Transition metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions have been established as one of the most powerful tools for the construction of C-C and C-X bonds. In this context, the development of novel metal-catalyzed cross-coupling processes that do not require stoichiometric organometallic reagents is particularly attractive. Recently, N-tosylhydrazones have emerged as a new type of versatile coupling partners for transition metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions as well as metal-free cross-coupling reactions, and have attracted increasing attention. Alkaline pectin lyase (PNL) shows potential as a biological control agent against several plant diseases. We isolated and characterized a new Bacillus clausii strain that can produce 4,180?U/g of PNL using sugar beet pulp as a carbon source and inducer. The PNL was purified to apparent homogeneity using ultrafiltration, ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow, and Sephadex G-75 gel filtration. The purified PNL was found to be a monomeric protein with a molecular weight of 35?kDa, as determined by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). It demonstrated optimal activity with K m of 0.87?mg/ml at pH?10.0 and 60?°C. The enzyme is stable in the pH range of 8.0?C10.0 and temperature ??40?°C. Ca2+ was found to stimulate the enzymatic activity of the PNL by up to 410?%. Mass spectrometric results gave 38?% match coverage with pectate lyase from B. clausii KSM-K16 (gi|56961845). The PNL was found to elicit disease resistance in cucumber seedlings, suggesting that it may have applications in biocontrol and sustainable agriculture. 相似文献

The electrochemical and electrogenerated chemiluminescence of Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) immobilized in [clay/Ru(bpy)(3)(2+)](n) multilayer films by layer-by-layer assembly were investigated. The stable multilayer films of clay and Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) were assembled by alternate adsorption of negatively charged clay platelets and positively charged Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) from their aqueous dispersions. UV-vis spectroscopy, quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), cyclic voltammetry, and electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) were used to monitor the immobilization of Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) and the regular growth of the [clay/Ru(bpy)(3)(2+)](n) multilayer films. The multilayer films modified electrode was used for the ECL detection of tripropylamine (TPA) and oxalate. The proposed novel immobilized method exhibited good stability, reproducibility and high sensitivity for the determination of TPA and oxalate, which mainly resulted from the contributing of clay nanoparticles with appreciable surface area, special structural features and unusual intercalation properties. Detection limits were 20 and 100 nM for TPA and oxalate, respectively and the linear concentration range extended from 60 nM to 0.66 mM for TPA. 相似文献

A novel glucose biosensor is presented as that based on a glassy carbon electrode modified with hollow gold nanoparticles (HGNs) and glucose oxidase. The sensor exhibits a better differential pulse voltammetric response towards glucose than the one based on conventional gold nanoparticles of the same size. This is attributed to the good biological conductivity and biocompatibility of HGNs. Under the optimal conditions, the sensor displays a linear range from 2.0?×?10?6 to 4.6?×?10?5?M of glucose, with a detection limit of 1.6?×?10?6?M (S/N?=?3). Good reproducibility, stability and no interference make this biosensor applicable to the determination of glucose in samples such as sports drinks. Figure

通过冷冻干燥技术,将不同量的氧化石墨烯与海藻酸钠和壳聚糖复合,构建复合支架材料.研究了不同的氧化石墨烯含量(质量分数0, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 1%)对支架材料微观结构、孔隙率、溶胀比、体外降解性能、机械性能及生物相容性的影响,以确定复合支架中最佳氧化石墨烯含量.研究结果表明,复合材料呈固态海绵状结构,具有一定的形态可塑性;扫描电子显微镜观察发现,各组支架均为三维网状结构,随着氧化石墨烯含量的增加,孔隙尺寸逐渐降低,孔壁厚度增加,孔隙尺寸在140~240μm之间;随氧化石墨烯含量的增加,复合支架溶胀比和体外降解速率逐渐降低,而机械强度明显增强;体外细胞毒性显示,当氧化石墨烯质量分数为0.3%时,细胞存活率最高,而当氧化石墨烯含量增高时,细胞活性会被明显抑制,造成细胞死亡.因此,氧化石墨烯在复合支架中最佳含量为0.3%. 相似文献

Interpenetration in metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) is an intriguing phenomenon with significant impacts on their properties, and functional applications. Herein, we show that a 7-fold interpenetrated MOF ( 1 ) is transformed into an 8-fold interpenetrated MOF by the loss of DMF in a single-crystal-to-single-crystal manner. This is accompanied by a giant enhancement of the second harmonic generation (SHG ca. 125 times) and two-photon photoluminescence (ca. 14 times). The strengthened π–π interaction between the individual diamondoid networks and intensified oscillator strength of the molecules aid the augment of dipole moments and boost the nonlinear optical conversion efficiency. Large positive and negative thermal expansions of 1 occur at 30–150 °C before the loss of DMF. These results offer an avenue to manipulate the NLO properties of MOFs using interpenetration and provide access to tunable single-crystal NLO devices. 相似文献

运用化学分析、场发射扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪及AMICS自动矿物分析系统等分析方法对白云鄂博中深部矿石弱磁尾矿中稀土的赋存状态进行研究,研究结果表明:中深部弱磁尾矿中稀土品位为9.66%,稀土矿物主要是氟碳铈矿和独居石,且二者的比例随着开采深度的增加由原来的7∶3~6∶4逐渐变化为3∶1,氟碳铈矿的比例明显增大。元素含量种类较多,矿物的组成非常复杂,嵌布粒度很细,稀土矿物在38μm粒度以下累积量超过了90%。稀土矿物主要是与铁矿物、萤石连生,解离度较高,利于稀土矿物分选。氟碳铈矿和独居石主要以单体存在,呈微细粒状、断续或者连续条带状分布于石英、闪石、铁矿物、萤石、磷灰石、霓石、方解石中。此研究结果对白云鄂博矿中深部弱磁尾矿中稀土的高效综合利用具有重要的指导意义。 相似文献

In this paper, synthesis of 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PDO) through coupling of hydroesterification-hydrogenation from ethylene oxide (EO) catalyzed by 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cobalt tetracarbonyl [Bmim][Co(CO)4] functional ionic liquid which was prepared by metathesis reaction between [Bmim]Cl and KCo(CO)4 has been studied. The structure of [Bmim][Co(CO)4] was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. Using [Bmim][Co(CO)4] as catalyst and [Bmim]PF6 as solvent, 1,3-PDO was prepared for the first time by coupling of hydroesterifaction of EO and hydrogenation of methyl 3-hydroxypropionate (3-HPM). The yield of 3-HPM can reach 90.8%, while the yield of 1,3-PDO up to 82.9%. The catalyst can be separated from the product mixture by extraction with deionized water and recycled several times without significant loss of catalytic efficiency. A possible reaction mechanism has also been proposed. 相似文献
