Determination of calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside in rat plasma and urine by HPLC

A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) assay for calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside in rat plasma and urine with solid-phase extraction (SPE) was developed. Rutin was employed as an internal standard. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (16:84, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Detection was set at 280 nm. The limit of quantitation of calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside was 0.2 microg/mL in both plasma and urine. The standard curve was linear from 0.2 to 10.0 microg/mL in plasma, and 0.2 to 5.0 microg/mL in urine. Both intra- and inter-day precision of the calycosin-7-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside were determined and their RSD did not exceed 10%. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of samples obtained from a basic pharmacokinetic study, in which calycosin-7-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside was administered orally to rats.     

Simulation of electron cyclotron current drive and electron cyclotron resonant heating for the HL-2A tokamak＊

A quasi-linear formalism is developed for relativistic particles. It is self-consistent including spatial diffusion. An attempt is made to simulate the process of electron cyclotron resonant heating （ECRH） and electron cyclotron current drive （ECCD） for the HL-2A tokamak. Temperature oscillating regimes in Tore Supra diagnosed by MHD activity seem to be reproduced in the simulation. The special feature in this paper is to see the resonance in the long time scale for relativistic plasma.

Prediction of paddy soil normal adhesion to steel surfaces by fuzzy logic

Numerous data concerning paddy soil composition, water content and soil-steel normal adhesion were collected in South China during 1974-1983. The fuzzy logic relation of adhesion with clay content and water content was derived, by which paddy soil adhesion to steel surfaces was predicted if soil composition and water content were known.     

具有垂直孔道的壳聚糖乳酸盐海绵的制备及体外释药模型的拟合分析

先将壳聚糖(CH)经乳酸改性制成壳聚糖乳酸盐(LCH)以改善其溶解性, 然后通过加入冰晶生长引导剂叔丁醇(TBA), 在特制的定向冷冻装置中冻结, 再经冷冻干燥后, 制成了一种圆柱形的海绵体, 其内部具有垂直方向上的孔道结构. 通过控制叔丁醇的浓度, 制备了具有不同孔径及孔隙率的海绵样品. 以红霉素为模型药物, 研究了具有自身降解溶蚀功能的LCH样品的体外释药模型, 结果表明, LCH样品的释药过程主要分为基体溶蚀控释和药物后扩散2个阶段. 其中基体控释阶段符合Couarraze释药模型.

Total syntheses of chelidonine and norchelidonine featuring an enamide-benzyne-[2 + 2] cycloaddition initiated cascade is described. The cascade includes a pericyclic ring-opening and intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction.     

食品中硒含量的测量不确定度评定

根据原子荧光光谱法测定食品中硒的含量,分析了测量不确定度的主要来源,即校准曲线不确定度、样品预处理不确定度、测量重复性不确定度.计算得到食品中硒的测定结果的合成标准不确定度为0.15μg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.3μg/kg.     

Correlation dimension of paddy soil strength in China

Embedding phase space R^m is reconstructed from the spatial series g(x) of cone indices measured in two paddy fields near Nanjing, China. The correlation dimension D₂^m for each field is derived from the correlation integral C^m(r) and the neighbours distance r in log–log scale. Results show D₂^m increases as m, and tends to 5.0, which expresses the estimate of correlation dimension for each soil strength profile measured.     

Heat-fixation method used in an atomic force microscopy study of cell morphology

In order to overcome the difficulties with existing methods for sample immobilization in imaging Halobacterium salinarum (H. salinarum) living in a highly salty medium by atomic force microscopy (AFM), a heat-fixation method was, for the first time, used to overcome existing problems in preparing samples for AFM. The effect on the cell morphology of the heat-fixation method was studied by MAC mode AFM, and was compared with the drop-and-dry and the polylysine-adhesion methods. It was found that the heat-fixation method can be successfully used for preparing Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria samples for AFM studies. Using this method, high-resolution AFM images of H. salinarum were obtained. Round protrusions on the cell surface and horn-like protrusions only at one pole of H. salinarum were observed.
