采用射频磁控溅射技术在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)衬底上生长了掺镧钛酸铅(PLT)铁电薄膜.用X射线衍射技术(XRD)研究了PLT薄膜结晶性能,结果表明PLT薄膜为(111)择优取向钙钛矿相织构.使用原子力显微镜(AFM)和压电响应力显微镜(PFM)分别观察了PLT薄膜的表面形貌和对应区域的电畴结构.PFM观察显示PLT薄膜中存在90°纳米带状畴,电畴的极化为首尾相接的低能量的排列方式,带状畴的宽度为20-60nm.研究了PLT10铁电薄膜的制备条件与性能之间的关系.发现在优化条件下制备的PLT10铁电薄膜的介电常数εr为365、介电损耗tgδ为0.02,热释电系数γ为2.18×10-8C·(cm2·K)-1,可以满足制备非制冷红外探测器的需要. 相似文献

以丙醇锆(ZrPr)为锆源,二乙醇胺(DEA)为络合剂,原位引入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP),在乙醇体系中成功地合成了PVP掺杂-ZrO2溶胶.采用旋涂法在K9玻璃基片上制备了PVP-ZrO2单层杂化薄膜.用不同掺杂量的PVP-ZrO2高折射率膜层与相同的SiO2低折射率膜层交替沉积四分之一波堆高反射膜.借助小角X射线散射研究胶体微结构,用红外光谱、原子力显微镜、紫外/可见/近红外透射光谱、椭圆偏振仪以及1064nm的强激光辐照实验对薄膜的结构、光学和抗激光损伤性能进行表征.研究发现,体系组成的适当配置可以在溶胶稳定的前提下实现ZrPr的充分水解,赋予薄膜良好的结构、光学和抗激光损伤性能.杂化体系中,DEA与ZrPr之间强的配合作用大大降低了ZrO2颗粒表面羟基的活性,使得PVP大分子只是以微弱的氢键与颗粒的表面羟基作用而均匀分散于ZrO2颗粒的周围,对颗粒的形成和生长无显著影响.因而在实验研究范围内,随PVP含量的增大,PVP-ZrO2杂化膜层的折射率和激光损伤阈值均无显著变化.但是,薄膜中均匀分布的PVP柔性链可以有效促进膜层应力松弛,显著削弱不同膜层之间的应力不匹配程度、大大方便多层光学薄膜的制备.当高折射率膜层中PVP的质量分数达到15%-20%时,膜层之间良好的应力匹配使得多层高反射膜的沉积周期数可达到10以上.沉积1O个周期的多层反射膜,在中心波长1064nm处透射率约为1.6%-2.1%,接近全反射特征,其激光损伤阈值为16.4-18.2J/cm2(脉冲宽度为1ns). 相似文献

Solid-state 1H, 29Si NMR and 23Na MQMAS NMR spectroscopy combined with X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) technique was used to study the reaction between layered sodium disilicate SKS-6 and calcium chloride solution with different concentrations. Based on the experimental results the calcium ion extracting mechanism of SKS-6 was demonstrated to be via ion replacement, during which calcium ions replace sodium ions and combine with the non-bridging oxygen in SKS-6 for charge compensation, and simultaneously sodium ions leave the interlayer. This ion-replacement process was greatly influenced by the substitution of sodium ions by protons as well as the calcium ions concentration. Increasing calcium ions concentration favors the replacement of sodium ions by calcium ions, but prevents sodium ions from being substituted by protons. 相似文献

随绿色可持续发展观念的深入人心,研究人员致力于寻找天然有机材料应用于功能性电子器件.淀粉以其低廉的价格、丰富的来源和优异的机械性能进入了科研人员的视野.淀粉可由玉米、马铃薯、甘薯和葛根等含淀粉的物质中提取而得,一般不溶于水,在和水加热至一定温度时,则糊化成胶状溶液.本文通过旋涂法将玉米淀粉的胶状溶液旋涂至氧化铟锡玻璃表面,然后在30?C恒温环境中晾干制备成固态胶合状薄膜.以此薄膜作为固态电解质制备了氧化铟锌突触晶体管,并实现了生物神经突触的双脉冲易化、学习记忆能力、高通滤波等可塑性行为的仿真.本研究以玉米淀粉固态胶合薄膜作为电解质大大降低了氧化物薄膜晶体管固态电解质的成本,且该电解质无毒性、来源丰富,将为人工神经网络的开发提供一种可选择的元件. 相似文献

A tantalum pentoxide‐based (Ta2O5‐based) micro‐ring all‐optical modulator was fabricated. The refractive index inside the micro‐ring cavity was modified using the Kerr effect by injecting a pumped pulse. The transmittance of the ring resonator was controlled to achieve all‐optical modulation at the wavelength of the injected probe. When 12 GHz pulses with a peak power of 1.2 W were coupled in the ring cavity, the transmission spectrum of the Ta2O5 resonator was red‐shifted by 0.04 nm because of the Kerr effect. The relationship between the modulation depth and gap of the Ta2O5 directional coupler is discussed. An optimized gap of 1100 nm was obtained, and a maximum buildup factor of 11.7 with 84% modulation depth was achieved. The nonlinear refractive index of Ta2O5 at 1.55 μm was estimated as 3.4 × 10?14 cm2/W based on the Kerr effect, which is almost an order of magnitude higher than that of Si3N4. All results indicate that Ta2O5 has potential for use in nonlinear waveguide applications with modulation speeds as high as tens of GHz.

A novel stable energetic compound (E)‐1,2‐diamino‐1,2‐dinitrodiboron (DANB) was theoretically designed based on the structure of 1,1‐diamino‐2,2‐dinitroethene (FOX‐7). Atomization method in combination with Hess' law was used to predict the heat of formation. The detonation velocity (D) and detonation pressure (P) of DANB were approximatively estimated by using Kamlet–Jacobs equations. As a result, DANB has huge heat of formation (2013.5 kJ/mol) and specific enthalpy of combustion (?26.4 kJ/g). Furthermore, DANB possesses high crystal density (1.85 g/cm3) and heat of detonation (5476.0 cal/g), which lead to surprising detonation performance (D = 10.72 km/s, P = 51.9 GPa) that is greater than those of FOX‐7 (D = 8.63 km/s, P = 34.0 GPa) and CL‐20 (D = 9.62 km/s, P = 44.1 GPa). More importantly, DANB is very stable because its bond dissociation energy of the weakest bond (BDE = 357.8 kJ/mol) is larger than those of the most common explosives, such as FOX‐7 (BDE = 200.4 kJ/mol), CL‐20(BDE = 209.2 kJ/mol), HMX(BDE = 165.7 kJ/mol), and RDX (BDE = 161.4 kJ/mol). A protocol for the quantum secure multi-party summation based on two-particle Bell states is proposed. In this protocol, two-particle Bell states are used as private information carriers. Without using the entangled character of Bell states, we also use Pauli matrices operations to encode information and Hadamard matrix to extract information. The proposed protocol can also resist various attacks and overcomes the problem of information leakage with acceptable efficiency. <正>Multiple charge ions (MCIs) are necessary for increasing the output energy of particles in accelerators. In general, MCI beams are largely produced by electron beam ion source (EBIS) [1], laser ion source (LIS) [2], or high-frequency (mostly 5 GHz) electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) ion source [3]. Among these, only ECR ion source can operate in the continuous wave (CW) mode, while EBIS and LIS only support pulses.
