Ambient temperature produces great effects on battery state-of-charge (SOC) estimation, due to the unstable estimation algorithm, the weakened traceability of battery model, and variable model parameters at various temperatures, especially lower temperatures. The widely used method based on the equivalent circuit model (ECM) offline in using different algorithm, like current integral, the extended Kalman filter (EKF), or the unscented Kalman filter (UKF), can obtain an accurate SOC estimation at room temperature, but it is difficult to guarantee the high precision at lower temperatures. To address this problem, the battery model is investigated at different temperature, and an offset item is proposed to develop the observer equation in the estimated model. Then, the square root of the Sigma points Kalman filter (SR-UKF) is applied, and on the basis of the individual model parameter-temperature table and the developed model, the high accuracy of SOC estimation is achieved. Additionally, considering the burden of original parameter modification (all model parameters modified) at various temperature which will increase the product cost and computational complexity of the battery management system (BMS), the relationship between individual model parameter and the error of SOC estimation is built, which is helpful for the simplification of parameter modification. The results indicate that the proposed method based on the developed estimated model and the simplified parameter modification can achieve an accurate, stable, and efficient SOC estimation.  相似文献

It can effectively influence the rate of reaction through hydrogen bonding interaction with enammonium (N‐protonated enamine intermediate). 采用国际开源程序包Geant4,构建高能质子束轰击加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)散裂靶的物理模型,模拟计算质子轰击液态金属铅、铅-铋合金和汞靶的泄漏中子谱分布,以及计算不同能量质子对应的铅靶泄漏中子产额和轴向积分分布,获得1 Ge V质子对应的铅圆柱靶优化参数,考虑入射质子的利用率和整个堆芯的体积质量,优化靶半径范围为16~24 cm,靶高为100 cm,相关研究结果可为(ADS)散裂靶的物理和工程设计提供理论依据。  相似文献

We demonstrate a high power high beam quality diode-pumped 1 112-nm Nd:YAG master-oscillator power-amplifier (MOPA) laser system. To increase the extraction efficiency and output power, a four-pass amplifier scheme is employed. Finally, the injected laser output power is amplified from 26 to 64 W with beam quality factor M2=2.85. Furthermore, a theoretical model that takes the temporal overlap inversion number dynamics into account is employed to analyze the performance of the MOPA laser system, and a good agreement with the experimental data is obtained.  相似文献

Selective enrichment of glycopeptides prior to the mass spectrometry (MS) analysis is essential due to ion suppression effect during ionization caused by the co-presence of non-glycosylated peptides. Among the enrichment approaches, hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) based on magnetic separation has become a popular method in recent years. As the conventional synthesis procedures of these materials are tedious and time-consuming with at least four steps. Herein, magnetic colloidal nanocrystal clusters coated with chitosan (Fe3O4@CS MCNCs) have been successfully prepared by a simple one-pot method. The resulting Fe3O4@CS MCNCs demonstrated an excellent ability for glycopeptide enrichment with high selectivity, low detection limit and high binding capacity. Furthermore, in the analysis of real complicated biological sample, 283 unique N-glycosylation sites corresponding to 175 glycosylated proteins were identified in three replicate analyses of 45 μg protein sample extracted from HeLa cells, indicating the great potential in detection and identification of low abundant glycopeptides in glycoproteome analysis.  相似文献

Unexpected products are often found in the synthesis of sulfur-containing glycosides where the sulfur-containing group is acquired through substitution of a leaving group by a thioacetate reagent. Thus low yields have to be born. The reason has been disclosed to originate from the basicity and nucleophilicity of sulfur atom leading to a thioacetyl group migration in this study. The migration may occur through a five or six-membered ring tetrahedral intermediate, followed by cleavage of CS bond of this intermediate to form a sulfhydryl anion and subsequently another acetyl group migration from the thioacetate reagent to the sulfhydryl anion, leading to an unexpected product with an acetylated neighboring hydroxyl group. The occurrence of the migration may depend on the concentration of thioacetate reagent and the steric and stereoelectronic effects of the substrate itself. Based on these results, the yields for synthesis of sulfur-containing glycosides can be highly improved.  相似文献
