A novel fiber-optic in-fiber integrated Michelson interferometer has been proposed and demonstrated. It consists of a segment of two-core fiber with a mirrored fiber end. The sensing characteristics based on the two-core fiber bending, corresponding to the shift of the phase of the two-core in-fiber integrated Michelson interferometer, are investigated.  相似文献

A novel cleavable amphiphilic peptide (CAP) was designed to be specifically responsive to fibroblast activation protein‐α (FAP‐α), a protease specifically expressed on the surface of cancer‐associated fibroblasts. The CAP self‐assembled into fiber‐like nanostructures in solution, while the presence of hydrophobic chemotherapeutic drugs readily transformed the assemblies into drug‐loaded spherical nanoparticles. The disassembly of these nanoparticles (CAP‐NPs) upon FAP‐α cleavage resulted in rapid and efficient release of the encapsulated drugs specifically at tumor sites. This Transformers‐like drug delivery strategy could allow them to disrupt the stromal barrier and enhance local drug accumulation. Therapeutic results suggested that drug‐loaded CAP‐NPs hold promising tumor specificity and therapeutic efficacy for various solid tumor models, confirming its potential utility and versatility in antitumor therapy.  相似文献

Click triazole-based oligopeptides 1-3 were found to self-dimerize (K(dim) ≈ 10-680 M(-1)) in a head-to-tail fashion based on (1)H variable concentration, 2D, and H/D exchange NMR, VPO, CD, FT-IR studies and Gaussian 03 simulations. The dimerization constant K(dim) was shown to increase with increasing number of the amino acid units. Within the same oligomeric series, the K(dim) value is strongly affected by the size of the C-terminal end group. The tripeptides 2 are also excellent organogelators of aromatic solvents.  相似文献

In this paper, an analytical method is proposed for solving the free vibration of cracked functionally graded material (FGM) beams with axial loading, rotary inertia and shear deformation. The governing differential equations of motion for an FGM beam are established and the corresponding solutions are found first. The discontinuity of rotation caused by the cracks is simulated by means of the rotational spring model. Based on the transfer matrix method, then the recurrence formula is developed to get the eigenvalue equations of free vibration of FGM beams. The main advantage of the proposed method is that the eigenvalue equation for vibrating beams with an arbitrary number of cracks can be conveniently determined from a third-order determinant. Due to the decrease in the determinant order as compared with previous methods, the developed method is simpler and more convenient to analytically solve the free vibration problem of cracked FGM beams. Moreover, free vibration analyses of the Euler–Bernoulli and Timoshenko beams with any number of cracks can be conducted using the unified procedure based on the developed method. These advantages of the proposed procedure would be more remarkable as the increase of the number of cracks. A comprehensive analysis is conducted to investigate the influences of the location and total number of cracks, material properties, axial load, inertia and end supports on the natural frequencies and vibration mode shapes of FGM beams. The present work may be useful for the design and control of damaged structures.  相似文献

The success of damage detection heavily depends on the quality of damage features, such as mode shapes and power mode shapes, etc. However, these features are usually difficult and inconvenient to be accurately obtained in practice. To solve this problem, this paper develops a simple method to approximately extract structural mode shape squares from the acceleration of a passing tapping “vehicle”, which serves as a “message carrier” of the dynamic properties of the structure. Based on the approximately obtained mode shape square, a new damage index is proposed to improve the sensitivity to damage. Numerical simulations and simple experiments demonstrate the validity of the proposed method. Compared with traditional methods, it is easier to be implemented and more accurate in noisy environment, because it requires neither pre-installing many sensors on the structure, nor solving eigenvector or singular value problems and uses only the information of point impedance. In addition, the density of measurement points can be flexibly adjusted since the tapping vehicle scans the structure continuously.  相似文献

针对一种新型的光凋制器--光栅光调制器,研究用LED作为其照明光源时对光学调制特性的影响.以部分相干光理论为依据,结合MATLAB仿真,推导出用LED照明光栅光调制器时,光源带宽对成像对比度具有较大的影响,通过滤色片将光源带宽减小到13 nm时,像面上的对比度约为150,进一步减小带宽至10 nm,对比度将达到225.光源的尺寸在与光源到光栅光调制器之间的距离相比小于0.03时,对光栅光调制器的光学信息处理不会有影响,并通过实验加以证实,从而说明采用LED作为光栅光调制器照明光源的可行性.  相似文献

以超细橡胶粒子与有机磷酸盐成核剂复配的方法制备了一种新型复合成核剂,通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)比较了复合成核剂改性PP以及有机磷酸盐成核剂改性PP的结晶温度、等温结晶行为及等温结晶动力学;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的能谱附件和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了复合成核剂的微观形态及其在PP中的分散情况.研究结果表明,复合成核剂中超细橡胶粒子作为载体使有机磷酸盐成核剂附着在其表面,提高了成核剂在聚丙烯中的分散性,因而提高了成核剂的成核效率,当成核剂用量较小时,即可明显提高PP的结晶速率和力学性能.  相似文献

A multi-focus optical fiber lens is numerically demonstrated based on an all-dielectric metasurface structure. The metasurface consists of an array of rectangular silicon resonators with varying widths in order to obtain the required phase distribution. The core diameter of the multimode fiber is large enough to contain sufficient resonance units. The spatial distribution of the dielectric resonators is dictated by spatial multiplexing, including interleaving meta-atoms and lens aperture division, to achieve multi-focus properties. The proposed optical fiber metalens can produce two or three focal points along the longitudinal direction with high focusing efficiency. The size of every focal point is close to the diffraction limit, and the relative intensity on each focus can be controlled by adjusting the number of the respective resonators. The proposed optical fiber lens will have a great potential in the fields of integrated optics and multifunctional micro/nano devices.  相似文献

TPE-TCF, a simple TPE-derivative with red-emission was used to detect cyanide in the condition of single dispersion as well as under aggregate state. It could be found that TPE-TCF exhibited excellent fluorescent response to cyanide in both situations, and the mechanism was supposed to be the reaction between cyanide and the double bond in TPE-TCF as well as the aggregation induced emission property of the reacted TPE-TCF molecules. What's more, TPE-TCF could distinguish cyanide with other species, such as common anions and biotiol well, which indicated it as a potential indicator for cyanide with good selectivity and specificity.  相似文献
