、甲烷反应气流速为1.5 mL/min等条件下对样品中的SCCPs进行定性定量分析。该方法不受样品中中链氯化石蜡(MCCPs)的干扰,可对样品中的SCCPs进行准确的定量分析。分析的12批次样品均检出SCCPs,含量在0.3×10²~3.5×10⁴mg/kg范围内。依据欧盟对SCCP的限值(1%)要求,4批次样品不符合法规要求,不符合率为33.3%。可见,PVC塑料具有较高的SCCPs污染风险。     

利用点击化学制备有机硅材料及应用

有机硅材料因其特殊结构和性能已成为材料科学研究领域的热点之一,点击化学以其反应条件温和、高效、易于进行且无副产物和高产率等优点受到化学家的广泛关注.本文综述了近年来点击化学在有机硅材料合成中的研究成果,重点介绍了利用点击化学对有机硅化合物的功能化,有机硅两亲性聚合物及有机硅弹性体的合成及在生物医学和光电材料等方面的应用,并对点击化学在新型材料领域中的应用及其发展方向进行了展望.     

Design and Synthesis of 3-Triazolo-coumarins and Their Applications in Scavenging Radicals and Protecting DNA

In this study, we synthesized a series of 3-triazolo-coumarins and evaluated their antioxidant activities respectively by two methods: trapping 2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate) cationic radical(ABTS^+·) and oxidation of DNA which was induced by Cu²⁺/glutathione(GSH), ·OH and 2,2'-azobis(2-amidinopropane hydrochloride)(AAPH). Among the nine 3-triazolo-coumarins, compounds 6c and 6f―6i were synthesized for the first time, which exhibited the capability of terminating radical propagation-chains in oxidation of DNA induced by AAPH. In this study, we found that phenethylamine moiety, hydroxyl and ortho-methoxy are the key groups to enhance the antioxidant activities of compounds.     

Complexity of triopoly price game in Chinese cold rolled steel market

This paper considers a Bertrand model based on nonlinear demand functions which are closer to reality and different from previous studies. We apply the model into Chinese cold rolled steel market and study game process of triopoly. By using the theory of bifurcations of dynamical systems, local stable region of Nash equilibrium point is obtained. Simulations show complex dynamical behaviors of the system. The results illustrate that altering the relevant parameters of system can affect the stability of Nash equilibrium point and cause chaos to occur, and the complex dynamical behaviors will disappear by parameters control method. The results have an important theoretical and practical significance to Chinese cold rolled steel market.
