七-O-乙酰基-β-乳糖异硫氰酸酯的合成、表征及电化学研究

本文合成了并培养出了七-O-乙酰基—β—乳糖异硫氰酸酯的单晶，用X射线衍射分析了其晶体结构。结果表明，晶体为正交晶系，P2₁2₁2₁空间群，a＝1．23282(7)，b＝1．80012(10)，c＝1.85230(10) nm，α＝β＝γ＝90°，V＝4．1107(4) nm³，Z＝4。电化学实验观测到单链DNA和双链DNA对该化合物的峰电流均有明显降低作用，表明化合物与DNA发生了静电作用。     

Stereoselective Synthesis of Piperamide Alkaloids by Modified Ramberg-Bcklund Reaction

A convenient and rapid approach for the synthesis of piperamide alkaloids la ~ h by the recently developed one-flask Ramberg-Backlund reaction was described. The synthesis of 1e was reported for the first time.     

Electrochemical reduction and voltammetric determination of metronidazole at a nanomaterial thin film coated glassy carbon electrode

Simple and sensitive electrochemical method for the determination of metronidazole, based on a nanostructured film coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE), is described. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) was dispersed into water in the presence of a hydrophobic surfactant to give very stable and homogeneous MWNT suspension, and a MWNT-film coated GCE was achieved via evaporating solvent. Metronidazole yields a well-defined reduction peak whose potential is −0.71 V at the MWNT-film coated GCE in pH 9.0 Britton-Robinson buffer. Compared with bare GCE, the MWNT-film modified GCE significantly enhances the reduction peak current of metronidazole. All the experimental parameters were optimized for the determination of metronidazole. The detection limit is 6×10⁻⁹ mol/l at 2 min accumulation. This method has been successfully used to determine metronidazole in the drugs. Furthermore, results obtained by the proposed method have been compared with spectrophotometric method.     

Decomposition of Transformer Oil Under Ultrasonic Irradiation During Degassing Process

In the degassing process of transformer oil with ultrasonic waves ,decompostition of the oil was observed.Light hydrocarbons,including methane,ethane,ethylene ,aceylene,propane etc,were found to be released continuously from the oil into headspace within a closed vial placed in an ultrasonic field ,The gases came from decomposition of hydrocarbon molecules under cavitation effect.     

Extraction of Americium(III) and Europium(III) with Two Open-Chain Crown Ethers of Amide Type

The extraction of Am³⁺ and Eu³⁺ from aqueous picric acid solution by N, N-dinaphthyl-N, N-diphenyl-3,6-dioxaoctanediamide (L^I) and 1, 1-(3, 6, 9-trioxaundecanedionyl)diphenothiazine (L^II) was investigated by a radioactive tracer technique. Extraction distribution ratios of Am³⁺ and Eu³⁺ have been measured as a function of pH, picric acid concentration, extractant concentration, diluent and temperature. The extraction of Am³⁺ is preferred to that of Eu³⁺ for both L^I and L^II, and the latter gives larger separation factor than the former. The equilibrium constants and thermodynamic parameters of extraction reactions were also calculated.     

Transient Spectroscopic Properties of [60] Fullerene—Containing Cyclic Sulphoxide

The properties of the triplet excited state of [60] fullerene-containing cyclic sulphoxide have been investigated by time-resolved absorption spectroscopy. Transient absorption bands of [60] fullerene-containing cyclic sulphoxide showed two decay-components, which wrer attributed to triplet excited states of different spin multiplicity. The properties of photoexcited states of [60] fullerene-containing cyclic sulphoxide are also reported.     

喹喔啉—2,3—二甲酰胺与3d过渡金属配合物的合成及性质研究

首次合成了喹喔啉－２，３－二甲酰胺（Ｑｘｄａ）与３ｄ过渡金属的三种固体配合物：Ｍ（Ｑｘｄａ）２ｃｌ２（Ｍ＝Ｃｏ（Ｉ），Ｎｉ（Ｉ），Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）。通过元素分析，摩尔电导，红外光谱，电子光谱，磁化率，热分析等手段对配合物的组成和性质进行了研究。     

新型氮杂2-β萘基苯并噁唑分子设计与光物理性质的研究

为了寻找新的有效光敏材料，设计了一系列新型氮杂2-β萘基苯并恶唑分子，用改进的PPP-SCF-CI方法，对设计分子的第一激发单线态，三线态，振子强度和跃迁矩等光物理性质进行了较为详细的研究，筛选出了一些新型的具有特殊光物理特性的分子，并预测了有可能产生新型氮杂2-β萘基苯并恶唑分子类光敏感功能材料的取代基部位。
