Standard enthalpy of formation of 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid

The energy of combustion of crystalline 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid in oxygen at T=298.15 K was determined to be -4795.9±1.3 kJ mol^-1 using combustion calorimetry. The derived standard molar enthalpies of formation of 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid in crystalline and gaseous states at T=298.15 K, Δ_fH_m ^Θ (cr) and Δ_fH_m ^Θ (g), were -852.9±1.9 and -721.7±2.0 kJ mol^-1, respectively. The reliability of the results obtained was commented upon and compared with literature values. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Investigation of CO and formaldehyde oxidation over mesoporous Ag/Co₃O₄ catalysts

CO and formaldehyde(HCHO)oxidation reactions were investigated over mesoporous Ag/Co3O4 catalysts prepared by one-pot(OP)and impregnation(IM)methods.It was found that the one-pot method was superior to the impregnation method for synthesizing Ag/Co3O4 catalysts with high activity for both reactions.It was also found that the catalytic behavior of mesoporous Co3O4 and Ag/Co3O4 catalysts for the both reactions was different.And the addition of silver on mesoporous Co3O4 did not always enhance the catalytic activity of final catalyst for CO oxidation at room temperature(20 C),but could significantly improve the catalytic activity of final catalyst for HCHO oxidation at low temperature(90 C).The high surface area,uniform pore structure and the pretty good dispersion degree of the silver particle should be responsible for the excellent low-temperature CO oxidation activity.However,for HCHO oxidation,the addition of silver played an important role in the activity enhancement.And the silver particle size and the reducibility of Co3O4 should be indispensable for the high activity of HCHO oxidation at low temperature.     

反相高效液相色谱法测定嘌呤、嘧啶类化合物

用反相高效液相色谱法同时分离和测定了胞嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶、腺嘌呤、茶碱和咖啡因等５种结构相似的生物碱基。方法简便、快速,用于茶样中咖啡因的测定,标准加入回收率在９５．６９％～１０４．２０％之间。     

铝镓取代的钨硅杂多配合物位置异构体的合成表征及催化性能

合成了通式为Ｋ５－ｎＨｎ［α－，βｉ－ＳｉＷ１１Ｍ（Ｈ２Ｏ）Ｏ３９］·ｘＨ２Ｏ（Ｍ＝Ａｌ，Ｇａ，βｉ＝β１，β２，β３）的八种异构体。通过元素分析、红外光谱和紫外光谱、极谱和循环伏安、２７Ａｌ和１８３Ｗ核磁共振、Ｘ光电子能谱等方法进行了表征。所合成的各异构体在催化以Ｈ２Ｏ２为氧化剂的顺丁烯二酸环氧化反应中，β３异构体具有最高的催化活性     

Functionalization of nanodiamond with epoxy monomer

A novel nanodiamond-epoxy derivative(ND-EP) was synthesized by grafting epoxy monomers onto the surface of nanodiamond(ND),and characterized by FTIR and TGA.The ratio of grafted epoxy groups was determined to be 32.5 wt% by TGA.The developed methodology provides an efficient method for the functionalization of nanodiamond material,which enables a variety of advanced engineering and biomedical applications of ND.     

新型2-氨基-呋喃并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4(3H)-酮衍生物的合成及抗肿瘤活性

报道应用aza-Wittig反应,采用易得的原料,在温和的条件下,以78%～90%的产率有效的合成了新型2-氨基-呋喃并[3,2-d]嘧啶-4(3H)-酮衍生物5,其结构经IR,1H NMR,MS和元素分析确认.为进一步得到结构确认,化合物5c经X射线衍射分析证实.运用噻唑蓝(MTT)标准法对化合物5进行了体外抗肿瘤活性的测定,其中5f对肺癌细胞A459的IC50值为18.4μmol/L,显示出潜在良好的抗肿瘤活性.     

原子团簇P10模型的理论计算

用分子图形学方法设计出26种P10模型,并对其进行了分子力学、PM3半经验量子化学和Hartree-Fock从头算优化。在P10原子团簇模型设计中,磷原子采用一、二、三或四配位。大部分P10的模型是在P9+和P8的模型上分别增加1、2个原子生成的。这些模型包括15种在势能面上局域极小点和11种鞍点（或过渡态）。从模型优化后的能量比较可知,2个四面体P4与1个P2通过4个单键连接的桥式结构最稳定。从最稳定楔状P8可以派生多种构型,其中有一种的能量也相当低。由正四面体P4和楔状P8派生出的结构具有能量优势,它们是构造大分子磷原子团簇的重要的结构基元。在模型几何优化中,得到了带有2个一配位原子的特殊结构,它含有2个三键（1.95A）。     

明胶固定辣根过氧化物酶制备H_2O_2传感器

用明胶将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)固定于多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)和茜素红(AR)修饰的玻碳(GC)电极上,制成HRP生物传感器(HRP/AR/MWNT/GC),然后在3%戊二醛(GA)中进行交联改性,以克服明胶膜易溶胀的缺点,并提高膜的稳定性.同时详细探讨了该传感器对H2O2的响应性能,并优化了实验条件.结果表明,该传感器对H2O2的线性响应范围为5.0×10-6～1.0×10-3mol/L,线性相关系数为0.9932,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L,且放于4℃环境30d后,峰电流值约为原来的72.1%.该传感器响应快速,灵敏度高,且具有良好的重现性、稳定性及较长的使用寿命,具有潜在的应用价值.
