马来酸酐聚合反应动力学的回归模拟

本文从函数变量相关内函规律出发，引用动力学物理概念，用数值逼近方法，对马来酸酐聚合反应的实验结果进行了模拟，得到了一符合实验规律的动力学方程。     

Determination of 1-deoxynojirimycin in Morus alba L. leaves by derivatization with 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate followed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography

A rapid and reliable method suitable for assays of a large number of Morus alba leaves for 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) has been developed. DNJ in 0.1 g of freeze-dried leaves was double-extracted in 10 mL of aqueous 0.05 M HCl by vortexing for 15 s at room temperature, derivatized with 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate (FMOC-Cl), and analyzed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) equipped with a fluorescence detector. The double extraction recovered > 99% of extractable DNJ from the leaves. Stabilization of FMOC-derivatized DNJ (DNJ-FMOC) was achieved by diluting the reactant with aqueous acetic acid after derivatization. DNJ-FMOC was stable for at least 16 days under acidic conditions at room temperature (24 degrees C). Linearity ranged between 0.3 and 30 microg mL(-1). The intra- and inter-day precision for DNJ-spiked biological samples was between 0.6 and 1.8% and between 3.7 and 4.5%, respectively.     

Antioxidant activity of extracts from Euryale ferox seed

Euryale ferox has been widely used in traditional oriental medicine to treat a variety of illness. However, very little is known about the cellular actions by which this plant mediates its therapeutic effects. Various aspects of antioxidant activity were evaluated in total extracts and fractions derived from Euryale ferox. Total extracts (IC50 5.6 microg/ml) showed relatively high level radical scavenging activity toward 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and also enhanced viability of Chinese hamster lung fibroblast (V79-4) cells under exposure to oxidative agents. Upon further fractionation, the highest levels of DPPH radical scavenging and lipid peroxidation inhibitory activities were found in the ethyl acetate and butanol fractions. The ethyl acetate fractions, the butanol fractions, and total extracts of Euryale ferox also dose-dependently enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase in V79-4 cells. Of these three antioxidant enzymes, glutathione peroxidase activity was most strongly induced. Taken together, our findings show that Euryale ferox contains a significant antioxidant activity and that specific components in the ethyl acetate and butanol fractions may play an important role in mediating these antioxidant properties.     

电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定血清及组织中铂类药物

顺铂类药物是一类重要的抗癌药物，脂质体顺铂是其中的一种新剂型。针对这类药物临床研究的需要，建立了一种测定血清及组织样品中铂含量的ICP-AES方法。通过对5种组织样品前处理方法的比较，最后选用条件温和、便于操作的温育加混合酸消解法，并以实验证实该方法的灵敏度、重现性及回收率等均符合卫生部“临床及临床前研究指导原则“对药物代谢研究分析方法的要求。采用本法测定了给予一定剂量脂质体顺铂后，大鼠血清中顺铂含量随时间变化的曲线，以及给药后8h，大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾等主要器官中顺铂的含量，为研究脂质体顺铂的药物代谢奠定了基础。     

用乳化液膜法从萘油直接制取精萘的研究

本研究依据乳化液膜分离技术的原理，采用阴离子表面活性形成的乳化液膜从萘油直接制取精萘，考察了各种工艺条件对精萘产品质量和收率的影响。实验结果表明，以阴离子表面活性剂形成的乳化液膜结合精馏可有效地将萘油制成精萘，萘含量大于９９％，符合国家精萘标准，萘收率大于８８％。     

Small Organic Molecules for Direct Aldol Reaction

Since the pioneering finding by List and Barbas III and their coworkers that L-proline could work as a catalyst in the intermolecular direct aldol reaction, the concept of small organic molecules as catalysts has received great attention. α－取代苯甲醇类化合物对映体的高效液相色谱法分离

采用高效液相色谱法，用ＯＤ手性色谱柱直接分离α－取代苯甲醇类化合物的对映异构体。研究了流动相组成比例的改变对化合物对映体的分离色谱保留行为的影响，并将已知标准旋光的手性化合物采用高效液相色谱法拆分数据计算出的对映体过量百分值（ｅ．ｅ．％）与旋光仪测得的过量百分值（Ｏ．Ｐ％）进行了比较。     

Synthesis of spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-diols via the hydrogenation of spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-dione: the profound effect of hydrogenating agents

The synthesis of spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-diols via the catalytic as well as stoichiometric hydrogenation of spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-dione was studied. Profound effects of the hydrogenation catalysts and reagents on the stereoselectivity of the products were observed. The choice of solvent also was found to have a significant influence on the product selectivity. The opening of a spiro-ring in the starting material was identified as a major side reaction in alcohol solvents. The absolute configuration of the trans, trans-diol was unambiguously determined by X-ray crystallography.     

Subthreshold kaon production in Au on Au collisions at 1 GeV/u

Subthreshold kaon production in¹⁹⁷ Au+¹⁹⁷ Au collisions at 1.0 GeV/u has been investigated with the Kaon Spectrometer at SIS. At _lab =44±4 we found aK ⁺/p ratio of>3 · 10^–4 for the momentum range 650 MeV/c to 1150 MeV/c.Dedicated to Prof. Dr. P. Kienle on the occasion of his 60th birthday     

学龄前儿童血铅,发铅含量及其与生长发育的关系
