Selective separations by reactive ion exchange : Part III. Preconcentration and separation of oxo anions

A new procedure for simultaneous preconcentration, separation, and determination of permanganate, chromate and vanadate was developed for aqueous solutions containing p.p.b. levels of these anions (and molybdate). The presence of other (non-complexing) ions in p.p.m. concentrations did not interfere. The procedure consisted of reactive adsorption of all three anions as their reduced cations, on iron(II)-treated resin, followed by elution of vanadium(IV) with 0.01 M HNO₃/H₂O₂, manganese(II) with 0.35 M HCl, and chromium(III) with 4M HCl. Concentration factors of 40 were obtained with 1-l “samples” 10 p.p.b. concentrations were determined with standard deviations of 4–5 % by a.a.s. and conventional spectrophotometry.     

Ring-opening Polymerization of e-Caprolactone Using Lanthanide Tris(4-tert-butylphenolate)s as a Single-component Initiator

The ring-opening polymerization of e-caprolactone (CL) initiated by novel single lanthanide tris(4-tert-butylphenolate)s [Ln(OTBP)3] is reported. Single-component La(OTBP)3 can effectively prepare polycaprolactone (PCL) with over 90% yield and viscosity average molecular weight about 60 x 10 under quite mild conditions: molar ratio of CL to initiator is 1000, 60 C, 2 h in toluene. Mechanism study indicates that the monomer inserts into the growing chain via the break of acyl-oxygen bond of CL.     

A New Application of Carbon Nanotubes Constructing Biosensor

Carbon nanotubes used for constructing biosensor was described for the first time. Single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) functionalized with carboxylic acid groups were used to immobilize glucose oxidase forming a glucose biosensor. The biosensor response can be determined by amperometric method at a low applied potential (0.40V).     

新型大位阻取代茂钛,锆化合物的合成及其谱学性质

通过１－环庚烯基锂与６，６－二烷基富烯发生环外双键的加成反应形成的大取代茂锂试剂与ＭＣｌ４（Ｍ＝Ｔｉ，Ｚｒ）反应，合成了１２个含或不含手性碳的大位阻取代茂金属有机化合物，并研究了它们的１ＨＮＭＲ，ＥＩＭＳ和ＩＲ．     

对甲烷氧化偶联W－Mn／SiO＿2催化剂Na＿2WO＿4的流失及其影响的考察

用ＸＲＤ、ＦＴ－ＩＲ、ＥＳＲ、Ｈ２－ＴＰＲ和ＴＰＯ等方法，对Ｎａ２ＷＯ４－Ｍｎ２Ｏ３／ＳｉＯ２催化剂和其经水煮处理的一系列样品进行了表征．实验发现该催化剂中的结晶态Ｎａ２ＷＯ４易于流失，单层分布的Ｎａ２ＷＯ４在苛刻的处理条件下也有可能流失．依此，探讨了上述流失现象与Ｎａ２ＷＯ４－Ｍｎ２Ｏ３／ＳｉＯ２催化剂的催化活性及该催化剂在长时间反应中发生的ＳｉＯ２相变之间的关系，证明了结晶态Ｎａ２ＷＯ４的流失对该催化剂甲烷氧化偶联反应的催化活性只有轻微的影响，单层分布Ｎａ２ＷＯ４的流失可造成催化剂中Ｍｎ从Ｍｎ３＋转变为Ｍｎ２＋，并使催化剂的催化活性明显降低．但在水煮条件下，无论是结晶态的还是单层分布，Ｎａ２ＷＯ４的流失都没有对ＳｉＯ２的α－方石英结构产生影响     

铁钼硫原子簇化合物的合成与结构化学 Ⅵ.[MoFe_3S_4]双类立方烷化合物的循环伏安及穆谱研究

我们曾报道双类立方烷簇合物(Et_4N)_4[Mo_2Fe_7S_8(SR)_(12)](R=Ph,1;R=o-tolyl,2;R=m-tolyl,3;R=p-tolyl,4)的结构,磁性质,及化学反应.氧化还原酶的固氮酶,其活性部位的 Mo 和 S 元素,可以发生丰富的氧化还原反应,研究这类铁钼硫簇合物的氧还性质,对了解电子传递情况是极为有用的.     

Linking cyano-bridged ladders by azide to form a layered metamagnet

Cyano-bridged corrugated ladder-like chains are connected by mu(1,1)-N(3) (end-on, EO) bridges to form a layered coordination polymer, [Mn(N(3))(CH(3)OH)[Cr(phen)(CN)(4)].CH(3)OH (2), which is the first mixed cyano-azide bridged compound, and shows metamagnetism below 21.8 K, a temperature much higher than that (3.4 K) of the crossed double chain [Cr(phen)(CN)(4)](2) [Mn(H(2)O)(2)].4H(2)O (1) based on the same building block [Cr(phen)(CN)(4)](-).     

A New Technique of Synthesizing 10—Hydroxy—5—methyl—5,10—dihydrophenophosphazine 10—Oxide

10-Hydroxy-5-methyl-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide(1)was prepared by a new technique of treating 10-methoxy-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide(2)with an equivalent of NaH in anhydrous DMF,and then at 120℃ for 3-4h,which not only avoided poisonous and expensive methyl iodide used in literature,but made the consumption of NaH greatly decrease as well.The possible reaction mechanism was also described.The chemical structure of 1 was confiremed by IR,NMR,and mass spectroscopy.
