信号传输是随钻测井的重要组成部分, 也是随钻测井进一步发展的瓶颈.针对这个问题, 研究了由NovatekTM提出的基于钻杆内有线传输, 钻杆间电磁耦合传输的随钻信号高速传输方法.首先, 针对钻杆间的电磁耦合结构的对称性, 采用了高效的数值模式匹配法对该耦合结构进行了电磁建模; 然后, 为了优化钻杆间耦合结构的耦合性能, 利用上述的电磁建模方法对该耦合结构进行了仿真分析, 分析了该耦合结构各个参数对耦合性能的影响, 并得出了一些有意义的结论, 该结论能够指导随钻测井信号钻杆间耦合传输的优化设计.另外, 钻杆内传输线利用矩形传输线设计, 设计出了50 Ω 特性阻抗的矩形传输线, 并计算了相关损耗.最后, 通过仿真和实验验证了优化设计的钻杆间耦合传输结构具有非常好的传输性能, 并且仿真和实验结果符合良好. 关键词: 随钻信号传输 数值模式匹配 电磁耦合 矩形传输线  相似文献

以表面带正电荷的m级聚苯乙烯微球为种子,经过甲苯、二乙烯基苯溶胀,聚合与包覆等过程制备了直径约5 m的中空聚合物微球。研究了溶剂类型、溶剂用量对动态溶胀法制备的中空聚合物微球粒径、分布和结构的影响,讨论了中空聚合物微球的形成机理。结果表明:添加一定量甲苯、二甲苯等挥发性溶剂是动态溶胀法形成中空聚合物微球的前提;甲苯用量越多,溶胀后形成的中空结构越明显,孔径越大;选择低溶解性的二甲苯溶剂更有利于中空结构的形成。  相似文献

In the framework of elastic theory, we study the vortex-lattice melting transitions in magnesium diboride for magnetic fields both parallel and perpendicular to the anisotropy axis. Using the parameters from experiments, the vortex-lattice melting lines in the H-T diagram are located systematically by various groups of Lindemann numbers. It is observed that the theoretical result for the vortex melting with parallel and perpendicular fields agrees well with the experimental data. Therefore, it is suggested that the phenomenological elastic theory is universal to various type-II superconductors, including two- and multi-band superconductors.  相似文献

大气模式与气溶胶模型选择是影响定量遥感应用的辐射传输计算的重要因素。人们一般凭感性认识去进行选择,有一定随意性,对其带来的影响程度关注甚少。以太阳辐射计测量为依据,对大气模式与气溶胶模型选择方法作了研究,并利用经辐射定标过的光谱辐射计地面测量对辐射传输计算精度进行了验证。在昆明进行的试验表明,在0.50~0.68μm范围内,选择中纬度冬季大气模式和大陆型气溶胶,经辐射传输计算后得到的光谱辐射亮度与光谱辐射计测量结果一致性很好,差别在3.3%以内;变换大气模式对辐射传输计算产生明显影响,差别达10%左右;选择不同的气溶胶模型对辐射传输计算影响也很大,差别达11%左右。基于辐射计测量的大气模式与气溶胶模型选择避免了主观选择的不可靠性,有益于减少辐射传输计算或卫星遥感大气订正的误差。  相似文献

Recent results of the characterisation of the structure, morphology and orientation of fine-scale, strengthening precipitate phases in selected magnesium alloys using transmission electron microscopy and microdiffraction are reviewed. The strengthening precipitate phases in Mg–Y–Nd alloys, aged to maximum hardness at 250°C, have been found to include two metastable precipitate phases β′ and β1, and the equilibrium precipitate β. The β′ phase has a globular form, a base-centred orthorhombic structure (potential point group of mmm), and an orientation relationship such that (100)β′//(1 10)α, [001]β′//[0001]α. The β1 phase has an f.c.c. structure (space group and an orientation relationship that may be described by (100)β1//[0001]α, and forms as plates parallel to The β phase has an f.c.c. structure (space group ) and also forms as plates on with an orientation relationship with the matrix phase that is identical to that observed for β1 phase. Precipitates in Mg–Al alloys, aged isothermally at 200°C, invariably have the b.c.c. structure of the equilibrium precipitate phase β (Mg17Al12). Three orientation relationships have been observed between β and the matrix phase. Most precipitates have an irrational orientation relationship that approximates to the Burger's relationship, (001)β//(0001)α, and a faceted lath morphology with habit plane parallel to (0001)α. A minor fraction of precipitates posses an orientation relationship that is of the form

Lead sulfide (PbS) is a nanomaterial with excellent optical and chemical properties, such as a narrow bandgap (0.37 eV), high thermal damage threshold, and high stability. Obviously, it is appropriate as a saturable absorber (SA) device for ultrafast photonics. However, PbS nanoparticles (NPs) as the SA of ultrashort harmonic mode-locked pulse still haven't been demonstrated at present. In this paper, the PbS NPs are made into an SA-device-based microfiber by optical deposition method and connected in an integrated Erbium-doped fiber laser. And both characteristics and nonlinear optical properties of PbS NPs have been systemically investigated. A fundamental frequency mode-locked pulsed laser is proposed, whose central wavelength is 1560 nm, and the pulse width is 1 ps. In addition, high repetition rate operations are achieved, with a maximum repetition rate of 833 MHz. This is the first time that PbS NPs are used to generate 96th-order harmonic mode-locking, and the corresponding pulse duration is 987 fs. It is demonstrated that PbS NPs are a kind of SA photonic material with excellent performance. It can improve the communication capacity by applying fiber communication, and it has potential application value even in material processing and optical comb.  相似文献

Supercharged proteins are a new class of functional proteins with exceptional stability and potent ability to deliver bio‐macromolecules into cells. As a proof‐of‐principle, a novel application of supercharged proteins as a versatile biosensing platform for nucleic acid detection and epigenetics analysis is presented. Taking supercharged green fluorescent protein (ScGFP) as the signal reporter, a simple turn‐on homogenous method for DNA detection has been developed based on the polyionic nanoscale complex of ScGFP/DNA and toehold strand displacement. This assay shows high sensitivity and potent ability to detect single‐base mismatch. Furthermore, combined with bisulfite conversion, this ScGFP‐based assay was further applied to analyze site‐specific DNA methylation status of genomic DNA extracted from real human colon carcinoma tissue sample with ultrahigh sensitivity (4 amol methylated DNA).  相似文献

Exosomes hold great potential in therapeutic development. However, native exosomes usually induce insufficient effects in vivo and simply act as drug delivery vehicles. Herein, we synthesize responsive exosome nano‐bioconjugates for cancer therapy. Azide‐modified exosomes derived from M1 macrophages are conjugated with dibenzocyclooctyne‐modified antibodies of CD47 and SIRPα (aCD47 and aSIRPα) through pH‐sensitive linkers. After systemic administration, the nano‐bioconjugates can actively target tumors through the specific recognition between aCD47 and CD47 on the tumor cell surface. In the acidic tumor microenvironment, the benzoic‐imine bonds of the nano‐bioconjugates are cleaved to release aSIRPα and aCD47 that can, respectively, block SIRPα on macrophages and CD47, leading to abolished “don't eat me” signaling and improved phagocytosis of macrophages. Meanwhile, the native M1 exosomes effectively reprogram the macrophages from pro‐tumoral M2 to anti‐tumoral M1.  相似文献
