在理论上分析了利用非线性光学环形镜作为等效可饱和吸收体压缩脉冲进行锁模的物理机制。利用8字形主被动混合锁模的结构在调制频率2.498749GHz下,在1.543μm处获得了12ps的锁模脉冲输出,对应谱宽0.22nm,时间脉宽积0.33。在抽运功率50mW情况下,输出脉冲平均功率3.715mW。在调制频率2.499344GHz、2.499114GHz和2.498999GHz时分别并获得了2~4阶幅度较为均衡的有理数谐波锁模脉冲序列。 相似文献

When an action is applied to a macroscopic substance, there is a particular sort of slow response besides the well-known fast
response. Using diffusion theory, the characteristics of slow response in dielectric, elastic, piezoelectric, and pyroelectric
relaxation may be explained. A time domain spectroscopy method suitable for slow and fast responses in linear and nonlinear
effects is given. Every relaxation mechanism contributes a peak in differential spectroscopy, and its position, height, and
line shape show the dynamical properties of the mechanism. The method of frequency domain spectroscopy is suitable only for
linear fast response. Time domain spectroscopy is another nonequivalent powerful method. The theory is confirmed by a lot
of experimental data.

Well-crystallized Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin films with good surface morphology were prepared on MgO(1 0 0) substrates by pulsed laser deposition technique at a deposition temperature of 800 °C under the oxygen pressure of 2 × 10−3 Pa. X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy were used to characterize the films. The full width at half maximum of the (0 0 2) Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 rocking curve and the root-mean-square surface roughness within the 5 μm × 5 μm area were 0.542° and 0.555 nm, respectively. The nonlinear optical properties of the films were determined by a single beam Z-scan method at a wavelength of 532 nm with laser duration of 55 ps. The results show that Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin films exhibit a fast third-order nonlinear optical response with the nonlinear refractive index and nonlinear absorption coefficient being n2 = 5.04 × 10−6 cm2/kW and β = 3.59 × 10−6 (m/W), respectively. 相似文献

The deltaK = 0 and 1 subbands of the (4,0) <-- (0,0) transition of (HF)2, near 14,700 cm(-1), have been measured by molecular-beam intracavity laser-induced fluorescence. The hydrogen interchange tunneling is basically quenched in (4, 0) for both K = 0 and 1 levels, consistent with the early suggestion from a phenomenological model [H.-C. Chang and W. Klemperer, J. Chem. Phys. 104, 7830 (1996)]. The band origin upsilon0 = 14,700.458(7) cm(-1) and rotational constant (B + C)/2 = 0.22278(31) cm(-1) are determined for K = 0 of the (4, 0) mode. From the observed deltaK = 1 <-- 0 spectrum, we determined that A = 24.3 cm(-1), (B + C)/2 = 0.22296(20) cm(-1), and (B-C) = 4.5(2) x 10(-3) cm(-1). The predissociation linewidths of both K = 0 and 1 levels are 470(30) MHz with no apparent rotational dependence. 相似文献

针对目前台风路径预报研究中存在的预报精度不高、预报时次高耦合等缺陷,提出了一种基于神经网络集合预报的台风路径预报优化模型。运用混合模式集合预报思想和反向传播的多层前馈训练机制,充分挖掘数据特征,解决了单集合预报的固化性问题和单神经网络预报模型的随机性问题,为现有台风数值预报方法和人工智能技术的结合提供了新思路。以2018年活动在西北太平洋、南海地区的台风为样本进行对比实验,结果表明,60 h内的预报精度均得到了提高,一定程度上反映了该模型的实际应用价值。 相似文献

利用脉冲激光沉积技术制备了掺杂金纳米颗粒的钛酸钡复合薄膜Au-BaTiO3,用高分辨透射电镜和X射线光电子能谱对薄膜进行了表征。从透射电镜照片可以看出,制备的样品中金颗粒大小约为2~3 nm,呈球形,均匀分布在载体介质中。X射线光电子能谱给出了Ba3d、Ti2p和Au4f电子芯能级结合能,结果表明载体介质是以BaTiO3的形式存在,而Au以金属的状态掺杂其中。330~800 nm范围的线性吸收谱表明样品中Au颗粒的共振吸收峰在500 nm附近。用单光束纵向扫描方法测量了样品的三阶非线性光学效应,使用的光源为调Q的YAG激光器,波长为532 nm,脉宽为10 ns,得到的非线性折射率和非线性吸收系数分别为-2.42×10-6esu和2.22×10-6m/W,表明了Au-BaTiO3复合薄膜有较大的非线性光学响应。 相似文献
