Ni/Ti multilayers, which can be used for neutron monochromators, are designed, fabricated and measured. Firstly, their reflectivities are simulated based on the Nevot-Croce model. Reflectivities of two Ni/Ti multilayer mirrors with periods d = 10.3 nm (M1) and d = 7.8 nm (M2) are calculated. In the calculation, the reflectivity of the Ni/Ti multilayer is taken as a function of the gazing angle with different roughness factors δ =1.0 nm and = 1.5 nm. Secondly, these two multilayers are fabricated by the direct current magnetron sputtering technology. Thirdly their structures are characterized by small-angle x-ray diffraction. The roughness factors are fitted to be 0.68 nm and 1.16nm for M1 and M2, respectively. Finally their reflective performances are measured on the V14 neutron beam line at the Berlin Neutron Scattering Centre (BENSC), Germany. The experimental data show that the grazing angle of the reflected neutron intensity peak increases, but the reflected neutron intensity decreases, with the decreasing periods of the multilayers.  相似文献

在共面非对称几何条件下,利用双势公式解析计算了电子碰撞电离氢原子的三重微分截面.对快电子采用平面波近似,跃迁矩阵元可以表示成两个因子乘积的形式,即结构散射因子和出射道两电子的关联因子.在计算过程中对关联因子采取了最简单的近似,当入射能量为150 eV和54.4 eV时,计算结果与实验结果的符合说明对于这些入射能量该关联近似是有效的;而对于入射能量为27.2 eV时,计算结果与实验结果的较大差异说明这种关联近似是无效的.  相似文献

综述了被动调Q铒玻璃激光器的发展概况,推导了被动调Q铒玻璃激光器输出脉冲能量、脉宽的解析表达式,数值模拟了腔内损耗与输出脉冲能量、脉宽及峰值功率的关系以及输出脉冲能量与输入抽运能量的关系。设计了一台LaMgAl11O19∶Co2 被动调Q铒玻璃激光器,实验验证了数值模拟分析结果。结果表明,腔内损耗增加将导致输出脉冲能量下降,脉宽变大,从而峰值功率降低。输入能量低于12J时,输出只有单脉冲,当输入能量大于12J时,输出会出现双脉冲。在8J的电输入下,获得了峰值功率50kW,2.7mJ的1.535μm激光输出。最后讨论了提高单脉冲能量的方法。  相似文献

利用基于密度泛函理论平面波赝势法的第一性原理计算,研究了过渡金属化合物OsB2和OsO2的金红石相、黄铁矿相与萤石相三种结构在高压下的状态方程和结构特性以及OsO2可能的高压相变.理论计算结果支持OsB2与OsO2的萤石相是潜在超低可压缩性的硬性材料.同时,也分析了它们的电子结构,力求理解大体变模量和高硬度的微观机制.结果表明,可以利用过渡金属高的价电子浓度,掺入硼、氧、碳、氮等轻的元素形成强的方向键,这可能提供了一种合成超硬材料的新途径.  相似文献

With some reviews on the investigations on the schemes for quantum state transfer based on spin systems, we discuss the quantum dynamics of magnetically-controlled networks for Bloch electrons. The networks are constructed by connecting several tight-binding chains with uniform nearest-neighbor hopping integrals. The external magnetic field and the connecting hopping integrals can be used to control the intrinsic properties of the networks. For several typical networks, rigorous results are shown for some specific values of external magnetic field and the connecting hopping integrals: a complicated network can be reduced into a virtual network, which is a direct sum of some independent chains with uniform nearest-neighbor hopping integrals. These reductions are due to the fermionic statistics and the Aharonov-Bohm effects. In application, we study the quantum dynamics of wave packet motion of Bloch electrons in such networks. For various geometrical configurations, these networks can function as some optical devices, such as beam splitters, switches and interferometers. When the Bloch electrons as Gaussian wave packets input these devices, various quantum coherence phenomena can be observed, e.g., the perfect quantum state transfer without reflection in a Y-shaped beam, the multi-mode entanglers of electron wave by star-shaped network, magnetically controlled switches, and Bloch electron interferometer with the lattice Aharonov-Bohm effects. With these quantum coherent features, the networks are expected to be used as quantum information processors for the fermion system based on the possible engineered solid state systems, such as the array of quantum dots that can be implemented experimentally.   相似文献

In this letter, we investigate the influence of the stress on magnetoelectric (ME) effect in a magnetostrictive-PZT bilayer. ME voltage coefficient α*E = δE / δH, where δE is the induced electric field for an applied alternating current (ac) magnetic field δH, is obtained by solving the stress-related piezoelectric constitutive equation and the conventional magnetostrictive equation with appropriate boundary condition. Based on the free-energy density function of the PZT film in stress state, we get the stress-related piezoelectric charge coefficient p d*31 and dielectric permittivity pε*33. After taking the cobalt ferrite (CFO) as magnetostrictive phase, it is found that α*E increases with decreasing 2-d compressive stress for CFO-PZT, which not only is qualitatively consistent with previous experimental measurements, but also provides a possible route to improve the ME effect.   相似文献

Nb-doped Z-type hexaferrites (Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O41) with composition of Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O41+x Nb2O5 (where x=0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6 and 2.0 wt%) were prepared by a solid-state reaction method. The effects of different sintering temperature (Ts) and Nb2O5 content on the sintering behaviors, phase composing, microstructure, and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated. The results from X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy show that as the amount of Nb2O5 additive increases, the major phase changes to Z-phase, Simultaneously, M-phase and a small amount of niobate phase appear. The Nb2O5 additive promotes the grain growth as reaction center at lower sintering temperature (1220 °C), but at higher temperature (1260 °C), niobate phase separated out in grain boundaries as secondary phase will restrain abnormal grain growth, so closed pores in grains are not formed. The Nb2O5 additive can enhance densification, improve initial permeability of hexaferrites by increasing the grain growth of hexaferrite and the displacement of ions in the sintering process due to the aberration and activation of crystal lattice, which is accompanied by the solubility of Nb5+ in the hexaferrites. A relative density of 96%, maximum initial permeability (32–33), minimum coercivity (454–455 A/m) and resonance frequency above 400 MHz were obtained for the sample with 0.8 wt% Nb2O5 sintered at 1260 °C for 6 h.  相似文献

Zinc oxide based film bulk acoustic resonator as mass sensor was fabricated by multi-target magnetron sputtering under optimized deposition condition. Each layer of the device was well crystallized and highly textural observed by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction measurement. Through piezoelectric test, the device vibrated with significant distance. The influence of top electrode on resonant frequency and the bio-specimen of mass loading effect were investigated. Data show that the device has qualified properties as mass biosensor, with a resonant frequency of 3-4 GHz and a high sensitivity of 8-10 kHz cm2/ng.  相似文献

用共蒸发法在室温下制备了ZnTe及ZnTe:Cu多晶薄膜,测量了电导率温度曲线,发现不掺杂的ZnTe薄膜的暗电导随温度的增加而线形增加,呈常规的半导体材料特征;掺Cu的ZnTe薄膜在温度较低时,lnσ随温度升高而缓慢增加,随后缓慢降低,达到一极小值,当温度继续升高时又陡然增加,呈现异常现象。用XPS研究了N2气氛下退火前后表面状态,发现不掺Cu的ZnTe薄膜呈现富Te现象。掺Cu后Te氧化明显,以ZnTe形式存在的Te明显减少;ZnTe:Cu薄膜中Zn的含量在退火前后变化明显,退火前,Zn主要以ZnTe形式存在,退火后Zn原子向表面扩散,使表面成分更加均匀,谱峰变宽;退火时,部分Cu原子进入晶格形成CuxTe相,引起载流子浓度变化,导致ZnTe:Cu多晶薄膜的电导温度关系异常。  相似文献
