离子色谱法测定面制品和面包改良剂中的溴酸盐

用离子色谱法测定面制品和面粉改良剂中的溴酸盐。用30 mL水超声提取样品15 min(脂肪含量高的样品先用正己烷除脂),过HLB柱和银氢柱净化,以AS9–HC色谱柱分离,NaHCO3作为淋洗液,电导检测器检测,实现了复杂基质面制品中溴酸盐的检测。方法线性相关系数大于0.999,最低检测浓度为0.5 mg/kg,加标回收率为78.4%~106.3%。利用建立的方法对面制品和面包改良剂中的溴酸盐进行检测,共检测各类面制品144份,总体合格率为97.2%;检测面包改良剂类产品10份,合格率为40.0%。     

A Novel Polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes Mycelia Exhibits Potential Antitumor Activity on Laryngeal Squamous Cancer Cell Line Hep-2

A novel polysaccharide [Lentinus edodes mycelia polysaccharide 2 (LMP2)] with a molecular weight of 2.27?×?10⁴ Da was isolated from the Lentinus edodes mycelia and purified by Sephadex G-200 and diethylaminoethyl-32 column chromatography. HPLC results indicated that LMP2 contained mannose, arabinose, galactose, xylose, and rhamnose with a relative molar ratio of 1:0.74:3.23:1.18:10.98. Its antitumor activity was evaluated in vitro by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay, colony formation assay, and transwell assay. LMP2 showed a remarkable inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Hep-2 cells, and at the concentration of 200 mg/ml, the inhibition ratio was 37.2 % after 72 h. Furthermore, colony formation of Hep-2 cells was reduced significantly after treatment with LMP2. Invasion of Hep-2 cells was inhibited significantly by LMP2. These results suggested that LMP2 could be explored as a potential antitumor material for laryngeal carcinoma.     

镁电解槽中制备镁稀土合金的电解工艺及机制研究

在模拟镁电解槽中,采用电解法制备出稀土含量<10%的镁稀土合金;研究了熔盐中RECl3和CaCl2的含量、电解温度和阴极电流密度对合金中RE含量和电流效率的影响。并采用循环伏安实验和还原实验研究电解制备镁稀土合金的机制。研究结果表明,电解制备镁稀土合金最佳的工艺条件为:熔盐中RECl3和CaCl2的含量分别为3%和10%(质量分数),电解温度为948 K,阴极电流密度约为8 A.cm-2。其电解过程机制为:阴极上只电解出金属镁,而后金属镁把稀土元素还原出来,形成镁稀土合金。     

固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法同时检测尿样中的麻黄碱和N-甲基麻黄碱

建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(SPE-UPLC-ESI MS/MS)联用方法,定量测定尿样中的麻黄碱和N-甲基麻黄碱。样品经Oasis MCX柱提取、纯化和富集后,采用电喷雾(ESI)离子源电离,正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式质谱进行定性和定量分析。麻黄碱和N-甲基麻黄碱在0.0250~2.50 μg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9992,提取回收率高于80%,提取效率的RSD小于5.0%,检出限均达到0.01 μg/L,可大大延长尿样检材中麻黄碱和N-甲基麻黄碱的检测周期。结果表明,该方法快速、准确,为尿液中痕量麻黄碱和N-甲基麻黄碱的分析提供了灵敏的分析方法。     

聚乙烯中炭黑含量不同测试方法的探讨

采用GB 13021《聚乙烯管材和管体炭黑含量测定(热失重法)》和热重分析仪法两种方法测定了聚乙烯中炭黑含量。对两种方法的测定结果进行了比较,结果表明,两种方法均有良好的重复性和准确度,测定结果基本一致,采用不同方法得到的测定结果间可以相互参考。     

Effect of chemical composition and heat treatment condition on microstructure and magnetic properties of nanocrystalline BaDyxFe12−xO19 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) microfibres

A series of BaDy_xFe_12?xO₁₉ ferrite microfibres have been synthesized from metal nitrates and citric acid by the sol–gel method. TG-DSC, XRD, FTIR, FESEM, TEM and VSM were employed to characterize the thermal decomposition process, crystallite sizes, structure and magnetic properties of ferrite microfibres. The effect of calcined temperature, holding time, ion substitution on structure, magnetic properties of barium ferrite microfibres was investigated. The nanoparticle growth mechanism of ferrite microfibres was discussed. The results indicated that the hexaferrite phase was formed at 750 °C and Dy³⁺ ions entered the magnetoplumbite lattice. However, the reflections shift to a lower angle and the characteristic peaks of ferrite microfibres in FTIR shift to the lower wavenumber with the Dy content increasing. The VSM results shown that saturation magnetization (M _s ) gradually increased with calcined temperature increasing and holding time prolonging, while coercive force (H _c ) revealed an increase at first and then decreases. With the Dy content increasing, the M _s achieved values of M _s  = 50 emu?g^?1 (297 K) and 70 emu?g^?1 (77 K) and the H _c value shown a continuous reduction from 515 kA??m^?1 (297 K) and 435 kA?m^?1 (77 K) (x = 0.0) to 242 and 215 kA?m^?1 (x = 0.4).     

Synthesis and characterization of high molecular weight poly(1,2-propylene carbonate-<Emphasis Type="Italic">co</Emphasis>-1,2-cyclohexylene carbonate) using zinc complex catalyst

Using supported multi-component zinc dicarboxylate catalyst,poly（1,2-propylene carbonate-co-1,2-cyclohexylene carbonate）（PPCHC） was successfully synthesized from carbon dioxide（CO₂） with propylene oxide（PO） and cyclohexene oxide（CHO）.The conversion of epoxides dramatically increased up to 89.7%（yield:384.2 g of polymer per g of Zn） with increasing reaction temperature from 60℃to 80℃.The optimized reaction temperature is 80℃.The chemical structure,the molecular weight,as well as thermal and mechanical properties of the resulting terpolymers were investigated extensively. When CHO feed content（mol%） is lower than 10%,the PPCHC terpolymers have number average molecular weight（M_n） ranging from 102×10³ to 202×10³ and molecular weight distribution（MWD） values ranging from 2.8 to 3.5.In contrast to poly（propylene carbonate）（PPC）,the introduction of small amount of CHO leads to increase in the glass transition temperature from 38.0℃to 42.6℃.Similarly,the mechanical strength of the synthesized terpolymer is greatly enhanced due to the incorporation of CHO.These improvements in mechanical and thermal properties are of importance for the practical application of PPC.     

Generation of anti-trenbolone monoclonal antibody and establishment of an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detection of trenbolone in animal tissues, feed and urine

Trenbolone (TRE) is a steroid used by veterinarians on livestock to increase appetite and body weight. The use of TRE has been restricted because of its harmful side effect for consumers. To effectively control TRE residue in food and food product, a rapid and convenient immunoassay was developed by preparing an anti-TRE monoclonal antibody. The immunogen and coating antigen were prepared by coupling TRE hapten with carrier proteins via 1-ethyl-3-(dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) method. The optimized method gave an average IC₅₀ value of 0.323 ng mL⁻¹ towards TRE and an average detection limit (LOD) of 0.06 ng mL⁻¹, which is much lower than the maximum residue levels (2.0 ng g⁻¹) accepted by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA). The specificity of the antibody was evaluated by measuring cross-reactivity of six structurally related compounds, including 19-nortestosterone (9.7%), testosterone (0.13%), methyltestosterone (<0.01%), methandrostenolone (<0.01%), (+)-dehydroisoandrosterone (<0.001%) and β-estradiol (<0.001%). The recovery rates of the test in detection of TRE-fortified animal tissue, urine and animal feed samples were in the range of 81.3-89.4%, while the intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation were less than 12.0%.     

Assembled dendritic titanium catalysts for enantioselective hetero-Diels-Alder reaction of aldehydes with Danishefsky's diene

A new type of dendritic 2-amino-2'-hydroxy-1,1'-binaphthyl (NOBIN)-derived Schiff-base ligands have been synthesized and applied to the titanium-catalyzed hetero-Diels-Alder reaction of Danishefsky's diene with aldehydes. These reactions afforded the corresponding 2-substituted 2,3-dihydro-4H-pyran-4-ones in quantitative yields and with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 97.2 % ee). The disposition of the dendritic wedges and the dendron size in the ligands were found to have significant impact on the enantioselectivity of the reaction. The recovered dendritic catalyst could be reused without further addition of the Ti source or a carboxylic acid additive for at least three cycles, retaining similar activity and enantioselectivity. The high stability of this type of assembled dendritic titanium catalyst may be attributed to the stabilization effect of large-sized dendron units in the catalyst molecule. The other important phenomenon observed with this catalyst system is that a higher degree of asymmetric amplification has been achieved by attachment of the dendron unit to the chiral ligand, which represents a new advantage of dendrimer catalysts for asymmetric reactions using chiral ligands of lower optical purity.     

Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of a perfluoroalkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt

A novel perfluoroalkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt 5 was designed and synthesized. Consequently, the antimicrobial activities of compound 5 were measured with Escherichia coli 8099 as a Gram-negative strain and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 as a Gram-positive strain. Both the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC, the lowest concentration of compound 5 that inhibits microbial growth) values of quaternary ammonium salt 5 against Escherichia coli 8099 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 were 7.8 μg/ml.
