We address the impact of imprinted fading optical lattices on the beam evolution of solitons in strongly nonlocal nonlinear media. The results show that the width of the soliton experiences a change with the increasing propagation distance, the critical power for the soliton varies with the lattice fading away, and the soliton breathing is affected by the initial lattice depth and the nonlocality degree.  相似文献

This paper proposes a scheme for realizing entanglement swapping in cavity QED. The scheme is based on the resonant interaction of a two-mode cavity field with a ∧-type three-level atom. In contrast with the previously proposed schemes, the present scheme is ascendant, since the fidelity is 1.0 and the joint measurement isn't needed. And the scheme is experimentally feasible based on the current cavity QED technique.  相似文献

Chiral materials with circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) are potentially applicable for 3D displays. In this study, by decorating the pyridinyl-helicene ligands with -CF3 and -F groups, the platinahelicene enantiomers featured superior configurational stability, as well as high sublimation yield (>90 %) and clear CPPL properties, with dissymmetry factors (|gPL|) of approximately 3.7×10−3 in solution and about 4.1×10−3 in doped film. The evaporated circularly polarized phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (CP-PhOLEDs) with two enantiomers as emitters exhibited symmetric CPEL signals with |gEL| of (1.1–1.6)×10−3 and decent device performances, achieving a maximum brightness of 11 590 cd m−2, a maximum external quantum efficiency up to 18.81 %, which are the highest values among the reported devices based on chiral phosphorescent PtII complexes. To suppress the effect of reverse CPEL signal from the cathode reflection, the further implementation of semitransparent aluminum/silver cathode successfully boosts up the |gEL| by over three times to 5.1×10−3.  相似文献

研究了Eu2+激活的绿色发光材料Ca3SiO5的制备条件和发光性质. Eu2+中心形成主峰值为501 nm和次峰值为570 nm的特征宽带,两峰值叠加形成发射峰值为502 nm的绿色发射光谱带. 利用这些光谱结果和Van Uitert 经验公式,确认Ca3SiO5:Eu2+中存在两种性质有差异的Eu2+发光中心,它们分别占据基质中八配位的Ca2+(Ⅰ)格位和四配位的Ca2+(Ⅱ)格位. 其激发光谱分布在250-450 nm的波长范围,峰值位于375 nm处,可以被InGaN管芯产生的350-410 nm辐射有效激发.  相似文献

首先利用全隐格式的非稳态压力修正求解方法;计算对旋风扇级间流场非定常流动情况,并与实验结果进行了有益的对比;在动态实验研究中则通过单斜丝热线风速仪对对旋风扇级间速度场进行了详细分析,并揭示其级间非定常效应的独特规律:下游转子的非定常位势流作用在对旋级间流场的周期性非定常影响中占主导地位,级间径向速度的大小则主要与前级转子叶尖区和叶根区的二次流动旋涡强度有关.上述结果表明:对旋风扇/压气机的非定常效应对其性能有很大影响,如果很好地组织对旋叶轮的非定常流动气动布局,可进一步提高增压系统的压比、效率和稳定工作范围。  相似文献

Methyl parathion hydrolase (MPH) is an enzyme that catalyzes the degradation of methyl parathion, generating a yellow product with specific absorption at 405 nm. The application of MPH as a new labeling enzyme was illustrated in this study. The key advantages of using MPH as a labeling enzyme are as follows: (1) unlike alkaline phosphatase (AP), horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and glucose oxidase (GOD), MPH is rarely found in animal cells, and it therefore produces less background noise; (2) its active form in solution is the monomer, with a molecular weight of 37 kDa; (3) its turnover number is 114.70 ± 13.19 s−1, which is sufficiently high to yield a significant signal for sensitive detection; and (4) its 3D structure is known and its C-terminal that is exposed to the surface can be easily subjected to the construction of genetic engineering monocloning antibody–enzyme fusion for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). To demonstrate its utility, MPH was ligated to an single-chain variable fragment (scFv), known as A1E, against a white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) with the insertion of a [–(Gly–Ser)5–] linker peptide. The resulting fusion protein MPH-A1E possessed both the binding specificity of the scFv segment and the catalytic activity of the MPH segment. When MPH-A1E was used as an ELISA reagent, 25 ng purified WSSV was detected; this was similar to the detection sensitivity obtained using A1E scFv and the HRP/Anti-E Tag Conjugate protocol. The fusion protein also recognized the WSSV in 1 μL hemolymph from an infected shrimp and differentiated it from a healthy shrimp. Figure The 3-D structure of MPH. 为了研究铝(Ⅲ)与生命体中重要的有机分子α-酮戊二酸的作用机制,我们采用了电位滴定、核磁共振、拉曼光谱和分子力学计算对酸性溶液中的反应体系的配位作用和互变异构进行了分析, 并采用电喷雾质谱以及固体和溶液核磁共振谱表征了浓溶液反应体系中的沉淀,来说明铝(Ⅲ)对α-酮戊二酸的催化脱羧反应过程。得到如下实验结论:(1)配位作用:铝(Ⅲ)与α-酮戊二酸在酸性溶液中配位形成1∶1[AlLH2+,AlL+,AlLH-1]和1∶2[AlL2]-,AlL2]H-2]3-]的单核形态以及2∶1[Al2]L4+]的双核形态。(2)互变异构:在酸性溶液中Al3+通过配位作用促进α-酮戊二酸烯醇化,生成易于脱羧的β、γ-不饱和酸的结构。(3)催化脱羧:由于铝(Ⅲ)的电子沉降作用,使β、γ-不饱和酸更易脱羧,如果是1∶2的形态,则脱羧生成沉淀。  相似文献

The intramolecularly bridged alkyl cobaltic complexes are one of important coenzyme B12 model coplexes. In this paper, study on the thermolytic reaction of aqua(3-bromopropyl)cobaloximes in solution revealed that a new intramolecularly bridged alkyl cobaloximes complex was formed and the reaction is influenced by tempertature and solvent. Adding cyclodxtrin has no obvious effect to the rate of the reaction, but various products with different axial bases were obtained. The intramolecularly bridged alkyl cobaloxime complex (bromo(O-trimethylene-dimethy- lglyoxime)(dimethylglyoximate)cobalt(Ⅲ)) was characterized by EA and ESI-MS. Thermogravimetric analysis of this complex found that a carbon radical that from homolysis of the Co-C bond is retained in the proximity of Co- complex, which is very similar to the behavior of coenzyme B12.  相似文献

将实验室合成的聚苯乙烯乳胶微球(PS)加入制备方钠石(SOD)沸石的前驱体凝胶中,在45℃条件下制得干凝胶,随后采用“蒸汽相转化”法制备了大块状SOD沸石材料。对影响多级SOD沸石形成因素进行了详细讨论。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N2吸附-脱附和压汞技术等表征手段对制备的材料进行了详细表征。结果表明通过“蒸汽相转化”法制备的大块状SOD沸石由球状多晶聚集体构成,这些球状多晶聚集体又是由粒径为50~100 nm的初级纳米晶粒组成,在初级纳米晶粒上和纳米晶粒之间形成了2~50 nm介孔结构以及由脱除PS微球形成的50~300 nm的大孔结构。  相似文献
